Once again, it appears that the hypocricy in Washington has become evident for many Americans outside the Beltway.
While the media labeled "coalition" of forces in the West, including America and its historic "allies" Britain, France and the allied forces since World War II are now waging war on Libya in the "no fly" zone which was established this past week by those same forces, protests by Americans were held across the nation against America's continued involvement in Iraq.
It was reported that the rebellious Americans who defer from American foreign policy on the war were arrested for being too near the White House gates while conducting their demonstrations.
Will wonders never cease?
While Washington is supporting the rebels in Libya, it is arresting its domestic variety for staging their demonstrations where they would have the most coverage and impact.
In front of the White House.
Meanwhile, gas prices throughout the country have gone from $2.65 per gallon one year ago, to the "new" pricing of $3.20 a gallon - an over 30% increase in less than a year.
I wonder if those prices reflect all those barrels that were scammed during the months long "cleanup" and then refined in Britain during Deepwater Horizon this past summer, or whether the revolts now in the Middle East will be reported to blame.
Stay tuned.

Michael Moore and Larry King Spin on Chilean Rescue, Deepwater
Although I personally watch little television and haven't for quite a number of years with the exception of the weather channel, I was visiting one of those all night markets for a few items and while walking through the electronics department caught about five minutes of an interview Michael Moore had on Larry King last evening.
The short segment I viewed had them discussing the recent rescue of the Chilean miners after 69 days, and all the celebrating that is going on throughout the world on the rescue and positive outcome, and efforts of all those involved.
A monumental moment, that's for sure, given the number of days in which they were trapped.
But then Mr. Moore went on to somehow compare the rescue to the efforts taken during the Deepwater Horizon disaster in Louisiana, and how long it took "us" to plug a seven inch hole, far longer than it took the Chilean government to rescue these trapped workers.
I had to laugh, really, about the comparison and also the "blame" which was levied leaving out much again of just what did occur post-Deepwater.
After all, it didn't take "us" longer to plug that hole, it took the British that long.
Since the entire cleanup and resulting ramifications were transferred by the Obama Administration to that huge global British corporation, with the Coast Guard merely acting mostly as backup and liason on the repair and cleanup efforts. And yes, it certainly did take longer since there really wasn't much of an incentive for the British to plug that hole very rapidly.
Instead, they got permission to drill two MORE wells under those lease agreements with the U.S. government renegotiating the terms in the process of their "take" of America's offshore mineral reserves (while we continue to fight the major battles in the Mideast for the British and European's future oil needs most of all, in addition to continuing to search for bin Laden?).
This is the country whose National Health Care plan Mr. Moore couldn't lavish enough praise and attention to in one of his most recent political docudramas, and how much superior it is to the U.S. in its coverage and affordability.
In a country that has one of the highest tax burdens, and for which many of their citizens have sought citizenship in this country in order to escape. Or Greenland even.
Including my own grandparents back in the 1920's.
With, of course, Larry nodding in agreement at what a mess "we" made of Deepwater.
Which was, after all, the second "accident" by this British global corporation involving the loss of American lives.
While, of course, downplaying in his political docudrama the enormous waits that most of the Canadians also have for non-emergency procedures in their own country under their "better" taxpayer funded plans, who have also been immigrating to the U.S. by the score in the last few decades, at least in the Sunbelt states owning second homes there while being almost full time residents (except those ghastly months of June, July and August when they are on holiday elsewhere somewhat cooler or more temperate, due to their higher currency).
I applaud the Chilean government on a job well done, although do wonder if such were the case in this country, since Canadian and South African companies own the majority of the gold mines in the U.S. (with the U.S. the third country in production after Australia and South Africa - so first our oil, now our gold mineral rights have been outsourced!)...
Just how many more days in such an event would it take for either of those British or formerly British countries global corporations to rescue any trapped American miners?
If Deepwater is any indication of British know-how or priorities?
But then again, I did only watch a very small segment of the program so maybe they got to that later on...
This is not to say also the U.S. health care system is not a mess, but then as what was evident in what recently occurred also in that respect, it doesn't appear the "stakeholders" that were consulted by the Obama Administration for this health care reform had really reform in mind, other than reforming the amount of their "stake" with those new health care mandates and taxes through the backdoor - with absolutely no regulation over those health care costs, or some of these huge megacorporate health care systems and practices in any manner whatsoever.
And although the increasingly bankrupted American people and "market" have been and are continuing to speak out over both their now "British" tax bites, and health care costs, it doesn't seem the Washington "stakeholders" are listening.
I mean, the entire HMO and "corporatized" health care legislation ala Richard Nixon has simply increased costs, not decreased them, so I just wonder also about the much ballyhooed Internet markets and "new" co-op "cheaper" plans which were thrown around in order to placate the masses with this "deform" and just how effective those will be, rather than simply just another "jobs creation" bill at the general public's ultimate expense for the financial sector and medical conglomerates once again.

BP, Driller Announce Busted Well Fixed
In an announcement today by the Associated Press, the driller hired to drill the relief well and plug the busted well which resulted in the deaths of 11 Americans five months ago stated that by Sunday he intends to finalize the sealing by pouring concrete in the bottom of the damaged well through the relief well thus curing the problem for good.
It was also stated that over 206 million barrels of oil have been released into the Gulf since the disaster occurred in late April.
I wonder, if only half of those millions of barrels of oil made their way to the Port of New Orleans and sailed out to Britain for refinement, just how much profit did BP and its "partners" make on this disaster at the current market price of $74.00 per barrel?
My calculator doesn't have that many zeros, but suffice it to say that Mr. Obama's "capping" the damages and claims process for all those fishermen, shrimpers, and other American industries and small businesses that will be feeling the impact of this disaster for years to come appears that Washington's new methods of bailing out foreign global corporations on the backs of Americans has sunk to a new low surpassing even AIG's bailout under the Bush Administration.
And more and more are finding themselves without any "change" whatsoever, other than those foreign citizens simply working here as resident aliens for the major foreign and globally based European industries.
And I wonder just how much Washington and the state governments will eventually profit from all that extra oil when it is sold back to the American public through their U.S. distributors in those energy and gas taxes for their primarily work related or domestic transportation costs.
And just where does it afford the government to "outsource" America's precious mineral resources to foreigners and foreign governments anyway, while we are still in the Middle East also at this point fighting a war that also is benefiting the "global" economy and European interests most of all, at the cost of Americans?

The New Obama BP Settlement Czar
The New Obama Price Is Right BP Settlement Czar
It has been interesting watching the "no change" change which has occurred under the Obama Administration, at this point, which Administration is more like the Bush Administration than even the Bush Administration.
Case in point: With all the campaign rhetoric about "redlining" unnecessary federal agencies and employees, the Obama Administration has been appointing "czars" outside Congressional authority right and left ever since he took office.
But the red pencil must have gotten lost since the majority of jobs which have been created during both the Bush and Obama Administrations have been primarily government jobs mainly in civil spying networks (homeland security jobs, programs and degrees now offered at local colleges throughout the country "certified" by the Department of Homeland Security, no less - even online degrees in this "new" field are being solicited by "new" DHS "accredited" universities).
And of course the biggest sector of jobs created during this recession has been for collection and foreclosure lawyers, mortgage "counselors" (former realtors or bankers) and bill collectors and "credit counselors."
And with the still open Southern borders, the gadget and identity theft industries are booming.
The newest czar:
A well-known and well-heeled lawyer appointed by Mr. Obama to oversee the BP claims from the "reserve" account which BP was ordered to provide also under presidential decree, which was supposed to cover mainly the emergency costs and losses which were affecting those businesses and people living within the affected regions of Louisiana.
Of course, due to the failure to cap those wells sufficiently for over four months, that oil has now spread all the way to Florida, from all reports.
The lawyer chosen was the same lawyer who oversaw the "claims" process over those affected by 9-11.
And, of course, the terms have changed with respect to the filing of claims.
Those filing it now appears in order to get any compensation at all, must sign waivers waiving their Constitutional rights to sue at a later date if their losses multiply, agreeing then that they will not sue BP independently for any additional sums - and must prove their actual losses without taking into consideration potential future losses, and whose settlements will be based upon this czar's using the distance the claimant is or was from the disaster as the primary basis for the final settlement.
So we have a presidentially appointed new "czar" rewriting our Constitution through his own independent judgment and criteria by simply royal edict, as an appointed baron over the Gulf Region, as it were.
Although, of course, the ramifications from this disaster, if Exxon Valdez is any indication, could impact that region and by extension the entire nation for decades to come since this spill has not been contained and the clean up efforts are still ongoing.
And will be for some time.
Appears to this writer that that "reserve" account was established by the Obama Administration most of all in an attempt to attempt instead to "slap" BP, protect or "mitigate" their losses for its protection and the "global economy" in which most of those on the Hill are also significantly invested in those global oil, gas and energy stocks.
Along with many of the unions, public employee's pension plans, etc., etc.
Once again, protecting the "corporate" (and in this case a foreign global corporation illegally given mineral rights to America's precious offshore reserves) over the lives and livelihoods of the "Joe the plumber" average American and poorer and middle class small business owners, who are not significantly invested in this "global" economy at their expense, but touting this reserve initially as a slap at BP and "redress" for those affected.
Although there are still reported over 300 lawsuits pending, most likely for corporate interests which can afford all those advance costs in order to pursue their claims thrush the courts, or as class actions (which were also mandated somehow outside Constitutional authority through federal court rules in order to mitigate some of those losses once again obviously, after publicizing that over 2/3rds the federal district court judges would have to disqualify themselves due to their own personal oil holdings).
My question also is just where in the Constitution does it give the president the authority to bypass the civil process on damages and losses, or attempt to deny those individuals their right to have their "day in court" in front of a jury of their peers, in using this carrot on a stick for the protection of this British global giant who is now responsible for the loss totally of over 40 American lives?
Or the courts in consolidating many of those cases, which may or may not be at all similar in the degree for which those losses will or might be ongoing.
And, for all intents and purposes, it will be every single American impacted in one way or another paying for this disaster whether at the pump, or through their businesses, or gas taxes when after all the dust has settled, those gas prices begin to rise once again along with those federal and state taxes on Americans own oil reserves sold back to them then by the British under those "free trade" leases.
And how can the extent of those damages for most of these individuals be determined when the clean-up efforts are still ongoing, and the actual ramifications of this tremendous oil spill have yet to even begin to be realized?
Since, of course, it will be the entire nation that will be paying the costs for this in higher gasoline prices across the board since BP is a former holding of the British royal family, and does hold the "rights" through a great many of these leases to literally the majority of oil reserves throughout the world.
Outside, of course, those which they lost when the Shah of Iran was removed from power back in the 1970's, and for which it appears at this point that that loss is not something the Crown has forgotten - hence, why Iran continues to be marginalized and targeted at this point due to its development of nuclear power outside royal edict and sitting on a bucket load of oil reserves lost also due to a change in power way back when (and the Brits, royals and their bankers, hold the majority of leases also on most of those nuclear reactors in the world through their ownership of stock in the holding companies for most of those reactors).
I wonder just how much of the Presidential, Congressional and judicial pension plans are invested in AIG, BP and energy stocks, anyway or state and federal public employees at this point?
And just how many extra barrels of oil those Brits were able to scam under those leases the last four months while these "efforts" to contain the spill were continuing?

Obama Takes A Dip: What's Wrong With This Picture?
In conjunction with the First Family's much publicized visit to Panama City and the Gulf Region (the furthest Gulf beach in the Florida panhandle from the site of the Louisiana oil spill), it was announed by Barack Obama's point man on the disaster, retired Coast Guard official, Thad Allen, that it won't be until Tuesday or Wednesday until officials have some final results from some tests before giving the go ahead to finish another relief well. So, just why is a retired Coast Guard official now in charge of this oil spill, I ask?
I mean, the Coast Guard is charged with protecting America's ports and shorelines, not with negligent corporate entities that dump at last count millions of barrels of oil into American waters under illegal leases.
Just when are those leases going to be rescinded anyway in light of the devastation which has occurred, and economic impact both in barrels lost to those Brits, and wildlife - not to mention now 26 American lives lost to this corporate petrol glutton.
Doesn't that make three relief wells since this disaster started?
So, instead of one well and a contractual amount of America's oil reserves given under those leases, BP now has three wells, and literally hundreds of thousands of extra barrels of oil outside of those leases due to the "hands off" policies of this Administration during this three month "clean up" effort?
Governor Crist, most likely another heavily invested BP stockholder if the number of those in the federal judiciary invested in oil stocks in that region is any clue, announced that Mr. Obama's visit was the "biggest single commercial you could imagine."
While the Attorney General of Alabama is now suing (outside those reserves set aside for the mere citizens affected) seeking "unspecified economic and punitive damages" for the State of Alabama's coffers for the spill. Apparently, the actual victims and citizenry have been precluded from their Constitutional redress, but the state and municipal governments have not.
What's wrong, once again, with this picture?

Deepwater Horizon: Blaming The Coast Guard?
It was interesting this weekend to see articles in the mainstream media now reporting that the Coast Guard has been "authorizing" British Petroleum to use "contaminants" in order to break up the ever widening oil spread in the Gulf after the Deepwater Horizon incident over three months ago.
It appears the spins continue almost as far and wide as this oil has now spread.
In light of the questions of just how and why Congress and the Obama Administration has, for all intents and purposes, given British Petroleum free rein in the containment efforts since this tragedy began, a story such as this bears question. Since it is quite possible that the only "containment" efforts that have been ongoing is the "containment" of thousands of extra barrels of oil for the benefit of the British under those illegally given mineral rights to America's offshore oil reserves.
Now blaming the Coast Guard due to the negligence of this Congress and Administration in originally and immediately pulling BP's offshore leasing rights in light of this SECOND incident involving the loss of American lives and property does seem that Washington and those media moguls are sinking to a level not seen in this country ever before.
The Coast Guard is primarily there for regulation of the domestic coastline perimeter in "directing traffic" and also civilian and commercial safety issues and distress entering and exiting America's ports, with no real legal authority over this ongoing disaster in the magnitude and breadth it initially and has continued to impact the Gulf waters.
Placing the blame and asking failure of our press to ask the fundamental questions does appear that they are attempting also to protect their "global" interests and not report with any accuracy the ongoing saga of Deepwater Horizon.
But continue to wonder why their bottom line profits are deteriorating also by the day, week and month as their advertising and sales revenues continue to decline.
The "global" mainstream media bailout seems to be another disaster just around the bend.
The top news stories were this, and the wedding of Bill and Hillary Clinton's daughter, to a former Goldman Sachs employee and hedge fund manager, under "cottony clouds in New York" (a direct quote from the AP report).
I won't publish the "adjective" I came up with after reading that story.

Hail, Britannia: Britannia Rules The Gulf (And Its Ports)
It was reported that the big news today is that BP has finally once again capped the oil spill in the Louisiana Gulf, at least halting the flow for a few more days.
No promises, of course, that the continuing saga of Deepwater Horizon is truly over.
Meanwhile, it was reported that over 184,000,000 (yes, those were the commas) gallons of oil have spewed into the Gulf, with those Brits then solely in charge of both containing the spill, and the cleanup of the existing oil residue then in the Gulf.
As stated previously, oil and water do not mix, so I just wonder how many of those 184,000,000 gallons of crude went sailing out through the Port of New Orleans to be refined by those Brits at their home refineries, and then sold back to the American people at a profit - which means that the American people will be paying in a roundabout way for all those fines, fees and reimbursements to those in Louisiana affected - since Obama even took away unconstitutionally the rights of those victims to sue in U.S. District Court BP directly for their actual damages, and not simply damages that the BP claims adjusters deem worthy.
With the Prime Minister cautioning those BP executives about "excessive" claims. And apparently authorized and afforded by Washington and Congress under those leases or Obama dictates to use their own claims adjusters working for BP. Now I just wonder whose "bottom line" those claims adjusters are going to be charged to protect, and from all reports BP's "authorized" adjusters are few and already the backlog of claims increasing by the day.
Just how does the Obama Administration and Congress have any authority to circumvent the U.S. Constitution in this respect removing "due process" rights of those individuals and businesses so affected under this supposed reserve. This does seem to be a British mentality and Rule of Law once again. Making the process not public, but private and away from the American public's view also on just how those claims are being settled, and ultimately at the American public's expense since their profit margins are gained at the pumps throughout the South and who knows where else in this now "global" economy. But suffice it to say a good deal of their bottom line profits are gleened from their American service stations and "lease" agreements.
And just how much is "excessive" in light of the loss also of eleven American lives due to this huge global corporations' negligence, one of the largest global industries in the entire world that STILL holds lease rights to America's offshore oil in both Louisiana and in Alaska from all reports.
And since this is the second disaster which has involved bodily injury and loss of American manual laborers lives, which of course were deemed "the little people" by those Brits, just why isn't Congress and the Obama Administration rescinding their lease rights, lease rights that Congress actually had no business handing out to foreign global corporations, especially Britain, to America's offshore oil reserves anyway.
Especially since we are still in a War in the Middle East primarily for Britain and the loss of their holdings to those lease rights when the Shah of Iran was removed from power, and the Ayatollah and the religious leaders took over basically the area and country back in the 1970's.
I mean, Iraq's "new" government is another basically Constitutional monarchy, with a Prime Minister and Parliament and in no way mirrors the intended structure of the U.S.'s own, which simply goes to prove just who is in charge of the War in the Middle East on "terrorism."
While, of course, the two subsequent attacks which were circumvented since that time by the shoe bomber and the underwear bomber were actually British citizens, one of whom's father was a high ranking banking official in the Middle East that worked for the London bankers from British reprots.
Canadians are now in abundance in this country, and now even being trained under "free trade" agreements apparently at the U.S. public's expense at many of the U.S. military bases and installations. And more and more foreigners are gaining admittance even into U.S. military colleges and universities in both the West and East.
This "joint" security is costing the U.S. citizens most of all, it appears, rather than the Canadians or the British and placing more and more foreigners on U.S. soil by the year since 9-11.
And hasn't the U.S. learned about training foreign troops only to have those troops eventually turn on the American people eventually, and its civilian population now also per 9-11?
There was even a published report in a newspaper in Colorado that the city and state governments are looking into exercising eminent domain procedures against many Colorado ranchers in order to seize their land and property for the expansion of the military bases which are deemed needed due to the ever expanding "theatres" in the Middle East of Iraq and Afghanistan.
And this is ending a war as "reasonably and safely" as possible? While also expanding then the medical provisions for those suffering from PTSD after six or seven tours of duty at this point, this is working our way toward ending this "undeclared" war on a noun?
Gee, between those flashing signs on most major U.S. highways warming about the consequences of failiing to wear a seatbelt, or "Drink and Drive....Do Time (not even "drunk and drive" due to progressively lower and lower blood alcohol percentages not even Washington but "globally" determined, with "technology" also again being brought forth as "prima facie" evidence throughout the country), I would say that to most the "terrorist threat" in the Middle East is only a matter of degree from that found now at home.
Especially due to even "globalizing" our nuclear reactors and selling shares of them over the global stock exchange to foreigners, along with our mineral rights and infrastructure PROGRESSIVELY.
I just wonder, how long ago was it really that the British took over both the Rule of Law, and the Port of New Orleans in the good ol' U.S. of A?
Maybe that is truly why all these Canadian troops are now stationed on U.S. domestic shores.
And if Posse Commitatus was originally supposed to protect Americans from military overstep and is being used as the "excuse" for not militarizing America's southern borders most of all, just what is protecting the American people from the British, when even its military is now "globalized" and amalgamated with them to this degree? Certainly not Obama or this Congress who are, in fact, in bed with them also it appears in this "joint venture," being dictated quite obviously from London.
Who then speak of the "little people," and actually back in those founders time demeaned those "colonials, Yanks and savages," as somehow not gentlemen or worthy of note.
Seems much hasn't changed from '76 in that respect and so many, many others PROGRESSIVELY REGRESSIVELY by the day, week and month.

British Send Prince Harry To Do Damage Control
It was interesting to note that in the AP today one of the top stories was with respect to one of the British royal family's attendance at The Mets-Twins game.
Prince Harry threw out the first pitch, apparently sent to the U.S. to do damage control over the Deepwater Horizon and continuing BP disaster.
Unfortunately, what might work for those New Yorkers, many of whom are globalists and Tories in disguise, doesn't work with mainstream America.
You see, we eliminated royalty back in 1776, and the royal family doesn't hold much sway with Middle America, outside of California and New York.
But nice try, Brits.
In fact, we don't like our President or Congress too much right now if you hadn't noticed, in their alliance with you Brits now that has compromised both American lives (11 American lives were taken in that disaster) and our sovereignty by the decade.
So tell the folks back home, and the British bankers that Americans fundamentally are an independent sort, and don't like foreigners who compromise the lives and livelihoods of Americans.
Or their Gulf coastline, oil and mineral rights, or as it is becoming increasingly evident, attempting to regain Louisiana and the Port of New Orleans as part of the British empire once again.
Just how many of those million dollar mansions have the BP executives gotten through that British real estate firm, Sotheby's, post Katrina, anyway?
And just how many extra barrels of oil in excess of that illegal lease have sailed out of the Port of New Orleans to British refineries in the six weeks since this disaster began under cover of night on those British tankers lined up in the Port harbor?
First Paul McCartney, and now Prince Harry...I mean, not even William?
So when is the Queen going to be arriving for our Fourth of July celebration to light the first firecrackers?

Remember, America: Cornwallis Never Surrendered
Aside from the spins that are now occurring on the Gulf Deepwater Horizon disaster, and all the blustering of those members of Congress looking for some face time in the media and photo ops, the fundamental question that needs to be answered due to now this over six week "containment" effort is, just how many extra barrels of oil has Great Britain gained that have been shipped out of the Port of New Orleans since this disaster began?
Several thousands, maybe?
I mean this is the largest oil spill outside the Exxon Valdez incident (close to Canada also), and oil and water do not mix.
So just how much have the British syphoned off of the U.S. oil reserves in the Gulf?
While Prime Minister Cameron offers not a single apology to the American people, but warns of "excessive claims" against that bogus reserve account that Mr. Obama has widely (and nationally) televised, and then continues to put BP in charge so that he can address the problems of the "global" economy with the G-20? (Global or Government 20, that is), with the Queen?
Just when is that Union Jack going to replace the Stars and Stripes officially?
And isn't it interesting that the State of Louisiana is now "governed" by a Governor whose parents were immigrants from India, another British Territory? And who has been getting more and more national attention as the disasters in Louisiana multiply?
It appears the British Empire and its insatiable needs for world dominion quite clearly in this country did not end with the American Revolution, but simply a different strategy has been in the works for literally decades.
Using naturalized or even native born "Ameuro" Tories to continue the war, which may be why Cornwallis never showed up at Yorktown.
It would have been against the future battle plan.

Obamanation: BP Gets A Lecture, Americans Get The Shaft
Yesterday Barack Obama took to the air waves after almost six weeks in order to address the American people regarding the Deepwater Horizon explosion and incident which occurred off Louisiana's Gulf Coast, costing eleven American men their lives.
The "address" simply consisted of a verbal lecture and tongue lashing of British Petroleum, and announcement of an "escrow" account Mr. Obama has ordered be established in order to compensate any and all whose businesses were affected, of course rather than that global foreign based corporation having to face the American people and jurors of this disaster and having them make the decision, since the ramifications of this disaster will eventually impact ALL Americans in one way or another.
Seems that little escrow account is nothing more than a "get out of jail" free card for that British held corporation, and their executives. Wonder how this Constitutional lawyer can circumvent the Constitution and deny due process rights to some of those victims under a purported "escrow account," and wonder how much those victims will receive after the lawyers are done with the paperwork?
It appears PM Cameron is already "warning" BP about excessive claims. I wonder how many excessive barrels of oil have been transferred to those tankers in the Port of New Orleans, and have sailed off to Britain under cover of night in the six weeks now since this "cleanup" began? Several thousand barrels, maybe?
Since there hasn't been any solution to this problem and this spill is increasing (need more of those freebie barrels, apparently, for the British bankers, government and people's profit at the U.S.'s expense once again, just how do they plan to settle these claims, anyway? Just what is the timeline in how long this escrow fund is going to be in existence - simply until it is wiped out and the outrage and media attention dies down ala Katrina?
That 20 billion will be chump change after all those excess barrels are refined and redistributed throughout the world (and back to the U.S. at pure profit).
I mean, this is one of THE LARGEST global corporations in the world, counting all its various subsidiaries and formerly a "property" of the British royal family and government.
No mention was made of criminal manslaughter or negligence charges being filed against those executives, or any of the half dozen at least agencies who were asleep at the drill bit it seems.
No mention was made of rescinding this foreign based corporation's offshore leases and drilling rights to America's oil reserves, even after this was the second explosion and loss of American lives that can be directly attributed to BP - this one, and one in Texas several years ago.
No mention was made of even requiring that three times (treble) the amount of oil barrels under that lease which British Petroleum had been so illegally yet graciously granted by Congress and a former Administration be redirected to U.S. distributors rather than their British petrol gluttons, since it is clear that the U.S. Coast Guard and other agencies already have expended U.S. taxpayer dollars in assisting this global corporation with containment efforts.
I mean, that is the law for tort actions and damages, which at least in this area Britain and the U.S. common law agree, punitive damages are set at treble (three times) the damages.
And the Gulf coastline has been significantly damaged, at least for the next decade or two, even if that well was capped off tomorrow.
I'm sure there were also fines and penalties written into those leases, but I'm sure the penalties were a mere drop in the bucket compared to all the profit BP will now be making, and quite obviously gaining even more of America's precious oil reserves than was originally written into those leases, I'll bet.
I mean, no one is overseeing these containment efforts from the U.S. at this point, so whose to say that Britain isn't shucking off some of these barrels on their tankers in the Port of New Orleans in excess of their stated lease "nonrights" for a little extra profit?
But just how do you compensate eleven American men's families who were the ultimate victims of this disaster, at the hands of foreigners once again?
It appeared also that Mr. Obama attempted to use this disaster for his own "special interest" and that of primarily his political party - the Tories, whose members cross both mainstream American political parties.
After all, Mr. Obama AND John McCain received campaign contributions from British Petroleum, a British domiciled corporation according to the Center for Responsive Politics. Along with Mary Landrieu in addition.
I mean, just where in the Constitution does it afford our Senators or Congressmen to be sponsored by foreigners and foreign interests? Are they not supposed to be representing Americans, and not those foreigners - especially the Brits.
Just what was that Revolutionary War, or War of Independence actually about?
It doesn't appear a single one of those that are currently serving time in Congress has an inkling.
Is our educational system really that bad, or that corrupted?
Mr. Obama recently announced that there would be a new nuclear generator and reactor built in the State of Georgia, as part of his energy reform measures.
Let's just hope that BP or one of its subsidiaries doesn't get the lease rights to that reactor or that as so many others have been throughout the country, privatized after its construction and then placed under foreign ownership through that global exchange that those in Washington seem so hell bent on pumping up at the cost of both the livelihoods, and in greater and greater number, lives of the American people. Of course, with the Nuclear Regulatory Agency there then to simply pump up the stockholder dividends with those "emergency rate increases" and fines it inflicts as what has occurred with Palo Verde in Arizona - making nuclear energy more expensive, not less so, than the olden days of natural gas and those now marginalized other sources due to this massive global warming scam and "climate change."
A conundrum of terms in and of itself. The National Weather Service couldn't even predict the path of Gustav accurately before it hit landfall, but somehow these scientists can predict weather changes literally thousands of years from now?
What did P.T. Barnum say, and what was that expression that stated that the only thing that was "free" in this country any more was the air we breathe. But those global socialists have even found a way to propagandize and tax that for their corporate gain.
Oh, and Mr. Obama is meeting today for the first time with British Petroleum executives for a personal lecture, rather than a televised one.
Or simply another strategy meeting to further the U.S. branch of the Tory Party and its global British government cause.
Did I mention that all the homes that are being lost by the citizens of New Orleans post-Katrina due to increases particularly in insurance, are being bought up by the British - many of whom BP executives from Britain - and some for a song during this U.S. recession?
Mineral rights to the American oil reserves and Gulf oil, and prime real estate in a major U.S. port.
I wonder when the new Louisiana flag will be revealed?
The one with the Union Jack, instead of the pelican.

The Deepwater Horizon Disaster: Shades of Things To Come?
While Mr. Obama wades around the sandy beaches of Pennsacola, and prepares for his tongue lashing, finger pointing, sleight of hand speechifying scheduled for this evening over the Deepwater Horizon disaster that left eleven Americans dead once again at the hands of foreigners, it doesn't appear that the true redressive steps are being taken, nor the right questions being asked.
British Petroleum, a British based global corporation and one of the largest in the world, held the mineral rights to the well involved in the explosion through its lease with the U.S. government for deep water offshore drilling rights to America's oil reserves off the coast of Louisiana.
Quite clearly, there was little or any regulation over this global concern and their practices, or else there was much "looking the other way" involved by those government agencies that would have been charged to oversee that foreign based corporation's practices which would have most likely prevented the explosion which occurred, the second in which BP has been involved in during the last decade - the other at an oil refinery in Texas - and those men might still be alive today.
Eleven Americans died, but thus far most of the news and media attention has been focused on the ever widening expanse and coastline that this horrendous spill has now impacted, rather than the American lives that were lost at the hands, once again, of foreigners.
I know, those lives that were lost were simply eleven, most likely redneck Southern construction workers, not on the level of the 9-11 disaster and lives lost of those global bankers, firefighters and police officers from the Big Apple.
These were people instead from the Big Easy, or thereabouts.
Southerners and Southwesterners mostly.
Where's the Hollywood telethon on this one, for those eleven men's families, and those poor oil slicked pelicans, turtles and the like all of you in LaLa Land? Why aren't you scheduling that star studded event?
The globalism and "go global" agendas of those in high seats of government throughout the world is quite clearly adversely impacting this country in the body counts by the decade.
Most of our nuclear reactors at this point have been "privatized," and shares now sold over the global market and stock exchange, a fact becoming more widely known as incidents such as these, and those airline terrorism attacks now that shares of our airlines also are sold over the global stock exchange, continue to make the headlines and which incidents were nonexistent prior to the huge push toward merging all nations economies, and this "global economy" and big businesses focus in competing in this global economy as a result.
Which is, after all, diametrically opposed to the sovereign America our founders created, and is quite regressive in its agendas.
Although the Nuclear Regulatory Agency is charged with oversight of our nuclear reactors, the fact that these privately owned now "public utilities" could at this point, especially with the ever declining dollar and U.S. recession, literally be owned by foreigners makes the mind boggle at just what impact such an accident might have at possibly Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, the largest and a mere 50 miles outside the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Just what is Washington smoking at this point? Or reading?
The Communist Manifesto or America's Constitution?
It will be interesting to see what kind of prepared speech Mr. Obama has addressing this disaster, and if mention is made of the 11 Americans who were victims of this disaster, or whether most of the focus will be on setting up his "escrow" account to pay off the claims of those who have been affected in the various industries and for clean up monies, and more of a PR appearance on behalf of BP in publicizing their efforts and willingness to escape the American court system, and establish a fund for any and all directed impacted.
But what about the indirect victims - the American people, and the families of those eleven killed?
This explosion and its results is sure to be the basis for hikes in gas and oil prices at the pump, and also higher prices for that Gulf seafood that is become more and more scarce the wider this oil tsunami spreads.
No formal charges or investigations, it appears, are being widely reported insofar as criminal negligence charges against BP or some of those executives or governmental officials personally for the loss of lives of those eleven men, nor does it appear that BP's lease rights will be rescinded for any further explorations along America's coastline, or investigations of their practices along the pipelines in Alaska - for which they also are or were major leaseholders.
Which might explain the push for Sarah Palin also and her sudden appearance on the national scene this last election.
Does seem a little coincidental, doesn't it?
And wonder how much BP has donated to state and federal campaigns across the board - although as a foreign domiciled corporation, clearly those that received and accepted such contributions should be hauled up on not simply ethics charges, but criminal charges.
Foreigners "sponsoring" candidates in this country?
The founders are not only spinning, they are levitating.
While, of course, instead of exploring the reserves "owned" by the American people which would result in cheaper oil and gas prices for the domestic variety (and not owned by U.S.A., Inc., with Congress and the President a Board of Directors, since "trading" our mineral rights or leasing to Great Britain a non-renewable energy source much needed in the U.S. definitely was not those founders intent), we are over in Iraq fighting to secure our presence there for those purported needed more expensive barrels, and in which it just so happens that the biggest news story today is about a massive mineral discovery made by U.S. geologists in Afghanistan.
Appears our standing army in their "pursuit" of bin Laden has been put on hold again, and does appear that our occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan more and more does appear to have ulterior motives.
I wonder who is truly directing this farce of a show?
Stay tuned, since it appears the after this evening, most Americans will need either nose plugs, or that sea sickness medication, dramamine.
It was reported today also that Wall Street had a small rally, due to the increases which occurred in the European markets - a market that increasingly is benefitting from the U.S. recession and deflation of our dollar by most of those British bankers that manipulate the world's economy, by and large, by the day.
What's that saying - that it is easier to conquer a country from within, than from without - especially in this day and age.
I mean, I think we have trained half the military might in the world, especially the British and Canadian troops, many of those Canadian troops are now based in the U.S., or going to some of our finest military academies as are a greater and greater number of foreigners.
And especially such a likely scenario seems possible with the assistance of "sponsored" and appointed representatives by Britain - I wonder how many are sponsored by China or Germany, since we know a bucketload of them are sponsored by Israel and Britain now - to facilitate the process with those "foreign" campaign donations.
And how convenient it appears now that the Supreme Court "accepted' that "Citizens United" case, clearly in order to further the global and U.S. corporate dominance in America's election process and the march toward global socialism, diametrically opposed to the intent of this nation's founders from the outset and their clear "war" against the East India Tea Company - the AIG, BP and U.S. Chamber of their time buying influence through the "sovereign" gain of both political parties and their "corporate" politicians particularly who have hijacked America's election process at this point fundamentally.
AIG, and now BP.
While Mr. Obama reassures the British publicly that in no way would the Deepwater Horizon incident affect this country's loyalty and alliance with Great Britain.
I wonder how the families of those victims felt upon hearing that on the local news?
In fact, this little incident and blip it was reported merely delayed his scheduled appearance and next road trip to Australia, another British holding.
And Britannia rules the waves in more ways than one.
Both on land (air waves) and on sea (continued drilling and mineral rights to America's oil reserves).
I wonder how many bridges the British own or lease in this country, and whether that one in Lake Havasu, Arizona they didn't want and we got as a hand-me-down has been inspected lately?

Cashing In On the BP Disaster: And This Is Due Process?
There appeared an article today printed by the AP regarding the political games that are now being played with respect to the civil lawsuits which have been filed over the Deepwater Horizon disaster in Louisiana, so far over 150 cases.
There is even a move being made to "consolidate" the cases under one U.S. District Court judge, thus removing and reassigning Constitutional jurisdiction over these cases outside Constitutional authority by the panels and individuals who are now "regulating" just how these cases are going to be handled - and where.
So far due to personal investments, there is also a problem that more than half the U.S. District Court judges having jurisdiction depending on the specifics of the case involved, although most of them so far involve Louisianna plaintiffs, are shareholders of BP, Halliburton or Transocean.
Or else are invested in the oil and gas industries in other unrelated companies - although other than direct investments in those three companies, any other financial interests do not automatically preclude them, under U.S. District Court Rules it appears, from recusing themselves or removing themselves from the judicial pool.
What is even more interesting has also been left unsaid, and just goes to show what this country in the future very clearly may be facing.
Over half of the U.S. District Court judges have been deemed ineligible at this point.
Just think.
I won't go into just how totally strange it is that these "public servants" have enough discretionary income to be able to afford to invest in oil and gas stocks in any measurable way.
But with that new bogus Supreme Court ruling affording unlimited campaign contributions from corporate entities (since the Supreme's failed to limit in their published opinion or even restrict their holding to citizen, and not commerical organizations although corporations, even those for-profit non-profit nominally grass roots organizations, are not people at all, but property), just how long before there are absolutely no federal or state judges who will be able to hear cases involving major global or regional industries?
Especially as those salaries and perks continue to escalate.
Our campaign finance laws are already diametrically opposed to those that the founders envisioned.
I mean, how can you have a representative government when those "misrepresentatives" are gaining their offices through major donations from big business and global industries that are not even domiciled in their home districts?
To this writer, this is the reason this country is fundamentally where it is, in addition to the 1913 treason that went on under Wilson.
And why in this article would there be a move to consolidate most of these cases under a Texas judge, if not to give a privilege and immunity to BP, Halliburton and Transocean that even U.S. citizens are not entitled to for any "capital" or civil offense without proving that any jury pool in a jurisdiction would be tainted - and these defendants are commercial entities, not even U.S. citizens, one of which clearly a British foreign domiciled corporation.
Oh, the webs we weave...and weave...and weave.
Special interest groups also are now attempting to get into the act influencing these "panels" as to the jurisdictional issues involved and number of cases.
This foreign, globally domiciled corporations disaster will end up costing the American people as a whole a fortune, no matter how high those BP fines are (which are sure to be appealed, as they did the Texas BP incident several years ago who still have not satisfied the fines levied, or the lawsuits which occurred then).
