This week was another banner week for the national media, and my former home state of Arizona.
Recently, there was a mainstream media story regarding the "accidental" airing of a high speed chase in Arizona which was carried on the Fox's "fair and balanced" news media that eventually resulted in a live broadcast suicide.
Just what has our media become?
Or better yet, just where is the quest for sensationalized journalism and ad revenues and profits going to end?
Shepard Smith, the Fox tool, has apparently apologized profusely for thie media faux pas. Several times, in fact.
The tape was "supposed" to afford a 10 second delay while the Fox national media was broadcasting this chase on an Arizona interstate.
Although, after the bucks which were made over the OJ chase, seems to me Fox is merely cashing in on continuing the sensationalized journalism for corporate profits.
Shepard's apologies sounded hollow, to say the least.
I'm even beginning to wonder if this event truly was a "true" story, or merely one in which actors were used in order to create news, at this point, and thus ratings.
Who's to know?
Caplitalizing on crime is also a modus operandi at this point with our national media.
With all the competition for those ad dollars, with pay cable you get the news you pay for, America.
So tune in, within a very short time, there will be another "accidental" or innuendo based widespread media story.
I guarantee it.
And if, as I suspect, this man did commit suicide after this high speed chase, in which there were no police at the scene when the suicide occurred, merely a Fox News helicopter, just what would drive a man to do such a thing?
He had several misdemeanor offenses, from all reports.
But misdemeanors are now held as capital crimes in many states, also for state budget and economic purposes. Plea bargained or given mere bench trials in order for most states to raise capital, as it were.
Even non-moving traffic offenses, or any crime for which the punishment is a fine.
With the amounts of those fines also escalating to the point which has created "payment plans" (at additional cost) for many citizens who don't have much of a paycheck (or any paycheck at this point) left at the end ofthe month.
Which may have been why they committed the "crime" in the first place - as minor offenses increase during this recession/depression.
Crimes such as shoplifting, or non-moving license, registration or insurance violations.
People are having to move from state to state, many times, in order to seek or obtain work and may not have the amounts statutory set for some of those costs in the case of those non-moving registration, licensing and other offenses.
This is how most local governments run.
Through provision by the state general funds (and federal) governments provision which has decreased the local governments share of the pie progressively due to all the extra-Constitutional budgetary items the state and federal government continue funding.
While local governments then are additionally charging the citizens and taxpayers higher and higher fees and fines for petty offenses for using the court or in the statutory levying those fines, which are now set by state law without any citizen input or oversight.
Sometimes, citizens are placed in the position of either payihg the fine (by mail, preferably) or sitting through plea bargaining sessions with the city or county prosecutors before even seeing a judge - yet if you request to see a judge, the amount levied then for "court costs" is equal to or greater than even the expensive fine.
Now most of the punishments are extra-Constitutional "cruel and unusual punishment" under it for low to middle class Americans, without having any real recourse than simply arranging for a payment plan and paying the "fine" other then petitioning the very entity that will profit off these fees and fines.
Taking more work time, or time to find work to go through the process. So lost work time and pay also is part of any traffic ticket, which ups the actual cost tremendously if you must lose a day's pay or more to argue a traffic citation.
If you do and lose, you have lost a day's wages, the fine and court costs on top of that. For most petty offenses, figure the amount it would take to fee a family of four for two to three weeks.
But that scenario is exactly what "the State" and local governments capitalize on, right?
Or the sums provided for the head counts in the privatized or public jails, while feeding the citizen detainees moldy bologna sandwiches.
With detainees now incarcerated until that time comes to enter their pleas. Or you pay hundreds or thousands of dollars in bail money which amounts have also increased progressively to stimulate the economies of the bail bondsmen.
No wonder our jails are so very full (with many held without entering their pleas, at this point)
Or a man takes his life in the Arizona desert...
Ponder that.

Hurricane Isaac: Katrina, Part II
After being in a heightened state of anxiety for most of the past ten days due to the 24/7 reporting on the approach and devastation surrounding Hurricane Isaac, I feel compelled to give my first person narrative as one who experienced Isaac first hand.
My 90 year old father and 84 year old mother have been 35 year residents of the State of Louisiana, living in the New Orleans metro area, approximately 25 miles from Slidell, Louisiana.
After losing a home in Arizona five years ago and political and quality of life issues there at the present time, after 45 years I have taken up residence with my elderly parents for both financial, and personal reasons as their part-time caretaker.
Which, at almost my retirement age with absolutely nothing left in savings to speak of, is no small task. I was mostly entertained over the weekend watching the reporting from the mainstream news media, especially the weather channel and Fox News.
One Fox report from Slidell, an area hard hit by the flooding which occurred, had a young, blond reporter wearing L.L. Bean hip waders, a powder blue (tight) t-shirt, manicure and spray tan standing in the middle of Old Town Slidell while the waters rushed by.
I hope she got her shots, but I guess her commander in chief was unaware that there are water moccasins in those waters, and those L.L. Bean hip waders weren't going to give her much protection in any event.
But such is the reporting on this major "natural" disaster.
The drama all began a week ago today, when the path of the hurricane was taking it's northwestern turn toward New Orleans.
Each and every hour the reporting confirmed the path, and those in the area started preparing for the worst. We were going to leave, as my parents had done for both Katrina, and Gustav before only this time my father was on thrice weekly dialysis, as he has congestive heart disease and has been in and out of the hospital at least a dozen times in the past year.
He has stabilized for the time being (this month), but we knew due to the severity of his condition, we couldn't go far so decided to "hunker down" for the duration, as one of my sisters who still lives in Arizona so aptly put it.
My other sister and brother-in-law, also long term Louisiana residents, decided to also do likewise since they, at least, did own a generator which my brother-in-law purchased during Katrina when he patrolled the neighborhoods with his neighbors during the month long power outages at that time.
He was born and raised in Pennsylvania, but became one of those dreaded gun-toting Southerners within a few short years of moving here.
My parents truly do not get out much anymore as both suffer from heart disease...my mother merely to the store and back, or to my father's dialysis appointments. Short trips, mostly, to places she is familiar. Due to also his debilitating arthritis, my father stopped driving years ago.
I went to three stores looking for "D" batteries since the entire community was out. None at Wal-Mart or Walgreens. I got the last two at the local Radio Shack.
Why is it that all flashlights require "D" batteries, anyway?
There were lines and lines at the gas pumps. And, surprise, surprise...only Supreme was available at $4.25 a gallon.
There were recurring messages here to report any and all "gouging" to a local enforcement agency. I just wonder how many reported those out of control gas prices...up over $1.25 a gallon from where it was a month ago around here.
Then the grocery stores.
When the power goes out, there is no electricity for those ovens and stoves, or crock pots. So I bought tuna, canned chicken, snack crackers, energy bars, water, bread and peanut butter.
My father is on a special diet due to his dialysis, so other than the peanut butter which was a no-no, I thought we were set for the long haul.
I decided to go to the local bookstore to get a book, just in case.
Walked in about 7:00 Monday night and all the shelves were covered with blue tarps and plastic wrap. The store was closing and wouldn't reopen until after the storm had passed.
We decided that as soon as the electricity went out here, we would all go to my sisters where there would be a room air conditioner.
Six of us in one room for the duration, since my niece had decided to stay at LSU and attend the Hurricane parties there. Of course, the real brunt of the storm had yet to come.
Tuesday passed, and we waited...as did everyone...there were no cars on the road, all who were leaving had left on Monday or Tuesday morning and there was an eery quiet that night as we waited for it to make landfall.
I was up until after midnight listening to the progression.
It hit around 12:30 and it was windy for an hour, and then silence again.
Isaac had gone back over the Gulf again, waiting... I slept on the floor that night since my parents house is surrounded by trees...pines, oaks, and number of other varieties. Huge trees that had also experienced both Katrina and Gustav during their ownership, and for which they merely got a new roof for Katrina.
But then they were not living where there was the most damage that time.
My father was a wood technologist, and bought this house in the late 1970's due to its brick construction, and an old 100 year oak on the property which he liked.
The builder had built the house for his son, who had died in an auto accident when they were looking for house to live in.
I, asthmatic that I am, had stayed in Arizona when they moved, but had visited since my children were babies almost annually until a divorce.
Living in Arizona, I had experienced our annual monsoons (now haboobs?) and flash flooding. The desert isn't used to quite so much rain, and there is nowhere for it to go in the parched ground which is the Arizona desert.
But this was unbelieveable.
Almost 24 straight hours of gusting winds, and pelting, horizontal rain. I had also been here during Gustav in 2008 (my mother had two heart attacks that year). The winds were much stronger then, but it only lasted about six or seven hours.
We were fortunate. We never lost power, although the neighborhood looked like a tornado had gone through it.
The rebuilding has started, although Slidell and the surrounding communities are still under water. And the heat now is unbearable, even to a former desert dweller who isn't used to the off the charts humidity which is also a result of the storm.
Traffic was backed up for miles on Friday, with all those who left returning to survey the damage to their property.
The Lakefront took a huge hit, and the rivers are swollen and overflowing, with a number of dams in danger of breaking.
Life goes on.
But the question I would have liked to ask those reporters, and photographers with all their equipment and spray tans, and the manufactured dramas in many instances...
Why is it that science can now create life in a test tube, created the nuclear bomb, put a man on the moon, and can seed clouds for agricultural purposes in order to make rain - but at this point we don't have the technology to redirect or stop a hurricane?
Or due to all the coincidence with this hurricane which occurred...not to be a conspiracy theorist or anything...but with the timing of this during the Republican convention (as with Gustav), seven years to the day after Katrina, and with all those out of work and with the oil companies continuing to use any excuse imaginable in order to continue to bleed the public dry at the gas pumps.
Maybe, just maybe, perhaps we have the technology to create these hurricanes for "economic" and political reasons?
Where is that female reporter in those hip waders, anyway?
I watched part of that convention...at least the end...and I have only one observation with all the hoopla and celebrating that went on.
As with the many here that suffered through Katrina, and seeing the literally hundreds of dollars per month my parents pay for their medications in order to survive, and what I have experienced personally in the years since Katrina...
No, we are not better off than we were four years ago...or even ten years ago...
This tragedy was definitely not a Katrina, Part II...the government did not fail the citizens of New Orleans THIS time.
But as an aside, in order to assist my parents and myself as an Arizona homeless refugee...
I'm working a temp position that pays me what I was making in 1982, with no benefits, the only position that I had been able to find, and which is not at all in my field of expertise (corporate law, and then subsequently leisure travel & tourism, which just about died with 9-11, and Katrina here).
And what's broken politically, can not be repaired as easily as the Louisianans will rebuild after Isaac...
Not by a long shot...

Foreclosure Propaganda Continues
Last evening while browsing the internet, I came upon an article that was written addressing the foreclosure situation, and listed the top ten states with the highest foreclosure rates for February.
This article was written by a site know as "24/7 Wall Street" which took a few positions that seemed rather self-serving to Wall Street, to say the least.
It represented that "nine of the top 11 states with the highest foreclosures" were judicial foreclosures states, because of the amount of time it takes for the banks to foreclosure with the complexities involved.
Contrary to most of the reports in the mainstream media listing the states with the highest foreclosure rates thus far after this five year federal and state taking of American's properties, which lists Nevada, California, Arizona, Georgia, Utah and Florida as highest (the majority of which are non-judicial foreclosure states), 24/7 Wall Street's list was as follows:
Florida
New Jersey
Illinois
Nevada
New York
Why the discrepancy, and spins on judicial vs. non-judicial foreclosures?
I can only assume 24/7 Wall Street has an agenda, that is certain.
It is no surprise that Nevada is on both lists. The loss of jobs in the gaming industry, particularly, has resulted in many Americans living in that state to lose their homes when they were unable to keep making those payments.
Vegas is hurting, since in a bad economy few people have much money for entertainment or gaming. And the glitz of Vegas is somewhat off putting to many Americans to begin with.
Florida either.
Since many of the retirees have seen their Social Security payments cut or those cost of living increases delayed. And with many also in the tourism industry, another hard hit during this recession, high foreclosures would only stand to reason.
But it is rather doubtful that the new figures have anything to do with judicial foreclosures states having higher rates.
Simply that those states are now catching up due to the still joblessness of many Americans, high cost of housing there, and fact that since there is a longer foreclosure process and time between serving notice and the banks taking of the home, five years later those states would be catching up to the non-judicial foreclosure states, such as Arizona, Nevada, California and Georgia, that for the past five years have led the lists.
At least with a judicial foreclosure, an American homeowner would have the fundamental right to request a jury determination under our Constitution, if he has any investment or equity in that home whatsoever.
And place his case before his fellow Americans.
Not so in those unconstitutional non-judicial foreclosure states.
And guess who will be the largest beneficiary of the recent settlement Mr. Obama announced over the mortgage mess and foreclosure abuse which has transpired the past five years?
The states.
That's right.
It was the states that actually "settled" with those banks - of course, after being fully aware, I'm sure, of the illegal lending practices which were going on in their states for literally decades.
Of course, mortgages backed or underwritten by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are not included in this "settlement."
The feds have indemnified themselves it appears, since Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were, after all, created by Congress.
What corruption.
And definitely appears the American people aren't buying.
Either this latest settlement, and that piddly $2,000 the states also negotiated for their now homeless citizens.
The market isn't rallying in any fundamental way.
Unless those states plan to sell those homes to all the foreigners and immigrants they continue to request under those state resolutions to take also those "jobs Americans don't want."
You know, all those Canadians buying winter homes in the Sunbelt states at bargain basement prices, or East Indians, Mexicans or South Americans under those free trade agreements and visa waivers...

George Washington's Wisdom

While reading of the ongoing demonstrations throughout the country by the Occupy Wall Street protestors, it occurred to me that Wall Street, and those bankers are not the sole criminals but co-conspirators (although even the word conspiracy is being ill defined in this country) of the majority of politicians in Washington.
The continued desecration of this country and its founding principles has been, of course, a joint venture between the bankers and those in both mainstream political parties leadership, with the corporately "organized" Tea Party appearing once again without a clue as to just when and where this country began this freefall, or just how to shift gears at this point from the progressive globalism agendas.
It is Washington in bed with the European bankers and our continued alliances with them that has continued to bite this country in the butt, so to speak, and ballooned our national debt and compromised this country's sovereignty and national security in the process.
Let's hope that the masses who are now gaining strength begin to see the forest for the trees, and not their individual grievances, but the "globalism" versus "sovereign America" economic and foreign policies that have got us here.

Banks Issue Flurry Of Default Notices to Homeowners in August
It was reported in the mainstream media that the banks have begun issuing a flurry of default notices to homeowners in August.
So much for the pleas by the President to arrange to work out refinances or better lending terms with the literally thousands of homeowners still who are facing foreclosure, especially in the Southwest, West and Florida, after the latest Washington manipulated boom and bust cycle in which many homeowners were forced into refinances under those "teaser" loans, or even British banking rate terms such as the LIBOR London interest rates.
I guess the time for understanding, or even compassion or integrity has passed.
Gee, I wonder if this has anything to do with Obama's proposal to turn bankers into landlords, and let them "lease out" those properties they are ready to foreclose on to the homeowner who has been scammed out of his property by this boom and bust wave, and the increasing costs of ownership which have also rise far above the cost of living, including in those states with all those property taxes.I wonder just why those banks would be now moving more quickly to initiate those foreclosure actions - to threaten those homeowners into those "lease" agreements, whatever THEIR terms might be?
This should really stimulate the home buying market for those few still in the market to buy into these "New Age progressive" loans and loan terms...

The Iowa Straw Poll: Been There, Done That
This week the mainstream media's primary focus has been on the Iowa Straw Poll which will be conducted in Ames, Iowa tomorrow, so as one who attended the last straw poll during the last presidential election cycle, let me just say that this Republican Party fundraiser is nothing more than that...
A fundraiser.
Not at all an indication of just where and what level of support most of those "candidates" for the Republican nomination lies.
First of all, during the one I attended four years ago, the cost to attend and cast your "vote" was $75 per person, or $150 per couple, and all the proceeds were earmarked for the corporate Republican Party's benefit. Most all of the candidates advertise in the local Iowa papers attempting to trump up attendance and support for this nonevent.
And last election cycle, Mr. Romney was the most well organized of all, even paying the cost of those tickets for those who committed to attend in advance, providing them with "Romney" tee-shirts and a free western style barbeque prior to the speechifying, and during the voting and subsequent ballot count. He even provided buses to and from the campus for those that wished to reserve a seat.
Upon arrival, the Romney contingent in their campaign provided golf carts which raced enmass to the buses as they arrived in order to escort them to Romney Central, and past any and all of those "other" Republican candidates, or their supporters.
In fact, the eventual winner of the nomination didn't even attend this event, and as has been suspected by most former Republicans cum Independents, the actual serious candidate that has the corporate support of the movers and shakers within that party, and their campaign backers, has already been selected, to be announced after Super Tuesday.
The "dark horse" candidate which will enter late, in order to "save the day" for the party and the nation running his campaign on a shoestring budget, or the Evangelical vote.
In other words, with Rick Perry's noncandidacy at this point, while being heralded as the write in candidate, look forward to another candidate from the erstwhile "Republican" Party to rerun the Bush years from the Bush state, with the Bush agenda and Bush constituents.
And don't look for "change" once again to be a campaign slogan for either Mr. Obama, or Bush III.
Rather, more of the same.
Or, "second verse, same as the first" only much, much worse.
After all, hitting bottom only applies to "people" not "governmental special interest corporations."
No matter how Mr. Romney or the Republican Party or Democratic Party (those labor unions, and THEIR other "corporate" backers) defines "people."

Fox's Huckabee Hilarity: Facts vs. Spins
Last night I had a few moments to watch briefly several segments from Fox's newest addition to its "conservative" line up on the evening edition of "Huckabee." It was eye-opening, to say the least, as one who is and has always been an American Conservative.
"Governor" Huckabee was introduced (hasn't he left office?), and began the show with an ad and promotion for Gulf shrimp and wisting the Gulf coast this summer since the cleanup has been completed, and the beaches are open and the shrimp simply mouth-watering.
Interspersed with a few comic moments regarding all the ways you can cook or barbeque shrimp, were promptings to "visit the Gulf" and such.
Then the "political" commentary began.
"Governor" Huckabee then went on to lambast Washington on its providing funding to the tune of over a half million dollars to "study shrimp" and their exercise habits using shrimp confined to a hamster's wheel to see just how that might improve, apparently, the taste and fitness of this seafood. Now, don't get me wrong Washington does and has spent outrageously in those earmarks for ridiculous and frivolous expenditures.
But does any American truly believe that those earmarked sums actually did go to provide for the scientific study of shrimp and their exercise capabilities, or rather their friendly campaign donor and his needs instead under the guise of this "study?"
Later in the show, the "Governor" then ran a segment with an old country singer, Ray Stevens, doing a little ditty that demonstrated just how he and his family could get out of debt using Washington's methods for balancing the budgets and providing for its needs in its "administrative" costs.
One such line when referenced printing whatever what was needed and then went on to call these sums "Obama money" and then referenced all the global corporate bailouts, and stimulus monies which have been provided by merely Obama (Congress actually) for such economic expenditures.
What was left out, however, during all the hilarity and pans to the studio audience laughing their literal butts off was that it was George Bush, and not Obama, that started the "stimulus" and bailout money train.
Does Fox and Mr. Huckabee actually believe that Americans memories are truly that short, or that easily propagandized.
Amazing how these ex-NeoCon Republican "entertainment" and political entities continue to get jobs on Fox such as Mr. Huckabee, Mr. Rove, and the like.
Not American Conservatives in any respect, but simply representatives of Washington and their respective self-interests in the name of "fair and unbalanced" reporting. I mean, I just wonder how their positions would jive with our Constitution since Mr. Huckabee is a hawk or was last election, although a represented "Christian" ex-pastor.
Whose only true contribution to last race was his oft-quoted remark that "Jesus would not run for political office."
Definitely not in 21st century America, or as one of the "New Age" Global Republican branch of the Global Socialist Party.
He wrapped up the show with an interview with three young Americans (less than 35) who had suffered during this economic disaster in the U.S., and lost their businesses, or saw the end clearly coming for their particular small businesses. All turned their personal tragedies and disasters into golden eggs by founding new businesses (and where did they get the funding for them, I wonder, since small business loans are almost non-existent for start ups in this economy?) - and did not hold their hands out, as Governor Mike pointed out, during their loss and new ventures for public "golden egg" assistance.
I wonder if Governor Mike has visited the local unemployment offices, and seen that most all in those centers are over the age of his "buck up" and become productive examples? And it never was disclosed just where their assistance and sums for their new ventures came from, or even their moving costs to start businesses in other states or markets?
Maybe Governor Mike should just stick to his food segments.
Since it does appear those are the only pieces with even a shred of research, or truth rather than just more political spin doctoring.

Obama Hawks British War Strategy
It appears the hawk has replaced the dove during Mr. Obama's less than three year run as our nation's president.
During the British tour announced and undertaken post the "capture" and "death" of Osama bin Laden, Mr. Obama has been meeting with the British leaders and hawking his new conversion from his election positions and statements in 2008. Remember, at that time he was challenged as "soft" on war with his stances to end the War in Iraq as soon as "safely" possible, and get our troops back home and end this unconstitutional Middle East takeover in the name of fighting "terrorism" and also tracking down bin Laden.
The "new" British initiative which America and American troops are also expected to support?
Establishing "democracies" throughout the Middle East. Of course, the United States is not a democracy, nor was ever intended to be, but a Constitutional Republic honoring freedom of religion most of all, although with Christian-Judeo roots in its original intent and form. Not extremism in either of those two faiths either in supporting interventionist or even precipitated wars in order to "take over" other countries and their established forms of government, whatever they may be, but affording those people living within those sovereign countries to also stage their own revolutionary wars if "change" is truly needed there, with U.S. diplomatic and arms support if need be, of course if absolutely needed or necessary.
Not direct troop involvement, at any rate.
But no matter, it is clear that the "change" which occurs under a change in leadership in this country has no effect, and instead of abiding by the Constitution it appears a race to see which party can desecrate it even faster.
While all this was being announced, of course, the U.S. Congress and House of "Misrepresentatives" again passed the extension of the Patriot Act, that Act of Congress that was passed post 9-11 in order to fight "terrorism," once again ten long years after 9-11, and also after this recent "capture" and "death at sea" of the purported mastermind.
Where is the outraged citizenry who continue to be marginalized also under this unconstitutional provision and "in your face" violation of America's Bill of Rights?
Most likely on the unemployment line, or now without television sets in order to continue keeping tabs and watching the destruction of the late, great U.S. those founders fought so hard and shed their blood to watch our modern day political machines in bed with the unconstitutional agendas of World War II allies destroy.
Hail, Britainnia. Britainnia rules the Hill.

The Decade In Review: Next War, Pakistan?
With the reported death of Osama bin Laden due to the heroic actions of the U.S. Navy Seals being credited for recent events in Pakistan, although questionable based upon the timing, methods and eventual disposition of the body of the claimed front man for the 9-11 attacks by more than a few Americans with the press and federal government once again ratcheting up the terrorism threats and reports of retaliation, perhaps it is time to step back and review just what has occurred in the 10 years since that horrendous day.
The Patriot Act once again is quietly being brought to the floor of Congress for passage without any real significant changes in the unconstitutional provisions contained within it in violation of the U.S. Constitution as I write and post these recent reports.
Our southern and northern borders remain for the most part unsecured, now 10 long years after 9-11 with the politicians using this issue in the 10 years since in order to build or remain in public office at the cost of literally thousands of additional American lives.
Foreigners, especially Canadians, have been given blanket security clearances and are training on U.S. shores in many military installations across the country, while dissenting Americans opposed to these ever expanding Middle Eastern wars are being targeted by Homeland Security in greater and greater numbers as more and more of these "degrees" are handed out through U.S. universities, and also by the military itself.
A Canadian can be posted and train at NORAD, I recently learned, while an American who attempts to enter those sacred grounds could be shot on sight.
And a Canadian military officer or member has no inherent loyalty oath to the Constitution, or to recognizing the Congress or President as their civilian commanders, even though most of the members of Congress and the President are now afforded to accept campaign contributions from who knows where rather than the "district" or even "country" in which they live and are to protect and defend primarily against foreigners, be they allies or enemies, as it detrimentally affects this nation or its citizenry.
During Bush's last 90 days in office, an "administrative order" was passed affording foreigners from over 35 countries "free pass" visa waivers which simply required 48 hour security checks in order to enter and visit or work in the United States.
More and more work visas are being also handed out to foreigners, even during this recession and post 9-11, and jobs are being handed out by those large global corporations based in the United States as the basis for the requests for those visas in that "no American can be found to do the job as opposed to the "specialized" skills and talents of those foreigners.
Many from former British colonies or territories such as India or Australia, in addition to those Canadians.
The propaganda on Fox, a U.S. pay cable station owned by a former Brit espousing British style conservatism, continues to confuse the issues and undermine our Constitution along with those stations and media publications also owned by the globalists who wish to return this country back to its pre-Revolutionary War status.
Another colony of the Brits, or under British rule and dominion through their extensive holdings in America and even our banks through the Federal Reserve.
This current administration and its loyal press appear to be once again beating the drums for a major offensive in Pakistan post these recent events, in addition to maintaining fronts in both Afghanistan and Iraq, and through its U.S. membership in the U.N., Libya.
While Scotty from American Idol this past week chose to sing an inspirational country-western song about faith, and those events ten long years ago, again on Fox - the national animal of the British who desperately need to use our U.S. troops in order to continue their quest for world economic dominion and control with the Middle Eastern countries being the sole holdouts to this massive global agenda in world socialism.
It appears our current leaders feel they are more "enlightened" and intelligent than those great men who gave their lives to establish this nation, as one unlike any other.
Seems we have come full circle in the short span of less than 300 years, and from all reports, most of the true "natives" are getting quite restless.
And the "change" that is needed appears will not be coming from either the Republicans, or the Democrats who continue to assist in selling this country and its people out to those whose true interests and loyalties lie elsewhere.
Misusing and attempting to marginalize all the "conspiracy theorists" who ask the important and vital questions at this point, and divert attention with weddings, death announcements, and political staged backbiting against those standing in the way of "progress."
Even our churches have been corrupted due to federal faith based grant monies, with strings attached by many of those huge, globally focused churches now also misrepresenting scripture, especially in the Christian faith, with respect to this political maneuvering.
At this point for many, even those gruesome pictures wouldn't answer the fundamental questions that keep nagging many and have for the past 10 years.
Mainly, this "changed" America under both mainstream political parties bears no resemblance to the nation those founders shed their blood to establish those many years ago.
A sovereign America conceived in individual liberty, and free of global wars and British world agendas.

Using Lincoln: Beck, Sharpton Haven't A Clue
Yesterday, on the anniversary of the pivotal speech made by Dr. Martin Luther King during the Civil Rights Movement, two political rallies were held in Washington, using Lincoln as a backdrop for one and keynote references for another.
The first, Fox's Glen Beck's "Restoring Honor" rally.
The second, Al Sharpton's "Reclaim the Dream" rally.
Both marketers and hucksters for their form of rewriting history with respect to both Lincoln, and Dr. King's mission which resulted in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and in effect redressed the job and social discrimination during the 1960's that was a hangover from the civil war primarily in the South, much of which was due to the opportunist carpetbaggers who migrated there during the reconstruction from the North post the civil war who established non-agricultural businesses there.
Mr. Beck is labeled a "conservative" by most of the mainstream media. But his fundamentalist conservatism beliefs actually are more aligned to the British form and definition of conservatism than that of "conserving" the intent and provisions of the U.S. Constitution as was written and intended by those framers and founders. Regaining the state's rights and people's rights and balances of power requires not simply rallies and rhetoric, but re-establishing the entire framework of the Constitution which has been progressively lost, and never more so in the modern era during the Wilson Administration.
Mr. Sharpton can only be likened and labeled for those boomers who remember when, as the "Don King of race relations," at this point, ready to pounce on any perceived injustice as his recent forays into Arizona politics and the immigration and border situation attest. His "dream" also includes gaining equality for even non-Americans by nationality that were not brought here primarily against their will, but have migrated to the United States with the encouragement of their former country's leadership in droves since the Reagan amnesty.
The Constitution does provide in its preamble that it is only relevant to citizens, by birth or naturalization, of these United States. And the government's job actually is to protect its legal citizens from foreign invasion or displacement. So the border issue and immigration have little to do with the civil rights those founders were concerned with in providing for those first ten amendments with respect to this particular group of individuals, as opposed to the slavery issue. We do still have post the Mexican-American war open borders at both the North and South that continue to compromise the safety and security of the citizens of this nation, and the headlines on what is occurring in the border states have gained national attention, but have been a major problem for literally decades due to the criminal activity which has escalated cross-borders - which has increased in leaps and bounds since the last Reagan amnesty and "Reaganomics." This is also where many of the followers of the tea party movement and Mr. Beck fail to connect in their stances also on border security and immigration. It has been both political parties that have been behind leaving those borders open for commercial reasons, and promoting and escalating the outsourcing which has occurred for their particular favored subjects.
Which is why Mr. Sharpton's positions on this issue are similar to Mr. Beck and his followers, by and large. He too, on the other hand, is simply another form of globalist in his understanding of commerce and free trade, and believes that the freedom from regulation over national and multi-national corporate commercial interests is one of those freedoms that the founders and framers intended.
When the entire genesis of the Revolutionary War was not simply over "taxation without representation" but also was against the impact a foreign global corporation and its partnership with the sovereign had on them and their livelihoods, and was negatively impacting domestic production and commerce in even the choice of tea those founders were required to purchase, and taxed at that.
Global monopolies and foreign competition were also behind that tea dumping.
But Mr. Beck, who has gone on book tours with a shirt proclaiming "Britain Rules" fails to include that in his more "neoconservative" posturing for Fox, a station owned by a former Brit and the national animal, actually, of the British.
The two pied pipers of the globalist agendas have more in common really, than they do not.
And Mr. Lincoln, after all, wanted to keep the union together, as a Northerner, in order to protect those Eastern factories and their bottom lines and profits, after all.
His historical stated positions on the "slavery" issue pre-Civil War were merely to provide safe passage for all the slaves that so desired back to Africa. He was responsible also for those "poll taxes" even.
But as with what continues to occur in this country with these "rallies" sponsored mostly by the media types and publicity hounds without any fundamental Constitutional basis in their rallying calls, diversion is the name of the game.
Since Congress is still enjoying their August recess and would guess that less than a third of them even had their televisions on to enjoy the goings on in Washington for the mainstream media most of all and their bottom line profits, and the book tours of these particular individuals and their slated speakers during their absence.

Greedy Health Care Special Interests Wage Most Expensive Campaign Ever
It was reported in the mainstream media that the "stakeholders," as Mr. Obama so politically correctly labeled the commercial health care industry behind much of the provisions of the efforts toward health care deform waged this past year by various special interests groups, was the most expensive lobbyihg effort to date bar none.
If Americans wish to know really why their health care costs are so high look no further.
Using premium payer dollars to hire huge expensive K Street lawyers and lobbyists is one of them.
Not using those dollars actually for what they were collected for. The actual health care cost of those premium payers. And advertising costs also were off the charts for national and state commercials in order to sell the public on their efforts to increase their "stakes" and wallets once again on Americans' health for their commercial interests.
Whether provided by the government in any socialized plan or mandated by federal statutes, this legislation is by far the largest increase in taxation across the Board for the American public, even exceeding that bogus Cap & Trade tax passed by the House earlier this year for the Wall Street financial sector in order to feed the global and foreign investors most of all - and the global economy and venture capitalists and traders at the expense of the American people once again.
Many of whom now are jobless and homeless due to the world economic socialism agendas of those meeting in Pitttburgh for that G-20 conference, and diametrically opposed to the "intent" of our founders in this country in order to retain America's sovereignty from foreign influence, either politically or economically.
I just wonder how many lives could have been saved with those sums which were paid to those lobbyists, many of whom make five figure salaries and who are not "lawyers" really at all, but merely contract labor employees for these huge now global and national associations and concerns.
Corporate socialism and government in bed together for both of their "corporate" interests at the expense of the American people was actually what the War of '76 was all about, after all.
Not simply taxation without a voice, but foreign dictates for economic purposes. The East India Company was the target of that Boston Tea Party, after all, for a reason.
It appears that instead of "progress" this country's economic policies under both the Democratic and Republican leadership for the last several decades has been more one of regression.
And with Congress now with a less than 15% approval rating, and Mr. Obama's approval rating now beginning to tank, the "dumbing down" of Americans through the reprogramming that is now undertaken in our nation's schools now with this agenda to our youth, especially at the university level, hasn't had wide spread effect our political leaders apparently expected, since in practice its negative impact is now being felt throughout the nation with the continuing decline of the U.S. economy in order to stablize the "global" and on behalf of the foreign and global interests and whose interests are clearly the focus now of Wall Street and Capitol Hill at the cost of the American public and people who actually are the major contributors and provide the bulk of the revenue for their very livelihoods.
Not the individual American investors, or those premium payers subsidizing and funding their global economies, as now the "protected class" of the European bankers who own controlling interests in America's entire economy through ownership of the Wilson created Federal Reserve.
And the natives are clearly getting quite restless.
The true American natives, that is.
By birth, or by allegiance, are now watching their country being sold down the river by the global socialists to foreign interests in order to facilitate what is no more than global communism on a massive scale.
With these now global corporations who are now dictating provisions through their "favored status" on policies throughout the world on now even life and death issues.
Nationalizing health care then leads to government people policing and control.
Government control then leads to each countries policies and provisions in such matters being also dictated to by the WHO and U.N. resolutions for global socialism since this organization has gone way beyond simply as arbiter and forum for trade agreements and the like, to now resolutions directed toward redistribution of the world's population, and population control itself.
And getting a foot in the door with respect to health care in this nation certainly brings this country much closer to the goal of globalism and global dictates on health care as a part of their efforts in order to facilitate their population control mandates, dictates and resolutions throughout the world.
And appears to be more and more dangerous to each and every country's sovereignty and their citizens' chosen forms of government until the people themselves decide to amend or change it, while violently or non-violently as has historically been the case, than any threat of nuclear war by any rogue Middle Eastern nation wishing to expand their land holdings and religious doctrine. It would appear that even those rogue nations would see that their survival, unless that nation is totally self-sufficient, depends on fair and balanced trade with other nations.
China's one child per family laws in its controversial provisions has had heartbreaking consequences and are actually creating an almost one gender society in its focus, and selective abortions in the process based purely on gender in our now "high tech" and the science based focuses of these political organizations more and more.
So when opening your mail after receiving that Notice of Payment Due on your insurance premiums, America, at both the "corporate" and "individual" level, please remember that advertsing and lobbying costs actually are becoming two of the highest expenditures today for most of these global organizations.
And, of course, their executive compensation packages and fringe benefits for those global and national meetings with key legislators and their fellow corporate socialists.
With this now much touted "science based" technology promoted by particularly this Administration, wouldn't you think that global conference calls via satellite would be much cheaper and save both the taxpayers, and the general public funding their perks and careers, and boost the entire world's economy then in the process if they practiced more what they also preach?
Energy and fiscal conservation?
And those sums are coming from you, the rate payers, for both the salaries of those lobbyists, and also the profits for their global investors, which have also now become the priority in their corporate focuses and bottom lines - not the provision of health care to those rate payers as the shared pools they originally were intended to be.
And in this country due to the "publicly" funded service organizations really in which they are now even heavily investing those rate payers dollars more and more in high risk other financial sector investments, clearly cries out at this point, post AIG, for "regulation" of their practices and profit distributions at the federal and state level in the United States per our intended form of government as provided in our Constitution.
Not with our politicians becoming clearly more and more, simply another employee actually of them, and many of their progressively "foreign" edicts, dictates and business practices.

Obama Meets With Iraq's Al Maliki: Holds To Bush Timetable For 2010-2011 Troop Withdrawals
For Any and All American Conserve-atives:
The AP reported today that in a meeting with Iraq's president, Nouri al-Maliki, Mr. Obama reiterated the terms of the agreement reached in the last 100 days of the Bush Administration for American troop withdrawals beginning in August of next year.
Although this agreement got little press with Americans diverted by the U.S. elections and appointments of cabinet members in the new Obama Administration, this meeting and the AP's report appeared to be nothing more than merely an affirmation of Mr. Obama to the Bush agenda and timetable for troop withdrawals which was quietly executed in his last 100 days in office.
Interestingly, of course, and just to show how truly political this matter also is, it calls for complete withdrawal by the end of 2011, just in time for the next presidential election cycle.
Watch for Mr. Obama and the Democratic wing of the Global Socialist Party to then to use this to take credit for Mr. Obama having "lived up to his campaign promise" to bring our trooops home and end the war.
While actually continuing to engage in it for the entire length of his first term in office, per those Bush agreements and accords.
Recently also, complications have arisen in the closing down of Guantanamo according to Mr. Obama's prior promises also along those lines. His Administration is now stating just how complicated this is going to be.
Although, of course, we have several maximum security prison facilities if need be in the United States in order to house any and all detainees with prima facie connections to the attacks in New York by the claimed responsible individuals, the Taliban, if need be.
One off the coast of California that hasn't been used in decades, but is quite secure and for little cost would provide adequate security for such foreign detainees.
Although, of course, Ms. Feinstein has a problem using a maximum security prison such as Alcatraz for the actual purpose for which it was paid for and provided by the U.S. taxpayers.
For the housing of violent criminals that needed maximum security detention while awaiting their trials if denied bail due to the severeity of their charged crimes, or upon conviction.
Imagine that, a California legislator protesting using a U.S. taxpayer funded facility (and not a part of California) in order to actually house foreign prisoners.
And due to its location also the best and most economical security facility for the American people security-wise also due to its off shore location.
It does appear that the Bush timetables and agendas continue under Mr. Obama, and the "changes" which are becoming more and more clear with each and every new announcement out of Washington and the White House now controlled press seems to simply have been a change in the mouthpiece, but not the overall agendas.
Stimulating Iraq's economy also was a topic for the pow wow between Mr. Obama and Mr. al Maliki due to the fact that Iraq's economy and infrastructure have been totally wiped out due to the "war," although the U.S. is pumping literally billions of our worthless now dollars here into Iraq in order to now rebuild the infrastructure that was destroyed during the invasion and capture of Saddam Hussein now over three years ago.
Mr. al Maliki also mentioned his wish to stimulate international and foreign investment into Iraq in order to pump up its lagging economy.
Maybe he ought to take a history lesson into what is now going on in the U.S. with respect to its economy if his country also is entertaining "going global" in any respect.
Americans now are in the bread lines and homeless due to America's "globalized" economy, and now eating the debts for both this war on Iraq's (and Israel's primarily also) behalf, and also the foreign investors due to the international British bankers manipulation of the U.S. currency during this war that has depressed it to the point where the U.S. dollar is now at almost its lowest point ever.
While, of course, it was Great Britain that entered into that earlier "accord" creating essentially the nation of Israel even prior to World War II, an agreement between the bankers and a British Lord signed prior to World War I, actually. So America truly is under 'sovereign' British rule at this point fundamentally once again due to the U.S. back in 1913 breaching our Constitution and "privatiziing" and affording foreign investment into our most fundamental area and one of Congress's primary duties - regulation and printing of our domestic currency.
We don't even have silver dollars or silver quarters in circulation anymore due to that violation, and have had progressive depressions and recessions thereafter every since due to having a fiat, rather than full faith and credit exchange based currency system now in place.
And the British and foreign investors are now buying up our nuclear power plants and infrastructure, and even the stately homes now in New Orleans, thus under now more foreign control than this country was back in 1776 when the founders fought our first war to break free from a global government, and global control by the British.
In fact, the people in this country by and large are worse off economically and personally, than those founders were in 1776 with respect to "unalienable" rights violations such as have occurred since that fateful day in September over eight years ago.
Be careful what you wish for, Mr. al Maliki.
Diversification and foreign investment is not always postive, but can and many times is regressive and simply a change in dictators. And increase, not decrease, civil unrest due to foreign interests determing national and governmental policies.
Economic dictators, but dictators all the same.
The continuing civil unrest between the various religious factions also was discussed.
And it is unclear if it is and has been the intention of the U.S. to assist the Iraqi government and people why the suggestion that the country not be divided into states and more mirror a "republican" form of government rather than a pure democracy has not been pursued - which is actually more along the lines of the form of government the U.S. formerly had also.
Not a democracy, since our founders felt that democracies were once again nothing more than "gang rule" and ended in successive civil wars in order to change the "ruling" party, and ended up in the end destroying the countries in the process due to the costs of those continuing wars in both blood and treasure.
Nor maintaining foreign alliances past the point of the immediate need in defense of a sovereign nation and securing its country and its borders.
Which appears should at least now, three years later, be attainable without direct U.S. involvement at this point.
Especially with the U.S. economy now continuing to tank in the process, while there again were more U.S. casualties this past year than there have been Iraqi military casualties, meaning that for the skirmishes that still remain, it is clear that the U.S. military is still doing most of the fighting.
But I guess the AP story at least was a good public relations tool in order to once again promise the American people that this war, entered into under false intelligence to begin with which was fully eventually admitted by the prior Administration, "someday" might end.
I just hope that it does end before a good 3/4's the American people are homeless and jobless, rather than it appears the 1/3 that have been so far affected.
Or another mother receives another visit from Pentagon protcol with the sad news that her son has become now the latest victim.

Georgia Judge Places Politics Above The Law: Constitution and Res Ipsa Loquitur Trashed In The Process
A Georgia federal district court judge, Clay Land, in United States District Court once again turned down a valid challenge by a U.S. citizen with respect to the eligibillity challenges which have been undertaken by several different groups previously calling for production of Barack Obama's birth certificate as confirmation of his lawful natural born citizen status per the express terms of the U.S. Constitution with respect to any individual holding the highest office under it.
It appears that this particular judge no longer holds the common law, and codified law of the United States of "Res Ipsa Loquitur" (the thing as it speaks ) with respect to Constitutional interpretation.
And ignoring such a clear legal duty and provision with respect to the judiciary to make a clear and judicious review of such documentation for both legitimacy and legality is clearly in order here. Especially since this nation is still involved in a "global" war on terror, and now domestic spying program post 9/11.
Of course, while our own borders still remain unsecured, and the Bush Administration then also afforded over 43 countries free pass Visa waivers with 48 hour turnaround security checks prior to his leaving office.
I think most individuals would agree, that such a provision was made for obvious reasons by the founders.
So that no other allegiance or loyalty to any other country, or their interests, would precede the president's duties and obligations to this country and its citizens in the carrying out of his official duties and functions. Especially as Commander in Chief of the military.
And this particular case was brought by a soldier who owes allegiance to both this country and its Commander in Chief while on active duty.
And considering Mr. Obama's rather unusual upbringing, much of which was clearly outside the United States which he fully admits, and as a lawyer himself would appear would see the clear need for such provision.
Since political parties themselves were also not at all included as "legal" parties to the Constitution at the outset. Since those federalists and anti-federalists actually settled their differences upon the ratification process, and agreement and later enactment of Patrick Henry's Bill of Rights in order to protect the "people" from abuses of both their federal and state government with respect to the "unalienable" rights stated thereunder.
The judge clearly showed his bias, and actually disdain for the Constitution in his further comments, calling such requests and measures from LEGAL U.S. citizens in this country, "frivolous."
And yet the federal government under the stimulus enacted legislation calls for the creation of a National Health Care Database containing all Americans very private medical records through their now obvious "state actors," the health insurance industry and their associated organizations ala the East India Tea Company and their "favored status" with the British sovereign at the time of the original revolution?
And are continuing on legislation with respect to this health care deform which is and has been clearly disputed as outside their also legal authority, and Constitutional duties and functions other than to regulate those industries more significantly in order to reduce those costs, since it has been the costs, not the availability, that has been the major problem for most of those that still remain uninsured.
Or denials in honoring most of the representations of many of those agents which sold them to the American public now progressively, in even renegotiating and changing the provisions unilaterally in many instances without any notice, or negotiation of the insureds paying those horrendous premiums.
While closed door meetings were held with the industries on these measures, and it appears will also be so convoluted again with hundreds of pages of legalese involved in order to further give the lawyers in this country and the ACLU another stimulus at the public's expense, the federal courts are now denying proof of the clear eligibility of a publicly paid employee that is facilitating now "fining" citizens in order to once again increase Washington's bottom lines and the insurer's and their stockholder's profit margins and capital gains?
The judge also stated that such a matter was not a "duty" of the court, and went so far as to state that if he so ordered proof, that this would open the door in the event a potential candidate lied about his age in order to gain office.
This just goes to show why Washington said that political parties in and of themselves could destroy this nation from within, if foreign interests didn't do so from without. And it appears that both the political parties and their "foreign" interests are doing just that "progressively."
And since this off-the-wall ruling that flies in the face of all manner of law and the hundreds years precedent of res ipsa loquitor that precedes it with respect to Constitutional interpretation (which few judges have followed also in the past which also has lead to where we are today, an "unrepresentative" government on every level), I wonder if the district court judge involved just so happened to go to Harvard also.
Which apparently is also either teaching more and more British based "precedents" in this country as law, or is also even at those six figure per semester tuition rates, another of our failing schools.
I bet this one comes up when or if Arnold Schwartenegger decides to take a run for the roses.
But as with our liberally cluesless media, if that is the case and another such movement should occur, I doubt that those individuals will be called "birthers," as has been the spin placed by the Obama worshippers come hell or high water (and hell is looking pretty good to some of us at this point after these first eight months in the levels of back door taxation and property thefts of the citizenry are concerned for Mr. Obama's global agendas ala Bush).
They will simply be called Americans.
And any judge that would in any such event so rule as Mr. Land has in this case, Benedict Arnold.
My only problem with this entire matter is that insofar as my beliefs, Mr. Obama clearly does not fulfill the "intent" of the founders also with respect to the entire provision, and the background from which it came and reasons therefor. And why this particular case was brought in that federal district is beyond me, when it is not really one of the most Constitution honoring jurisdictions to begin with historically in some of their renderings in the past, along the lines of the 9th Circuit in wacko California, so liberal that it also doesn't recognize the Constitution in any manner whatsoever as of late.
And due to the hijacking of our entire government by two mainstream political parties at this juncture without any also Constitutional basis in fact, not "duly elected" per the judges also stated reasons for his refusal in that the "people had chosen" the president (right, and just what were the choices, your honor, since the two political parties have an inside track on the entire process and accept even campaign donations and/or sponsorship from foreigners at this point, and were illegally elected even to Congress in the first place,
having accepted "foreign" campaign donations and sponsorship and thus not "representatives" of the citizeny of their respective districts in any manner whatsoever and thus in violation and "pretenders" in violation of the entire basis for the election of candidates for the representatives government written within the clear terms of the Constitution itself.
Not at all "representatives" solely of the districts in which the were elected and not national and global lobbying organizations, or even foreign countries lobbyists at this point and their interests).
But just look at what the alternatives are in any event also.
Joe Biden, with Nancy Pelosi second in line?
Hell doesn't even begin to describe that pairing, and the additional havoc they would pile on top of the already crushing burden on the middle and lower income classes and "average" Americans.
And the other branch doesn't clearly know the meaning of the term "conservative" at this point, but simply another branch of the Global Socialist Party but with different and in some instances in vary degrees, even overlapping global corporate benefactors, that's all.
Hail Britainnia. It appears that Congress and those on the Hill are selecting more and more "British trained" globally focused "global socialist" also judges for high federal office in order to protect also their job security, and power trip moves.
Such as those educated at Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, and those East Coast "ivy league" schools whose law school programs clearly have been teaching the British style of government with the "government as sovereign" mindset.
And appears clearly are not at all teaching the "intent" of those founders behind much of the provisions of both the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution itself. Nor clear distinctions between the "limits" of and their obligations with respect to their function and their true powers and duties.
And this one was clearly their function and duty, without any "rights of refusal" whatsoever included within the document which actually provides for Mr. Land's lofty salary, and that of his staff.

Let The Games Begin: Massachusetts Politicos Vying For Vacant Senate Seat
With the passing of Ted Kennedy last week and after the weeklong media coverage of both his life, and his politcal career now over, the media's attention has now been turned toward just who might fill the empty Senate seat occupied by Senator Kennedy.
Even going so far as to call it "a Kennedy seat," in the liberal media press.
And the term liberal spreads on both sides of the aisle, since a "liberal" is merely one who "liberally" construes the Constitution by not consulting it in any manner whatsoever.
Sort of like what is occurring now on the discussions and debates on the health care issue. Not a federal function in any manner whatsoever, but one in which the states and state citizens should decide for their own communities, and at levels that are more locally accountable for indigent or other public health services.
Not foreign ruler. With the exception of regulating those national and global insurers and their practices, not take them over or get into bed with these now huge megaconglomerate concerns, many of which now are not even based in the U.S., but want the U.S. market base without any accountability in the marketing or honoring of their products or services.
Especially since the only real revenue and reason for their existence is due to the ratepayers payment of their premiums, and it is their own divestitures that also have been involved in escalating the costs by using those premiums and stockholder investments to diversity into high risk investments and fields for greater returns. While Washington has sat on its thumbs giving them carte blance in order to so do.
Providing a public option is rather laughable when Congress hasn't done its primary job in overseeing those global and national carriers. And most likely, anyone that is involved in any public option will come from the private sector health insurance industry and bring their rogue practices also with them.
And we all see how well Congress oversees most of those regulatory agencies now, like the IRS and the Federal Reserve (who are, after all, no more than front men for the European banking houses, and we all see whose "economy" the Fed is concerned with. The global one. Not at all America's, but raping American citizens to feed the foreign investors).
Massachusetts, of course, already has such a universal health care plan which was started in its liberalism, and so this push now is also highly suspect since such plans really already exist in some form or another in every state across the nation.
This state's utter outrageous representatives interpretations of our Constitution have unfortunately spread throughout the country (think California, now receiving most of the Iraq war contracts and domestic spying programs for Silicon Valley venture capitalists)due to the untold celebrity this political family somehow created after the death of John Kennedy over 40 years ago on a political career that had as many lows as highs.
Beginning with the starting of the Viet Nam conflict, our first truly non-defensive, interventionist war and which lasted then far longer than it should have to begin with, given the "threat" of that small country to our own. With then the U.S. inheriting thousands of political refugees, not to mention the debt and Americans lives lost or forever changed by that conflict (as also never a legal or Congressionally declared war under a formal Declaration of War).
The entire week's review was rather unbelieveable in its scope, and the rather unbalanced reporting which occurred in any event.
The aura surrounding the Kennedy name at this point is a little overblown in a historical context.
Several U.S. presidents had been the victims of having their lives tragedically ended prematurely, after all. And only Lincoln's has historically also been used fundamentally to aggrandize the true facts and accomplishments while in office. And records historically altered in order to make the tragedies of their deaths in office somehow all out of proportion to what their individual contributions actually were.
Abraham Lincoln, who although was a great statesman, politician and orator, clearly lacked a true understanding that a nation conceived in liberty and dedicated to state sovereignty, which united to begin with in order to fight a foreign government and oppressor, the British, also provided in our founding documents the right to dissolve the union if for any reason it no longer suited either the state or people's best interests.
And only gave the states, with the people's consent and directive, the power to alter or abolish it, and not the federal government at all in its original form and legal provisions under the "contract," the U.S. Constitution. Which can only be amended by the states, and people, not by federal fiat, in any of the three branches. Not the president, Congress or U.S. Supreme Court without the "consent of the governed."
The South and the slavery issue, after all, was simply what some historians have used as the basis for the civil war in this country for also generations. When actually the entire war was over state's rights, with the slavery issue really even inconsequential to Lincoln.
His solution initially offered to the South when it stated its intention to leave the union, was to afford the slaves free passage back to Africa if they so desired, which is also well documented in Lincoln's papers as one from the industrial north. The lives of those in the Northern states were not a whole lot better than those in the South at that time either. Lincoln himself came from a farming background, after all.
According to his Christian beliefs also, no man without his own consent (such as indentured servitude in exchange for work performed, or more commonly in barter exchanges for room and board ) had a right to claim "ownership" over another. Most farm workers even in the North lived on the farms and were provided food and shelter, but simply migrated during crop season.
Which was fundamentally the disagreement the founders had. Lifelong servitude, as it were.
But the slavery at the time it was ratified was not the same as was practiced in the South and occurred progressively due to also federal transgressions on protecting domestic agricultural production over foreign competition also then at lower costs due to seasonal variations in U.S. production.
Those original slaves who existed at the time the Constitution was ratified were for the most part more than well treated, well respected by those such as Jefferson, and who were sent with those men and their families abroad for further study and education in Europe, after all, as was the practice.
And was such a bone of contention also at the time that it is well documented that the founders eventually forsaw when that issue would need to be addressed and rectified accordingly as soon as this new nation had its first generation of native born new Americans.
And most freed then upon their death as Jefferson did and was provided in his will, which was also recognized as a legal right and private arrangement to be dissolved.
Many slaves were "freed" by slaveowners also upon request for simply repayment of any debts incurred on their behalf since even medical needs and assistance was provided by many.
Most were also sold into slavery by warring tribes in Africa instead of being put to death rather than as history likes to relate, brought here unwillingly by American slavetrader opportunists. Most came by way of Britain, which is where the real active slavetrading had been occurring and also why so many of the founders objected due to this British originated practice.
But it was the "progressives" actually that used them for agricultural purposes, and in the mills and factories, that abused their authority over them rather than a somewhat mutually beneficial arrangement which it originally was which lead to all the slave revoltes.
People naturally wish to escape abusive situations, and that is really what was fundamentally what lead to all the slave revolts. Mistreatment. Not a desire for freedom or independence but more in order to escape mental and physical torment.
But I digress somewhat to even prove a point with respect to Senator Kennedy's passing.
Even after all the accolades and tributes made by those in political office and his Massachusetts constituency, the nation is now being made to be witness to this transfer of power rather than simply a matter of filling a public service position with another American to so do.
And it was the "progressives" in both parties in Congress and the President that fired many of those hardworking, middle class GM workers in Detroit, a city historically with a large number of unemployed due to the outsourcing and insourcing which has occurred now throughout the nation and escalated under both Democratic and Republican Congresses.
And in leaps and bounds during the past twenty years to the point where it is the Americans now who are subsidizing through their taxes those foreign now industries and labor workforce.
This week also reminded me more of what occurs after an employee of any of America's largest corporate entities is either fired or resigns. Before the door is closed behind them, the vultures remaining seek out anything in the former occupant's desk that can be captured and used in then the performance of their job related duties.
It appears a general election is the way Massachusetts has legislated to go in the filling of the seat, and all the political ballyhoo that goes with such a procedure now part of the process.
Not the provisions as provided in our original Constittuion, which would simply call for a replacement to be voted on and selected by the current members of the Massachusetts legislature.
Who would be the best able to fill it, since the Senators were, after all, intended to represent the state and state's interests at the federal level, with the House members supposed to be then representatives of the actual citizens and people.
Which has also been undermined and abridged since both are now selected upon general elections, and in which the original campaign finance laws also are being abridged in that originally in order to retain a representative government, then such candidates in the House could only accept "sponsorship" or donations from those in their own legislative districts - so as not to be tarnished in their representation from outside "foreign" monies and interests.
Which is the major reason why today we are living under global corporate socialism.
Due to a very fundamental Constitutional violation at its core, which has hijacked our intended form of government and replaced it with something not even close to that which the founders created and envisioned.
And the natives are clearly getting restless with the "misrepresentatives" and not "duly elected" individuals now holding court in both the state legislatures, and most of all the clearly "pretenders" on the Hill serving more as CEO's of U.S.A., Inc. now instead of our intended free republic.
Even going so far as to call it "a Kennedy seat," in the liberal media press.

Liberal Lunacy: Fire Proof Cigarette Legislation Sweeps Nation
For Any And All Conserve-ative Constitutionalists:
It appears that another Big Daddy move has now swept the nation in conjunction with some of those liberal government funded PACs and organizations that have nothing better to do with their time apparently than not only parent their own children, but the rest of the nation.
Along, of course, with the Big Business industries that also benefit from such legislation, and their political ties that bind due to the amount also of lawyers in this country without real jobs except to hang around the Halls of Congress for their corporate welfare on the backs of the United States taxpayers.
Case in point: The new laws that are spreading now throughout the country mandating now the sale of "fire safe" cigarettes.
Now, this sounds all well and good like much legislation that starts with good intentions. The only problems are that they seldom get the results for which they were originally intended and also tend to violate the civil rights of others who have not at all asked for their parenting tips and are adults themselves.
Of course, the arguments are now being used regarding how many lives will be saved with these new cigarettes in prevention of fire due to cigarette use by the citizenry. These cigarettes apparently have been made with "bands" of fireproof paper in incremental millimeters which will snuff the flame out after about 30 seconds of non-use.
In fact, rather encouraging chain smoking and more secondhand cigarette smoke in the process, but that little detail has been left out in much of the advocates positions, and their lackeys on the state legislures who have promoted this legislation. In practice, it actually increases the amount of primary and secondary smoke which results from citizens who are smokers.
Exhaled smoke although actually has less carcinogens in it for the nonusers exposed, not so when the cigarettes have to be re-lit time and time again from the smoke which results due to the lighting itself. And I guess Bic must also have been on the bandwagon for this one, since the sale of lighters will go off the charts due to this legislation.
And doesn't appear that there has been any studies done (since they just hit the market within the past few years) of just what the added chemicals now contained within the paper itself will do to the lung cancer or other respiratory related diseases in the long term. But that "scientifically based" governmentally funded program I'm sure is now in the works at taxpayers expense I'm sure the results of which will be disclosed in about 30 years after it is removed from the locked safe and drawers it is now contained so that the chemical companies can increase their profit margins on this generation of smokers.
The price for cigarettes, of course, due to this extraordinary paper which is now part of the production has also skyrocketed due also to increased federal and state taxes in order to fund health care programs for children.
Children who are now being made homeless and increasingly needing such services due to the bankruptcy of their parents that Congress continues to facilitate at a rather rapid clip in all these corporate welfare scams under both the Bush, and now accelerated under the Obama Administrations in particular.
Especially for the financial and insurance industries most of all, which actually have merged and become one. Most banks and financial institutions holding companies also provide insurance and vice versa.
Many of them "global" or "national."
The fact that insurance companies began as nothing more than publicly funded shared risk pools and not for-profit corporate conglomerates has been all but lost in the process. Nor the fact that it appears in reducing their perceived risks and also costs, why is it that the more insurance and financial sector friendly legislation that is passed, the less and less it trickles down to the American citizens funding their actual industries and those risk pools?
Or, such as with the mandatory insurance laws for automobile owners which were initially meant to lessen and relieve the burdens on taxpayers for the small claims and civil courts, the costs for the use of our courts in filing fees and added cost also now precludes the average citizen their use of this publicly and Constitutionally provided legal remedy in such matters since most end up facing a team of corporate insurance lawyers even at those small claims levels if a subrogation lawyer for the insurer feels it is in the "corporate" best interest to fight paying off on those claims?
The support for both industries and their corporate welfare at the cost of Americans and their own livelihoods spreads on both sides of the aisle in this Republicrat nightmare called government.
Not to mention that insurance costs rarely go down with such measures as these, their profit margins simply increase as does their executive compensation levels, and political palm greasing for more legislation in order to both market their products, and reduce their risk and losses like this one. All based, as this one is clearly was, on not long term or scientific data in the slightest, but short term gains at the cost of public at large.
We are targeting cigarette smokers more and more and using backdoor methods in the attack as another example of the socialism that is and has been running rampant in this country for the last century. Its a bad and unhealthy habit, that much is clear, but so is excess in any and all areas, even the healthy ones such as exercise, and hygiene.
Look how many Hollywood celebrities are the result now of plastic surgeries gone wrong. And how truly robotic they now look. Stepford homes and Stepford faces. That's socialism for you.
In light of the basis and "science based" treatment plans that are behind the L. Ron Hubbard/Orwellian Universal Health Care Plan now being legislated as we speaks (which is supported by many principals in the zero population growth movement of the 1960's and 1970's of the liberal wing), since humans are not their "protected" group, but rather the whales, polar bears and seals in the Arctic, and starving children in Africa not those in the good old U.S.A., or "rights" of Americans over those of foreigners, that is really the plan anyway.
Who needs the genetic rejects that have addiction problems, if it isn't for animal rights causes, global warming scams, or Swiss and German chocolate anyway? Maybe this is another "stimulus" actually for the science based health care sector and medical community in disguise once again passed off as "protecting" the life of those smokers.
Many smokers also tend to imbibe in a glass or two of wine occasionally, so maybe this is the cure for both those social ills, to their way of thinking.
Perhaps those states that have now mandated such laws, can now slice the budget for the fire departments and those taxpayer's cost for their salaries and benefits by half? In fact, this legislation is actually sponsored by many fire and emergency personnel associations throughout the land. Of course, these individuals salaries are paid by the taxpayers, and complain rather regularly and petition for increases in their salaries, although with their benefit packages would put most in major metropolitan cities at above-average income levels.
And apparently have enough extra income in order to form their own lobbying organizations (of course, with added grant monies also funded by the taxpayers for these "educational" efforts) in order to basically promote more likely cutting their work schedules to give them more time at the gym or local high school tennis courts during their non-emergency time in order to stay in shape (as occurs at least in the major metro area in which I lived for many years). The "volunteer" fire departments are gone, and now have so much time and added income they are associating at the public's expense to lobby then against the public for more R&R, but more likely the scenario is are simply the "respectible" agents and front men for the chemical companies truly behind this legislation.
It's clearly a way for the chemical companies making this chemically treated paper to have a respectable front for also their lobbying efforts for their income streams.
Dow and DuPont, after all, need to find and provide work for all those scientists they employ, and then gain the patent rights for their discoveries through those taxpayer paid grant monies for research and development (including those taxes paid by the scientists themselves). I wonder when the downside of this "new and improved" paper and its health risks are going to be revealed from those "trade secret" locked drawers? I guess when the profits are high enough that some scientist or corporate lawyer employee then leaks them to the media, the class action is filed on behalf of the victims, and the scientist then gets his bonus for his discovery testifying at the trial for a few hundred an hour as an "expert" witness, while the victims then get the crumbs in the class action settlement.
After all, anything "science based" is the new focus of Big Daddy, since "science" is the key to detroying the morals, common law and values upon which our original form of government was built. Godly and moral values, not "science based" technology, since fundamentally with the exception of the few "laws" of science which have definitely been proven (Newton and Einstein's work primarily), much of science is "theory" based, which is no more proveable than faith based reasoning. Except that faith based reasoning actually has a 6,000 year old history and much of which science is now "proving" or proved in the past (such as the Earth being round, instead of flat) was actually pre-ordained before its scientific "discovery" and written in scriptural text, and more and more acheological studies are bearing biblical history out even to this day.
At this point, state government actually is also headed for the extinction of the dinosaur now that Big Daddy is dictating even the local laws such as the DUI patrols and their training, and now the "Click It or Ticket" fear campaigns and its funding (seen at your local movie theatre and TV, and paid for by the taxpayer funded Ad Council no less), using up then local resources in order to address "petty" crimes as federally mandated priorities at this point, and now with the terrorism task forces and National Fusion Centers, to suspect anyone and everyone of terrorism due to federally trained agents now "political" profiling, while then turning around attacking free speech and "crimes of perceived intent" not simply as a motive but as a crime in and of itself, with respect to "racial" or other alleged discriminatory practices of the citizenry with the recent "Hate Crimes" legislation.
Isn't that what a jury is for and to determine, the "motivation" for any and all capital crimes as part of the criminal proceeding?
I mean, just what purpose does our state legislature actually serve anymore than actually as JV for Washington and Congress, after all?
Certainly not representatives nor the barrier against federal abuse they were intended to be. And with commercial buildings, hotels and such the major expense in rebuilding costs and loss of life or injury in such events, and with building codes, sprinklers and fire alarm standards well in excess of prior generations for these commercial properties mandated in most states throughout the nation after those Las Vegas hotel fires years ago, just how many fire related deaths throughout the nation have there been anyway? I mean is this, on balance, with all these increased measures and emergency personnel now with GPS tracking devices in such events as reported fires - actually more frequent than it was in prior generations? I doubt it.
Probably less than those lives and property losses in the border states due to our open borders, and the homeless and joblessness and drain on the public purse that situation has created, and the outsourcing and insourcing and lack of regulation of these global and national concerns in the financial sector preying on the public with governmental consent, assistance and support.
So light up, America. Again. And Again. And Again.
And use up more of that protective oxygen those trees are giving out in order to protect our planet from its eventual demise due to those carbons that have also been increased due to these "new and improved" cigarettes. After all, what is the statistical data on the chances we will all reach immortality if we can just get rid of all these public safety "threats" through Big Daddy government one puff at a time.
I wonder how many still can afford cigarettes now at all, much less the new and improved fire safety ones.
So is RJ Reynolds yet lobbying for their corporate welfare? Or Bud? Since it would appear at this rate it shouldn't be too much longer since few now are lining up for those "Cash for Clunkers" coupons that are also being used as a financial scam to stimuluate those "bailed out banks" and feed USA, Inc. now that it is part owner of General Motors, after all, along with those banks who issue our currency and are making unbelieveable profits off the public with their assundry fees and charges, and "flex" loans, and Obama's main misson seems to be to get Americans back in debt and in servitude then to USA, Inc., and it member banks and insurance industries, and back into the shop til your drop addiction, rather than the nicotine variety, a more "politically correct" addiction and job stimulus for the financial sector and Wall Street from the liberal (Republicrat) point of view.
Our politicians are not only profiting from these bills and legislation and Wall Street manipulations, they are actually blatantly now directing them and nothing more than insider traders no matter which particular Wall Street sector or industry they personally are vested.

Hate Crimes Bill: Federal Overreach Again Undermines States, Citizens
Apparently, the "Hate Crimes" bill which passed the House last April is now coming up for a vote in the Senate as reported in the mainstream media earlier today.
The Democratic Global Socialists, of course, are ecstatic since it appears this time they may just be able to sneak this one through due to their majority status, of course with the assistance of a few of the Republican Global Socialists who are not up for re-election in 2010.
As most citizens have become aware, the federal government in the last decade now has become nothing more than dictatorship of 535 out of control nutjobs. The only time reality actually sinks in is apparently close to election time, or when the budget requests come through for more and more increases in expenditures for added security measures for federal and state office buildings.
You would think those requests and measures alone would provide a clue to the discontent of many in this nation with the Washington wackos.
This measure is being pursued in order to expand a prior unconstitutional measure addressing ill defined "hate crimes" against selected minority groups. The degree to which these "misrepresentatives" defend the bill as simply an "enhanced version" of existing law, and not in any way meant to criminalize "perceptions of intent," or infringe free speech of various religious groups in their biblical teachings speaks volumes right there, since the inclusion now of both homosexuals and the disabled are being included.
The disabled were included for purely political reasons apparently, since targeting a truly defenseless person either mentally or physically handicapped actually is something most juries throughout the country at least in this generation would find repugnant and reprehensible.
Homosexuality, of course, is a little different to a great many in this country since there is a biblical moral prohibition to its practice, and fundamentally has religious then overtones in all three of the major religions, and many groups fear politically motivated actions then also potentially could be the result because of the rather open ended language contained in the bill.
Legislation now is written primarily in order to stimulate the economies of the judiciary members (lawyers) it appears most of all. Since they, of course, are huge contributors to both federal and state public office campaigns.
In fact, there are still a few rather outdated laws on the books in some states prohibiting its practice (most of which have not been enforced, however, for literally decades), so the federal government is actually attempting to again assert its authority over the states and local governments on this as it has in so many other areas, and never more so than during the Bush/Clinton/Bush/Obama now eras.
Of course John McCain, in order to keep his name and presence in the media and in the forefront due to his upcoming re-election run in 2010 is objecting on religious and moral grounds as also potentially a bill which could target pastors and religious leaders for teaching biblical doctrine with respect to homosexuality, although did bring the Constitutionality issue up as a side note.
Arizona does have a heavy Mormon population, and also formerly was a more "conservative" state, although that has not been the case for many years due to the number of California refugees and East Coast retirees now living in Arizona after fleeing their own states due to impact in taxation of their former states liberal agendas, and Arizona's was formerly less expensive than some of those more liberal states as a result of its conservatism. That was about 25-30 years ago, however.
But the true measure actually of how redundant and unconstitutional it is is that there are already laws in 45 states addressing these "mitigating" circumstances in any criminal proceeding. Since the states have authority over criminal matters which occur within their boundaries as "crimes against the state," in general and not simply against the victim.
Pre-meditated murder, stalking, assault and other criminal actions targeting anyone for any reason are punishable in every state in the nation, irrespective of the motivation other than self-defense, or proveable precipitating circumstances.
Our criminal code is already a matter of settled law with respect to criminal actions based on proveable evidence, and such motivation is clearly something for a jury to determine. Upping the penalties for those crimes against anyone equally is Constitutional, not "piling on" additional punishments and penalties based on purely motivation, since there is leeway in the sentencing of many of these crimes also - and the more evidence and proof of criminal intent and motivation, the harsher penalty most juries or judge if they are also fulfilling their legal duties and functions would be.
It does appear at times our federal government just simply wishes to flex its muscle, or prove that those Senators and Congressman deserve those six figure salaries, pensions and expense accounts.
Since in a Republic, it is clear these would be matters for the state and "people" against whom that crime is committed in their communities, and not the "distant ruler" to "lawfully" under our existing law determine.
And with a foreign war now going on eight full years with no end again in sight but following the Bush plan and with America's southern border the true national security threat, an economy in the toilet due to federal negligence with respect to oversight and regulation of the banks and lending institutions in this country and their practices, and homelessness and joblessness increasing by the day yet passing now additional taxes on the air Americans now breathe, the moral outrage most Americans at this point have isn't at all directed in any respect for the gays or gay community - but those on the Hill.
Who truly do not acknowledge the boundaries of their power, nor true legal responsibilties.
And it is interesting to note that a push for this bill would also be made now publicizing also the former "hate crimes" legislation, just prior to also another contentious measure in which Washington is attempting again to put its will over that of the rights of the lawful American citizens and their Bill of Rights, the illegal immigration "reform" bill - of course, without addressing the state of our open borders and daily flow which will not cease until those borders are secured, and now also eight years after 9/11 and three years after the Secure Fence Act was passed, and after many Americans have died since at the hands of unlawful foreigners - appears also the timing is politically related as a precusor to another "in your face," Washington move.
