The New Obama BP Settlement Czar

The New Obama Price Is Right BP Settlement Czar

It has been interesting watching the "no change" change which has occurred under the Obama Administration, at this point, which Administration is more like the Bush Administration than even the Bush Administration.

Case in point: With all the campaign rhetoric about "redlining" unnecessary federal agencies and employees, the Obama Administration has been appointing "czars" outside Congressional authority right and left ever since he took office.

But the red pencil must have gotten lost since the majority of jobs which have been created during both the Bush and Obama Administrations have been primarily government jobs mainly in civil spying networks (homeland security jobs, programs and degrees now offered at local colleges throughout the country "certified" by the Department of Homeland Security, no less - even online degrees in this "new" field are being solicited by "new" DHS "accredited" universities).

And of course the biggest sector of jobs created during this recession has been for collection and foreclosure lawyers, mortgage "counselors" (former realtors or bankers) and bill collectors and "credit counselors."

And with the still open Southern borders, the gadget and identity theft industries are booming.

The newest czar:

A well-known and well-heeled lawyer appointed by Mr. Obama to oversee the BP claims from the "reserve" account which BP was ordered to provide also under presidential decree, which was supposed to cover mainly the emergency costs and losses which were affecting those businesses and people living within the affected regions of Louisiana.

Of course, due to the failure to cap those wells sufficiently for over four months, that oil has now spread all the way to Florida, from all reports.

The lawyer chosen was the same lawyer who oversaw the "claims" process over those affected by 9-11.

And, of course, the terms have changed with respect to the filing of claims.

Those filing it now appears in order to get any compensation at all, must sign waivers waiving their Constitutional rights to sue at a later date if their losses multiply, agreeing then that they will not sue BP independently for any additional sums - and must prove their actual losses without taking into consideration potential future losses, and whose settlements will be based upon this czar's using the distance the claimant is or was from the disaster as the primary basis for the final settlement.

So we have a presidentially appointed new "czar" rewriting our Constitution through his own independent judgment and criteria by simply royal edict, as an appointed baron over the Gulf Region, as it were.

Although, of course, the ramifications from this disaster, if Exxon Valdez is any indication, could impact that region and by extension the entire nation for decades to come since this spill has not been contained and the clean up efforts are still ongoing.

And will be for some time.

Appears to this writer that that "reserve" account was established by the Obama Administration most of all in an attempt to attempt instead to "slap" BP, protect or "mitigate" their losses for its protection and the "global economy" in which most of those on the Hill are also significantly invested in those global oil, gas and energy stocks.

Along with many of the unions, public employee's pension plans, etc., etc.

Once again, protecting the "corporate" (and in this case a foreign global corporation illegally given mineral rights to America's precious offshore reserves) over the lives and livelihoods of the "Joe the plumber" average American and poorer and middle class small business owners, who are not significantly invested in this "global" economy at their expense, but touting this reserve initially as a slap at BP and "redress" for those affected.

Although there are still reported over 300 lawsuits pending, most likely for corporate interests which can afford all those advance costs in order to pursue their claims thrush the courts, or as class actions (which were also mandated somehow outside Constitutional authority through federal court rules in order to mitigate some of those losses once again obviously, after publicizing that over 2/3rds the federal district court judges would have to disqualify themselves due to their own personal oil holdings).

My question also is just where in the Constitution does it give the president the authority to bypass the civil process on damages and losses, or attempt to deny those individuals their right to have their "day in court" in front of a jury of their peers, in using this carrot on a stick for the protection of this British global giant who is now responsible for the loss totally of over 40 American lives?

Or the courts in consolidating many of those cases, which may or may not be at all similar in the degree for which those losses will or might be ongoing.

And, for all intents and purposes, it will be every single American impacted in one way or another paying for this disaster whether at the pump, or through their businesses, or gas taxes when after all the dust has settled, those gas prices begin to rise once again along with those federal and state taxes on Americans own oil reserves sold back to them then by the British under those "free trade" leases.

And how can the extent of those damages for most of these individuals be determined when the clean-up efforts are still ongoing, and the actual ramifications of this tremendous oil spill have yet to even begin to be realized?

Since, of course, it will be the entire nation that will be paying the costs for this in higher gasoline prices across the board since BP is a former holding of the British royal family, and does hold the "rights" through a great many of these leases to literally the majority of oil reserves throughout the world.

Outside, of course, those which they lost when the Shah of Iran was removed from power back in the 1970's, and for which it appears at this point that that loss is not something the Crown has forgotten - hence, why Iran continues to be marginalized and targeted at this point due to its development of nuclear power outside royal edict and sitting on a bucket load of oil reserves lost also due to a change in power way back when (and the Brits, royals and their bankers, hold the majority of leases also on most of those nuclear reactors in the world through their ownership of stock in the holding companies for most of those reactors).

I wonder just how much of the Presidential, Congressional and judicial pension plans are invested in AIG, BP and energy stocks, anyway or state and federal public employees at this point?

And just how many extra barrels of oil those Brits were able to scam under those leases the last four months while these "efforts" to contain the spill were continuing?

Health Care Deform: Taxpayers Already Fund Elective Abortions

With all the smoke and mirorrs occurring in this horrendously unconstitutional Health Care Deform of the Obama Administration, it has not ceased to amaze me the propaganda and political spins that are occurring as this abridgement of the founders government once again is being hashed out behind closed doors.

Republicans and Democrats are posturing and using this as a political tool for future election purposes, apparently, in basically taking exception to any federal funding that may occur that would fund abortions in this country under this legislation.

I've got news for you, America, the political manure is getting deeper and deeper, with the media actually buying into this also, apparently.

Planned Parenthood, at its inception back in the 1970's, was incorporated as an "educational" foundation which primarily provided birth control for those that could not afford it when the Pill was finally approved by the FDA and available to the public.

The costs at that time for those monthly prescriptions was more than most lower income, or younger Americans could afford (about $30.00 per month back in the 1970's, or $1.00 per pill), and was the original focus of this "non-profit" organization - providing birth control to lower income females in this country and "education" in family planning for young familes.

That is not the case any longer. Planned Parenthood is supported by many corporation organizations at this point, although its "legal" status as an education foundation has not changed insofar as the IRS is concerned or now its expansion also into providing low cost abortions as part of its family planning focus.

And with an "educational" focus, does qualify for federal grant monies for its programs and funding. And no longer simply provides for low cost birth control but has expanded also into providing low cost abortions through its affilated doctors.

So my quesiton is, whether this bill is worded insofar as precluding federal monies under this Health Care Deform being provided for abortions, are the grants that are also handed out like candy by the federal govenment to many health care institutions and even corporate medical practices also going to be regulated at this point so that there isn't now a double whammy on the American taxpayers?

In other words, now having to pay out hundreds of dollars per month to provide for their own health care needs, but also then continuing to subsidize through their taxes these large corporate medical practices, hospitals and foundations such as Planned Parenthood in the process in the federal grant monies that add to our deficit and result then in those inflationary taxes for just about everything?

It would seem to me that this legislation is nothing more than an additional tax, if that is not the case.

And what about all the taxation that Americans have been paying at the state level for provision of health care for those that cannot afford it, is that also going to be refunded along with those taxes paid and that were levied in prior years in order to build many of the county hospitals throughout the country?

It seems to me that Americans have been paying for their health care already, in funding all those county hospitals throughout the nation and grant monies for research and development, and even doctor's salaries at most of the teaching hospitals.

Are those taxes and costs going to be refunded, rather than "penalizing" Americans for not having health insurance, when they have already paid at the state level for now even the health care of foreigners in this country, not to mention their own?

This such legislation would not even be an issue if the state governments, way back when, had not also desecrated the founders government in the backdoor passage of the 16th, 17th and Federal Reserve Act under Wilson, thus upsetting the balance of power they so carefully crafted in order to avoid just such taxation, invasions of privacy, and enforced tyranny as this measure appears to be.

In this economy, and with the costs of health care right now so high due to past legislation tying the hands of the states with respect to the insurers operating within their state borders, and lack of any true regulation over those huge health care networks and providers also at the federal level, yet receiving untold billions in federal grant monies for research and even building costs at the public's expense, it appears Washington's arrogance knows no bounds and this measure with its still included fines for noncompliance upon the citizenry, another measure that guarantees more people will actually be on welfare than already are.

With so many also now working below their former income levels in the middle class and losing their businesses right and left, the public has spoken about the taxation levels that already exist in this country at the present time at all levels of government.

And since the public is providing the health care coverage for all government employees without having any leftover income in order to buy their own, this type of in your face legislation is exactly why the standard of living for a good majority of Americans, while taking in more and more foreigners and refugees due to serial wars, is approaching Third World status more and more each and every day.

Most of these hospitals and huge medical co-ops and practices are already publicly funded through many state residents income, property and other taxation that have also increased in leaps and bounds.

In fact, most states throughout the nation, even after the huge amounts they received in that cure-all stimulus, went to upgrading governmental offices and buying new toys, rather than provision of those governmental services for which the entire tax system in this country was intended to provide - and have been beating the drums for increasing state taxes also in one form or another.

Huge taxes were recently levied on cigarettes throughout the country, and a great deal of those taxes actually go to fund provision of health care benefits for children and the indigent at the state levels.

Will all those taxes and costs be refunded for the boomers especially, the ones who have carried the load for both the World War II generation, and the next generation, both publicly and privately in ever increasing taxation at all governmental levels, and in the cost of most durable goods and services which has progressively occurred since World War II?

Obama's Questionable Citizenship Challenges Status Subverted by House

For Any And All Constitutional Conserve-atives

Yesterday it was reported in some of the mainstream media news sources that the continuing questions with respect to the actual citizenship status of Barack Obama, who is currently holding the Office of the Presidency in the Unied States was finally "resolved," at least in the "House of Misrepresentatives."

And how was this "resolution" of this contentious issue resolved?

One of the House members from Hawaii, Dean Abercrombie, attached a "rider" to one of the House's ludicrous "official acts" in effect congratulating and acknowledging Hawaii's 50th Anniversary as a state with a little introductory paragraph which stated: "Whereas the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii...."

The "resolution" passed 378-0, with a few of the Republican Global Neocon Socialists who are up for re-election in 2010 "abstaining" rather than actually exhibiting some backbone and voting "nay," until some verifiable proof has been produced due to the fact that Mr. Obama spent much of his youth outside the United States in his formative years and received much of his education also outside the United States, and one of his parents was never a United States citizen.

The founders included that provision for a very specific reason. You cannot "pledge allegiance" and loyalty to the United States if you are either not a natural born or naturalized citizen. And actually it was their intent and belief that those provisions, as this country grew and there were fewer and fewer foreign born individuals immigrating and progressive generations of Americans after the first generation, that in order to hold the highest office in the land, the deeper the roots, at least in the formative years, the better.

Thus the 14 year requirement. Most successive generations then would have been educated in this country prior to the customary "European tour" that most of the gentry engaged in during their teen years in order to learn languages and cultural differences. That was what was behind the original provisions. Since geographic ties are built during the formative years most of all.

Mr. Obama has hired a team from three different law firms to block the continuing challenges to his natural born or naturalized status.

And an "Act of Congress" cannot "resolve" that question independently actually, in a government of the people, without evidence and proof if there is even the remotest possibility that he does not even meet those minimum requirements.

And since they have not changed since that first generation by any legal amendment of the people, they are very, very minimal.

If the past eight years alone are not proof of just how treasonous and "misrepresentative" those now holding Congressional office have truly become and how blatantly contemptuous they are to the actual true law in this country, the United States Constitution, then this attempt to circumvent the people once again is simply another piece of documented evidence that they are all in violation of their oaths of office, which actions are increasing at a rather rapid rate in this now Obama Administration, and thus guilty of treason under it.

The highest criminal action also under it, and in accompanying codified federal statutes in accordance with it.

So when IS that Sargeant at Arms going to start earning his taxpayer paid salary anyway and start arresting these traitors? Or at the very least, the Electoral College serving their function since they are also taxpayer funded and require verifiable proof to the public since it is the public that funds those election campaigns also, although the two mainstream political parties have clearly hijacked our election process.

There have been AT LEAST six different lawsuits filed over this issue, also politically refused by the United States Supreme Court for various "technical" reasons. And it appears that they were running out of excuses, so this little subterfuge instead by the House is clearly nothing more than an attempt to give the Supreme Court somehow an excuse to continue to do so. And any Supreme Court decision then would also become a matter of public record, and the evidenciary material also legally required to be produced under the Freedom of Information Act, since "natural security reasons" could hardly be used to circumvent public disclosure laws in such instance.

Maybe this is one of the moves of the House similar to many which have occurred recently on unconstitutional legislation, such as the Patriot Act, Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Act, Cap and Trade, Economic Recovery Act, and a host of others.

The newest legal maneuver is to pass unconstitutional measures in the House, but leave them in the hopper in the Senate and thus they are not "officially" laws, but are then enacted through the various regulatory bodies as if they were. According to my research, such is the case with the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Act. Since the Senators actually represent the states themselves, this is an attempt to absolve the states also from their liabiity for some of these Acts enforcements against Americans which take state compliance and assistance to enforce.

Another piece of evidence in the treason that is going on. They are now blatantly skirting around the Constitution more and more each session using legal manuevering and technicalities, the media and their regulatory bodies in order to purposely violate it.

This now cannot even be blamed on ignorance anymore, it is "willful" criminal conduct using such measures.

Which is nothing more than tyranny. Another treasonous act under the Constitution.

So when ARE those criminal warrants going to be issued?

Auditing The Federal Reserve: Is A Bill Required?

FYI: For All American Conservative Constitutional Constructionists

On several of the liberty focused website there has been a great deal of buzz and announcement with respective to Ron Paul's sponsorship of a bill in order to audit the Federal Reserve. So far, I believe it has over 200 sponsors, and I guess I am perplexed with this "solution" to getting some accountability with respect to the operations of the Federal Reserve and its Board and owners.

Congress actually created the Federal Reserve under an Act of Congress called the Federal Reserve Act back in 1913. Why it would be necessary to initiate legislation in order to "audit" an entity that Congress itself created defies the imagination.

What WOULD be necessary is simply a motion made on the floor in both the House and Senate, and a roll call vote. Not a formal bill.

This actually seems again nothing more than a movement in order to quell the masses who are demanding some accountability and continued to be outraged at the goings on at our nation's capitol.

From my understanding also within the Federal Reserve Act is a provision that our government can "buy back" our economy from the Federal Reserve for a set amount.

And it is unconceivable that the members of the Senate and House Banking Committee members would not be receiving regular reports from the Fed, and also be sitting members on its Board as a government created entity.

But why a formal bill, again, to "audit" an entity that was legislatively created to begin with? This two party system is getting more and more cohesive in their spins for the populace through their PR reps it appears each and every session. Perhaps Rep. Paul's lawyers are also, as it is clear many are not, serving their functions in advising him with respect to such matters and what would be really required.

Since they are writing bills more and more that have absolutely no foundation in our Constitution, and now expanding them to over 1,000 pages in order to obviously create more and more work for themselves and thus logjam our courts even more than they already are. It appears lawyers, bar none, are the largest "welfare" recipients in this country now of all as a group in some way or another. And are primarily responsible for the hijacking of our Constitutional government, the health care now crisis, and banking mess also due to their "contracts" which are not really" "contracts" at all in the sense the founders were referring.

And this entire movement seems similar to the 10th Amendment movement. Simply another distraction and attempt to quell the masses. Since why would the states need to "reaffirm" or "resolve" their status as pre-eminent in most matters over the federal government since it is already written in stone in the Constitution to begin with?

With the exception of those unalienable Bill of Rights provisions (which cannot be "contracted away" as "unalienable" to begin with, nor "legislated" away by the states or federal government with the consent of the governed, not even by federal statute or the Supreme Court), and those specifically designated to the federal government? Just why would a redundant resolution be necessary in order to assert those already given? Ludicrous, and merely another diversionary tactic used by both levels in order to silence the outraged now masses.

I guess this is another example of where our high school American Government classes and particularly our American collegiate law schools and liberal arts programs, are again failing.

House Website Shut Down During Cap and Trade Fiasco

Last week the House passed one of the most contentious and potentially the most expensive legislation for all Americans in the history of our country.

The "Cap & Trade" or "Energy Stimulus" bill passed at the behest and direction of newly inaugurated president (small "p" until that birth certificate is produced) Barack Obama. Obama lobbied heavily on the House Democrats to pass this centerpiece legislation for his "green jobs," agenda. Although if history is any indication, there will be more loss of jobs than gains due to this legislation.

After all, Congress has been handing out corporate welfare to the energy and petro companies for literally decades for their research and development costs in order to promote cleaner forms of fuel and energy. And where has that gotten us?

Nowhere, but has made a bundle for the banks and financiers on Wall Street and shareholders of those energy companies and concerns. As most likely will this fiasco of a bill.

You see, part of the "global economy" plan for this "globally planned" agenda is that the certificates for carbon credits can be exchanged or sold so that companies that are not in compliance can "buy their way" out of their violation.

And with the profits these companies are making on their products and services due to their favored status with Congressional members, who truly believes that this will "stimulate" green jobs and searches for alternative fuels? Not most rational and sane adults, anyway.

Simply addressing the lack of insulation and "chicken wire and stucco" homes that are now being built by the large national and global builders would reduce energy consumption around the world in a matter of months. And eliminate the need for some of those nuclear power plants that are also quite pricey, and then involve more taxpayer costs in order to protect those generators from both internal and external meltdowns.

The building of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station outside of Phoenix, Arizona in the last several decades certainly did not reduce energy costs to local residents. Nor did it reduce the pollution in any significant matter, since the fact is the Phoenix area is now populated by refugees mostly from other states, and also those literally missions of non-Americans using the state as either a place of commerce, or secondary income source working for the drug cartels.

It was interesting to note that last Friday as the "Cap and Trade" bill was being voted and amendment up to the final hour and vote Friday evening, the website for the House Energy Committee posted a notice stating that due to the amount of emails that they were receiving, the website was shut down until further notice.

As with the "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Act," it appears the new modus operandi for the sanctuary on the Hill is to "officially" pass unconstitutional legislation in only one house of Congress, and then either hold it in the hopper or pass it without any media attention during a "diversionary" story in the other. And then fund some of those "unofficially" passed bills as if they were the force of law through the various regulatory bodies.

To my knowledge, the memos Ms. Napolitano sent out and the Fusion Centers which are being used to train local law enforcement on these crimes of "perception of intent" have been funded by Congress, although the bill under which such authority would be granted has yet to be passed by the Senate.

Maybe this is self-preservation in order to save face and political careers, and also as a protection against any and all charges of treason or "high crimes and misdemeanors" that could or would be applicable under the circumstances.

Another rather open ended bill was introduced also this session having to do with cybersecurity, the "Cybersecurity Act of 2009," in which Congress was going to authorize the executive office to have final say and jurisdiction regarding the shutdown of the internet and governmental service providers in the event of cyber-attack.

The language was so open ended it afforded the president ultimate authority in such an event of by including not only the event of an outside or foreign bug or virus, but "for other reasons."

I wonder if the shutdown of the House Energy Commissions website last Friday was determined by the president to be one of those "other reasons."

After all, Mr. Obama excels at making apologies for this country and its citizens, and since this was truly a bi-partisan act of treason with presidential support, it would appear that such language was interpreted by those lawyers both within and employed by members of Congress to be within the broad scope of "and for other reasons."

And the most ironic thing about the entire "Cap and Trade" scam further amalgamating the U.S. economy and government with that of the "global community" (global socialism) is that it was passed one week before Independence Day.

A day I predict will live in infamy for our children, and great grandchildren as the greatest act of treason under the existing law of this country, America's Constitution.

A celebration in this country honoring the founders sacrifice in severing their ties and bonds with the global community. Whether intentional or not, a slap in the face of those founders, and all Americans who value their sacrifice and their intention to form a "more perfect union" apart from any foreign influence.

This, America, is your transparent and accountable government.

Global Socialism Agenda Revs Up: House Passes "Cap and Trade" Scam

As Congress this week ponders the new "global warming" and energy bills, some thoughts and points that have long troubled me with this "scam" on the public might be of interest to some of the more aware Americans clued in on Washington's continued psychotic agendas:

Who manufactures the gadgets that are going to measure these "greenhouse gases?" Do they come with a warranty, and who is the government contractor who will be awarded the contracts for all this science based theory technology.

So far, science hasn't been able to predict the weather accurately, so again how accurate are these estimates? And when there is a "normal" cyclical change, are the EPA and the honchos on the Hill going to now take credit for becoming "masters of the universe," in controlling the weather? Harnessing energy, controlling the weather, find a cure for cancer, populating the moon, developing "new forms" of energy - and a meteor hits the planet long before the Hollywood scenario in all its HDR resonance ever occurs.

It appears either these scientists, who still haven't found the cure for the common cold, after all, for now over 2,000 years might be biting off more than they can chew. Or simply the 21st century versions of P.T. Barnum, with Congress even more clueless than the public has already pretty much determined as of late, and may need those shrinks in order to determine if narcissm and self-delusion are symptomatic of holding public office.

As could be predicted, the House Energy Committee website was down today while the politicos were plotting and voting again to rob their children and grandchildren.

While everyone keeps sending money for AIDS research in order to find a cure, don't you find it strange that those expensive miracle drugs to treat the symptoms arrived on the scene about three years after the first diagnosis, and a lawsuit then ensued for over 10 long years in order to extend the patent for those pharmaceutical companies (since patents don't run until any dispute over ownership is settled) with two companies now splitting the proceeds on Inferon and the other spinoffs?

The patents expire in 2017, and I hope I live long enough to see whether a "cure" then will suddenly be discovered, or whether they will then bleed the generic market dry while getting grants annually still "working" on a cure, since it is viral and we sure came up with that "swine flu mix" vaccine and had some on hand, conveniently, through the WHO "donations" as soon as that new "strain" was announced.

Sort of makes you wonder, since AIDS has now become an industry also all its own with all the Hollywood benefits, by those open borders "blue" liberals, and the "red" state liberals due to their big medical/pharmeceutical industry benefactors of the AIDS outbreak.

AIDS became actually the best method of birth control ever, and stimulus for the latex industry and Dow Chemical has profited off the charts before the current economic meltdown due to its "chemical" industry monopoly along with Monsanto and their corner of the market.

And each "threat level" scare a stimulus for the medical industry.

It does seem that the terrorism that occurs to Americans now is at a level unprecedented in this country and produced domestically, as with also the border issue and its true impact on the lives of literally hundreds of thousands of Americans now, the major threats don't at all seem to be from a small Middle Eastern terrorist sect that we did, after all, even train in their guerilla tactics.

So per the 9/11 report and those "facts," it would appear Giulianni's outrage at the blamelessness of Washington for 9/11 does seem rather ludicrous - although Hillary's claim about America's "insatiable" need for drugs is actually also due to both governmental terrorism (at this point who wouldn't want to zone out for some relief) and also negligence.

But instead we'll give Mexico Black Hawk helicopters (that will eventually be used to America's overall detriment by the cartels or Mexico), and a choice of all terrain vehicles now over the GM Pathfinders, new Hummers. And in the process, "regulate" and limit Americans citizens access to any weaponry for their own self-defense in the process, further restrict the Constitutional provisions of the 2nd amendment.

It seems that the fundamental principle of learning from our mistakes is something that Washington has a difficulty time grasping while seeing all this new "green."

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a full out attack by Mexico or the cartels in the border states, if the feds wouldn't send the National Guard to arrest the Americans ala Ramos and Compean style.

"Human (not American) rights," and all that.

Besides, such a conflict might interrupt delivery and production of those Hummers and Pathfinders to the remaining states and Canada.

Hey, we were all just force-fed digital for the industries profits now forcing Americans to literally have to pay for the airwaves, so it mustn't seem such a leap in now taxing our very breath, and with all those towers and sonar equipment now outdated for "sciences" benefit not even given an "offset" credit.

There was some heavy backroom dealing on that bill, with Shadegg sending out his face saving memo about "not having time to read it." If those Congressman don't have time to read a bill, there is an alternative in the voting process called "absention." And that "tax" is nothing more than a tax on the working class to benefit Wall Street and the politicos once again when they start investing in the stock market trading for their additional retirement with their "insider knowledge."

This was all very well orchestrated between both political parties, don't kid yourself, as was the bank bailouts, and most of the other "globalism" steps and agendas as of late. Including that GM joint venture for Mexico and China's benefit most of all at the cost of the U.S. labor force and future safety and security of those living in the border states once those cartels upgrade their method of transport from Hummer/GM joint ventures once the Chinese start producing them in Mexico to transport all that Far East heroin.

The honchos on the Hill are as corrupt as it gets, and Benedict Arnold doesn't even begin to describe that vote on Friday, since the House Energy Committees site was down all day while they were plotting and colluding once again to rob both you and me, and their very own children.
