Sedona and Tucson: Who Decides?

This week other than the Egyptian crisis, there have been two stories which were carried in the mainstream media which also demonstrates how regional news and stories get buried by the big box media in the second or third pages of most American newspapers, even less than a month or year after the events.

One was the pending trial of the Jim Jones of Sedona, James Arthur Ray, who was the leader of a for profit organization of "Spiritual Warriors" and Californian who was conducting a lucrative retreat in Sedona, Arizona in which two women and a man perished after being mentally browbeaten from leaving a plastic tent filled with other devotees a little over a year ago and died of suffocation and heat related illness.

The other, of course, was the accused from the Tucson massacre, Jared Loughner, and his trial in which it was recently also reported that due to the fact that he is charged with both federal and state crimes in the incident in which Mr. Loughner used a 9mm Glock (an automatic police weapon) in order to gun down six people, including a federal judge and U.S. Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, it may take "years" for his case to wind through the criminal justice system.

So much for speedy trials, in which the true evidence may be still fresh.

What is interesting about both these cases is the politics which are occurring with respect to the prosecution of them, and just who has jurisdiction and who will be responsible for determining these two individual's fate.

The Sedona incident occurred in Yavapai County, Arizona in a California style "new age" community, and was allegedly committed by an out state resident in which most of the attendees of this paid event were also not Arizona residents, but from the East Coast, Midwest or California. Apparently, due to the media coverage the defense wishes to move this case out of Yavapai County and into Maricopa County (Phoenix) so that the accused can be assured of a "fair trial," in the hopes that Phoenix or Phoenicians would be more likely to be unbiased with respect to the facts and evidence in the case.

Although would state as a former Arizonan, that the media coverage of what occurred shortly thereafter and the interviews with the victims' families were carried far more in the metro Phoenix papers than those in Yavapai County, and those in Yavapai County most likely would not know personally any of the victims.

Witness costs also would not be impacted, since most of the witnesses also were out state residents from all reports.

Mr. Ray's actions brought shame to the State of Arizona, a state in which such an unregulated commercial enterprise could even occur by one who had no medical training or had any true knowledge of even the spiritual practices behind his highly publicized and profitable venture.

Two women were killed, and one older man. Women have far fewer sweat glands than men and thus do not biologically have the means to cool down their bodies, which is why such practices by the American Indian community were restricted to males as a "rite of male passage" into adulthood, and in which a tribal healer was always present.

Our Constitution does specially provide that in any capital offense, the trial must be held in the jurisdiction in which the crime occurred, if the accused is a U.S. citizen and the victims also U.S. citizens.

Mr. Loughner's crime, of course, was witnessed by a great many, all Arizonans.

Mr. Loughner himself was an Arizonan from Tucson and so were all of his victims, whether governmental or civilian, a life is a life.

And the loss of that life at the hands of another is a matter of state, not the federal government.

Between the border situation, and now Mr. Loughner's crimes, it appears the federal government is perhaps failing to carry out its true functions under our Constitution (such as securing our porous and exposed southern borders), while then prosecuting a case which ocurred within state borders that just may have been the result of the political arena and climate in the community in which it occurred.

After all, it did occur at a political event, and purportedly a politician was one of the targets along with other Arizonans. All of the witnesses are Arizonans from Tucson.

If this crime was in no way political, as so many in the media have stated, but merely committed by a "disturbed" loner, and man-child as has been written and widely publicized, then why is the trial now becoming so very, very political?

Rather than Constitutional?

Obama Misguided: Negligent Politicians Bash Arizona

There was an article widely reported in the mainstream media and web news reports that Barack Obama has determined the supposedly "harsh" new legislation aimed at illegal immigration in the State of Arizona, "misguided."

Of course, Mr. Obama is from one of the states furthest north away from those southern borders, and other than staying in Arizona during one of his many roadtrips at an internationally owned resort hotel there with his entourage, has spent little, if any, time in the Phoenix or Tucson metropolitan areas.

And, of course, has Secret Service agents who monitor and are charged to protect his every move with shoot to kill orders for any whacked out individual, foreign or otherwise, that compromises the security of the Commander-in-Chief.

Not so an Arizona rancher, or the literally thousands of other Arizona citizens whose lives and property have been negligently compromised by such positions as Mr. Obama's with respect to border security for the border state residents, and abiding by his primary duty to provide for the safety and security of United States citizens whose lives and properties may be compromised by foreigners or nonAmericans, whether visiting or on work visas - or those that don't even bother to apply but hop the border instead.

And then hop back again for another drug run, or brand new automobile courtesy of the Arizona citizens.

I'd say that the one that is clearly misguided, and that is simply just too weak an expression with respect to the true federal negligence that has resulted in escalating the outrage of the Arizona citizens, and divisiveness within that state which makes the quality of life living there on par with living in Iraq, is Mr. Obama.

Also reported in this article were those high ranking and state officials OUSIDE ARIZONA who obviously have used this issue also to up their media visibility, at the Arizona citizens expense once again - such as Bill Richardson, MALDEF (a group of lawyers who make their living bringing lawsuits against Americans on behalf of illegal immigrant "rights" and paid by American taxpayer paid grant monies), and the erstwhile Arizona Attorney General, who should obviously know better and just what his duties and functions actually are with respect to the Arizona citizenry, Terry Goddard.

Amazing how many that live outside Arizona, who have never spent any significant time living there, are on the illegal immigrant bandwagon - yet I wouldn't hesitate to guess would not at all like to make about a 10 year commitment living there, outside any gated community, in order to truly research the impact it has had on that state and those state citizens progressively.

Arizona, after all, is in the top ten now in bankruptcies, and one of the leading states in the foreclosure mess due to the fact that many of that state's citizens in Tucson and Phoenix were placed in the position of having to refinance their homes during that short boom cycle due to the escalating costs of ownership, with the open borders situation and those increases in costs a major factor in why so many were so vulnerable to those risky lenders and their fraudulent loans - many of which weren't even based on the U.S. currency, but the British LIBOR rates.

Mr. Obama, I have a suggestion prior to making any outlandish statements such as your recent one while using the open borders instead to push another one of those Global Socialist/Republican/Democratic agendas such as immigration reform then instead.

How about retiring to Arizona after your term of office, or establishing a summer White House in Arizona, without the Secret Service, and see what impact it has on your family, and your quality of life.

And your mental health and well being, personal security, and wallet.

Now, instead of funding more and more government agencies to study problems, or give any more foreign aid to another country who is in much better economic circumstances than this one, such as Israel - or securing Iraq or Afghanistan's borders - how about building that fence and securing our own?

And then maybe speaking about immigration reform in order to make that process much easier, so that these poor Mexicans aren't gouged by those in your profession, or those increasingly for-profit directed fees and costs, in order to eventually immigrate here?

Since it isn't simply lettuce pickers that have migrated here from the south, after all, but those who have replaced Arizonans and Americans in the construction, tourism, and other vital industries, and replaced many of their former countrymen - the legal Mexican-Americans.

Or maybe consulting with the true "stake-holders" this time, the actual long term Arizona residents who have lived there, say, for more than 30 years since Reagan's amnesty?

Try speaking to some of those living in the Cave Creek wash, or some of the other homeless living there, for example.

Or the many who have now lost their homes and jobs to the outsourcing your political party, and that other mainstream party, continue to promote and facilitate by "passive agressive" pure federal negligence.

Nuclear Summit Misses the Mark

As an American, it has been interesting listening to the news bites coming out of the Great Nuclear War Summit called by Mr. Obama, in which 47 nations apparently are participating.

As far as America is concerned, I would have to state that I do agree with Mr. Obama in one respect with a caveat, however.

The greatest threat to THIS country's national security is certainly the threat of nuclear weaponry getting into the hands of terrorists, no matter which country they might originate, rather than an overt attack by an unfriendly nation.

However, due to the fact that the federal government has been negligent in effectively regulating the financial sector and instead has been in bed with Wall Street lo these many years, and has also been unconstitutionally calling the shots insofar as even our public utility companies are concerned for those states and citizens whose power is provided by nuclear generators through the Nuclear Regulatory Agency and appropriations and pork bill funding with strings attached, Mr. Obama's stance doesn't quite ring true insofar as where the true national security threats now lie.

Since the American globalists from both political parties are and have been more concerned with pumping up the global economy, at the cost of the United States' own, little has been published regarding the fact that most of those large nuclear generators and reactors in this country no longer are "public" utilities, per se, but have been privatized with shares now traded over the global exchange of those holding companies that now "illegally" own those facilities.

The major faux pas in this scenario is that at this point, with America's economy on an ever downward spiral, the major investors in most of America's largest corporations, and even its infrastructure are becoming more and more foreigners, not Americans.

Or global socialist Americans who loyalties lie with their wallets, and not their sovereign country of birth or fealty.

What's to say that at some point in the not so very distant future, one of those countries at this summit who have been buying up some of those shares of America's industries and infrastructure might not someday own controlling interests then in a great many of our nuclear reactors?

I mean, as owning controlling interests in those reactors, wouldn't then those major shareholders even have access to the plans for those reactors, and would then be able to facilitate World War III within America's own shores using splinter terrorists organizations funded by those countries to so do after having purchased all the outstanding shares, or perhaps in one of those Washington facilitated conglomerate mergers and assumptions of U.S. industries that is becoming rather routine now with the dollar in the toilet, and Washington's propensity to sell off American assets to the highest bidder, be they American or foreign?

Just what was the purpose of this summit is actually what I would like to know, since it is clear that it just might be that this was another meeting and public relations appearance of most of the major players and global socialist Board of Directors of World, Inc., and the world bankers who seem to be trading shares of each country's assets, and just wonder at this point which foreign owned holding company or potential terrorist organization actually owns the Brooklyn Bridge, anyway?

Or perhaps Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, the largest, fifty miles outside Phoenix, Arizona?

Seems to me those tea party members just might be the only ones in this country beginning to get a grip on just how extensive globalism is compromising both this country, and its citizenry, PROGRESSIVELY.

Just what will be next?

Dividing up the Grand Canyon into corporate shares among the world's superpowers equally and the profits from those federal park passes which have escalated in leaps and bounds of actually state and state citizen owned land, in order to guarantee that Palo Verde doesn't eventually "go nuclear" due to some diplomatic misunderstanding, religious ax grinding, revenge over past grievances due to these progressively agressive foreign wars on behalf of foreign nations we keep getting involved in, or broken trade agreement?

The Supreme Court Does It Again: Desecrates The U.S. Constitution

The Supreme Court has done it again.

Desecrated the U.S. Constitution in a recent holding granting corporations (global ones, at that, since there was no distinction even made in their opinion between U.S. based or global corporate entities) the ability to contribute unlimited funds to candidates for state or federal office.

In a roundabout way, it did nothing more than reaffirm that under the First Amendment, the language regarding the rights of the "people" also can be interpreted to mean the "corporate" and that corporations are not property (which they most definitely are, since they can be bought and sold and for which many are publicly funded even at this point in our history, and even sold over a "global" exchange, building foreigners wealth and thus foreigners gaining now more and more influence in our political system progressively) but also persons.

Corporations cannot be both - people and property, but this decision in effect stated exactly that, as did the errant ruling which started this progression into corporate socialism way back when in effect inserting another entity under the Constitution and Bill of Rights the founders never intended, "corporate personhood." (Remember the Boston Tea Party and East India Company for a clue how they felt about global corporations, and thus granting privileges and immunities to corporate "sovereign" subjects of the "crown.")

What has happened to our Constitution, and a judiciary that has strayed so far from both the intent and actual language contained within that document resting not a mile from those hallowed halls?

Where are our lawyers being educated now in this country, and who is in charge of the teaching programs at our law colleges?

The American Bar Association, it appears, a British based association at that and carryover from Great Britain which appears that the agenda is reinstituting "progressively" British monarchial style sovereign rights and sovereign rule over the citizens of this country by now our federal (and state) governments without a new Constitutional Convention, or the "consent of the governed."

Amending the Constitution now even more progressively, without the power to so do, just goes to show the arrogance now of those on the Hill of all three branches of our government, and the political nature now of the U.S. Supreme Court which was supposed to be a "check" on the government with respect to Bill of Rights protections for the PEOPLE against the CORPORATE, especially commercial corporate entities as "commerce" to be regulated actually not given rights at all (since it does state "We the People" and not "We the Corporate") and definitely not a facilitator of the new government it is progressively instituting with each and every decision now coming down the pike as of late especially, "global corporate socialism."

How can you have a representative government of any nature when global and national companies can now donate massive sums throughout the nation in each and every district in order to facilitate their agendas, most of which are at the cost of the general public at large?

The founders understood that the entire basis of a representative government demanded that no candidate for any public office would be allowed to accept "backing" or "funding" for his political aspirations from any person or entity residing or with their legal "home office" domicile outside their legislative district.

Is that concept so totally "foreign" and convoluted for the U.S. Supreme Court justices, who are holders of doctorate degrees in the "law" mind you, to understand?

Where were these justices educated? Great Britain?

I would state that this case was purposely brought in order to set another unconstitutional "precedent" now throughout the nation, although the Supremes actually also have "legally" no power granted except to render decisions on the matters placed before it based on the facts of the particular case "at bar."

Not broad based precedent power for their decisions, but limited jurisdictional powers in both original and appellate jurisdictions, and even those provisions have progressively been misconstrued, broadened and thus also circumventing the Constitution now being made applicable in some form or another throughout each and every state down to now dictating and minimizing in again inserting or redefining the English language the provisions with respect to trials by jury for civil and criminal matters in some of their recent determinations.

While the court fails to hear lawful petitions brought before them on Bill of Rights issues by the people, or even such matters as the legal citizenship status of the holder of the highest office in the land, it accepted this case in order to once again circumvent the Constitution, and all those founders fought and died for.

A government "of the people, by the people, for the people" and not the commercial corporate interests in any manner whatsoever.

AARP To Endorse Its Own Bill On Health Care Deform

Just to continue to point out now how ludicrous this health care deform continues to be, and how unconstitutional actually instead of regulating those corporate interests rather than getting in bed with them as those on the Hill did all last summer, it was reported in the mainstream media that AARP is now on the bandwagon in order to facilitate passage of this massive bill that was written by AARP, the AMA, corporate labor unions, and financial sector and health care industries.

The spokesman, however, it was reported didn't want to "jump the gun" in the piece published today, since he said it was scheduled to be announced on Thursday by the "corporate" offices of AARP.

AARP ceased to be a senior advocacy group literally years ago, and is now nothing more than a front for the various special interest groups and insurers mainly that those members are marketed to for the supplemental insurance plans under Medicare at the present time.

Policies that in most instance are merely gravy for those insurers, since as the primary care provider Medicare actually calls the shots and approves the levels of treatment. And many doctors due to all the red tape involved with Medicare actually have posted notices that the are now refusing to accept any new Medicare patients.

And you think things would change in that respect with any 'socialized" Washington plan for health care?

The doctors will simply once again shift the costs for their reduced rates to either those that can afford it, or in upping the ante for their research grants and other already government welfare that these industries at the present time receive.

This story, however, was under the story about the cat in Iowa that was discovered to have swine flu, now politically renamed H1N1 so as not to upset some of the faith that believes pigs are satanic and unclean, as they were a part of pagan worships from the Roman age in Greece and Rome.

And those Iowa farmers do deserve a little kick in the pants apparently for getting all heated up after an Iowa judge "legalized" gay marriage "rights" in the State of Iowa, over the protest of a good deal of the population since it did appear that Iowa already had a civil marriage statute that actually already was in force at the time the case was brought by those gay activist civil rights lawyers who are also getting paid their legal fees courtesy of the American taxpayers for these state and federal actions under another one of those "hush hush" 1,000 page bills that Congress no longer reads.

And if this country has to now pass a formal bill and law stating that all members of Congress must read a bill before it is voted on, this country is in a good deal more trouble than most of us already have concluded watching the past Bush and now Obama Administrations since our government now resembles more Barnum & Bailey than the Stars and Stripes at this point.

While it continues to be the civilians and American people who are being victimized and made homeless and jobless more and more by the day.

You know, the GM workers, and those real Joe the Plumbers, not the Mayor Bloombergs, Arnold Schwartezneggers, and other venture capitalists who are selling off this country's prime real estate, and industrial base now right and left.

Congress, the Supreme Court, and Executive office are now titles that are merely the politically correct terminology for "insider traders" and "corporate lobbyists" themselves at this point.

As a matter of fact to show that AARP is not at all an elder advocacy group, I got an application from them many years ago actually.

Before I was even 50 hawking their "reduced rate" insurance policies and other trade affiliated vendors.

I guess 45 is the new 65.

Greedy Health Care Special Interests Wage Most Expensive Campaign Ever

It was reported in the mainstream media that the "stakeholders," as Mr. Obama so politically correctly labeled the commercial health care industry behind much of the provisions of the efforts toward health care deform waged this past year by various special interests groups, was the most expensive lobbyihg effort to date bar none.

If Americans wish to know really why their health care costs are so high look no further.

Using premium payer dollars to hire huge expensive K Street lawyers and lobbyists is one of them.

Not using those dollars actually for what they were collected for. The actual health care cost of those premium payers. And advertising costs also were off the charts for national and state commercials in order to sell the public on their efforts to increase their "stakes" and wallets once again on Americans' health for their commercial interests.

Whether provided by the government in any socialized plan or mandated by federal statutes, this legislation is by far the largest increase in taxation across the Board for the American public, even exceeding that bogus Cap & Trade tax passed by the House earlier this year for the Wall Street financial sector in order to feed the global and foreign investors most of all - and the global economy and venture capitalists and traders at the expense of the American people once again.

Many of whom now are jobless and homeless due to the world economic socialism agendas of those meeting in Pitttburgh for that G-20 conference, and diametrically opposed to the "intent" of our founders in this country in order to retain America's sovereignty from foreign influence, either politically or economically.

I just wonder how many lives could have been saved with those sums which were paid to those lobbyists, many of whom make five figure salaries and who are not "lawyers" really at all, but merely contract labor employees for these huge now global and national associations and concerns.

Corporate socialism and government in bed together for both of their "corporate" interests at the expense of the American people was actually what the War of '76 was all about, after all.

Not simply taxation without a voice, but foreign dictates for economic purposes. The East India Company was the target of that Boston Tea Party, after all, for a reason.

It appears that instead of "progress" this country's economic policies under both the Democratic and Republican leadership for the last several decades has been more one of regression.

And with Congress now with a less than 15% approval rating, and Mr. Obama's approval rating now beginning to tank, the "dumbing down" of Americans through the reprogramming that is now undertaken in our nation's schools now with this agenda to our youth, especially at the university level, hasn't had wide spread effect our political leaders apparently expected, since in practice its negative impact is now being felt throughout the nation with the continuing decline of the U.S. economy in order to stablize the "global" and on behalf of the foreign and global interests and whose interests are clearly the focus now of Wall Street and Capitol Hill at the cost of the American public and people who actually are the major contributors and provide the bulk of the revenue for their very livelihoods.

Not the individual American investors, or those premium payers subsidizing and funding their global economies, as now the "protected class" of the European bankers who own controlling interests in America's entire economy through ownership of the Wilson created Federal Reserve.

And the natives are clearly getting quite restless.

The true American natives, that is.

By birth, or by allegiance, are now watching their country being sold down the river by the global socialists to foreign interests in order to facilitate what is no more than global communism on a massive scale.

With these now global corporations who are now dictating provisions through their "favored status" on policies throughout the world on now even life and death issues.

Nationalizing health care then leads to government people policing and control.

Government control then leads to each countries policies and provisions in such matters being also dictated to by the WHO and U.N. resolutions for global socialism since this organization has gone way beyond simply as arbiter and forum for trade agreements and the like, to now resolutions directed toward redistribution of the world's population, and population control itself.

And getting a foot in the door with respect to health care in this nation certainly brings this country much closer to the goal of globalism and global dictates on health care as a part of their efforts in order to facilitate their population control mandates, dictates and resolutions throughout the world.

And appears to be more and more dangerous to each and every country's sovereignty and their citizens' chosen forms of government until the people themselves decide to amend or change it, while violently or non-violently as has historically been the case, than any threat of nuclear war by any rogue Middle Eastern nation wishing to expand their land holdings and religious doctrine. It would appear that even those rogue nations would see that their survival, unless that nation is totally self-sufficient, depends on fair and balanced trade with other nations.

China's one child per family laws in its controversial provisions has had heartbreaking consequences and are actually creating an almost one gender society in its focus, and selective abortions in the process based purely on gender in our now "high tech" and the science based focuses of these political organizations more and more.

So when opening your mail after receiving that Notice of Payment Due on your insurance premiums, America, at both the "corporate" and "individual" level, please remember that advertsing and lobbying costs actually are becoming two of the highest expenditures today for most of these global organizations.

And, of course, their executive compensation packages and fringe benefits for those global and national meetings with key legislators and their fellow corporate socialists.

With this now much touted "science based" technology promoted by particularly this Administration, wouldn't you think that global conference calls via satellite would be much cheaper and save both the taxpayers, and the general public funding their perks and careers, and boost the entire world's economy then in the process if they practiced more what they also preach?

Energy and fiscal conservation?

And those sums are coming from you, the rate payers, for both the salaries of those lobbyists, and also the profits for their global investors, which have also now become the priority in their corporate focuses and bottom lines - not the provision of health care to those rate payers as the shared pools they originally were intended to be.

And in this country due to the "publicly" funded service organizations really in which they are now even heavily investing those rate payers dollars more and more in high risk other financial sector investments, clearly cries out at this point, post AIG, for "regulation" of their practices and profit distributions at the federal and state level in the United States per our intended form of government as provided in our Constitution.

Not with our politicians becoming clearly more and more, simply another employee actually of them, and many of their progressively "foreign" edicts, dictates and business practices.

Georgia Judge Places Politics Above The Law: Constitution and Res Ipsa Loquitur Trashed In The Process

A Georgia federal district court judge, Clay Land, in United States District Court once again turned down a valid challenge by a U.S. citizen with respect to the eligibillity challenges which have been undertaken by several different groups previously calling for production of Barack Obama's birth certificate as confirmation of his lawful natural born citizen status per the express terms of the U.S. Constitution with respect to any individual holding the highest office under it.

It appears that this particular judge no longer holds the common law, and codified law of the United States of "Res Ipsa Loquitur" (the thing as it speaks ) with respect to Constitutional interpretation.

And ignoring such a clear legal duty and provision with respect to the judiciary to make a clear and judicious review of such documentation for both legitimacy and legality is clearly in order here. Especially since this nation is still involved in a "global" war on terror, and now domestic spying program post 9/11.

Of course, while our own borders still remain unsecured, and the Bush Administration then also afforded over 43 countries free pass Visa waivers with 48 hour turnaround security checks prior to his leaving office.

I think most individuals would agree, that such a provision was made for obvious reasons by the founders.

So that no other allegiance or loyalty to any other country, or their interests, would precede the president's duties and obligations to this country and its citizens in the carrying out of his official duties and functions. Especially as Commander in Chief of the military.

And this particular case was brought by a soldier who owes allegiance to both this country and its Commander in Chief while on active duty.

And considering Mr. Obama's rather unusual upbringing, much of which was clearly outside the United States which he fully admits, and as a lawyer himself would appear would see the clear need for such provision.

Since political parties themselves were also not at all included as "legal" parties to the Constitution at the outset. Since those federalists and anti-federalists actually settled their differences upon the ratification process, and agreement and later enactment of Patrick Henry's Bill of Rights in order to protect the "people" from abuses of both their federal and state government with respect to the "unalienable" rights stated thereunder.
The judge clearly showed his bias, and actually disdain for the Constitution in his further comments, calling such requests and measures from LEGAL U.S. citizens in this country, "frivolous."

And yet the federal government under the stimulus enacted legislation calls for the creation of a National Health Care Database containing all Americans very private medical records through their now obvious "state actors," the health insurance industry and their associated organizations ala the East India Tea Company and their "favored status" with the British sovereign at the time of the original revolution?

And are continuing on legislation with respect to this health care deform which is and has been clearly disputed as outside their also legal authority, and Constitutional duties and functions other than to regulate those industries more significantly in order to reduce those costs, since it has been the costs, not the availability, that has been the major problem for most of those that still remain uninsured.
Or denials in honoring most of the representations of many of those agents which sold them to the American public now progressively, in even renegotiating and changing the provisions unilaterally in many instances without any notice, or negotiation of the insureds paying those horrendous premiums.

While closed door meetings were held with the industries on these measures, and it appears will also be so convoluted again with hundreds of pages of legalese involved in order to further give the lawyers in this country and the ACLU another stimulus at the public's expense, the federal courts are now denying proof of the clear eligibility of a publicly paid employee that is facilitating now "fining" citizens in order to once again increase Washington's bottom lines and the insurer's and their stockholder's profit margins and capital gains?

The judge also stated that such a matter was not a "duty" of the court, and went so far as to state that if he so ordered proof, that this would open the door in the event a potential candidate lied about his age in order to gain office.

This just goes to show why Washington said that political parties in and of themselves could destroy this nation from within, if foreign interests didn't do so from without. And it appears that both the political parties and their "foreign" interests are doing just that "progressively."

And since this off-the-wall ruling that flies in the face of all manner of law and the hundreds years precedent of res ipsa loquitor that precedes it with respect to Constitutional interpretation (which few judges have followed also in the past which also has lead to where we are today, an "unrepresentative" government on every level), I wonder if the district court judge involved just so happened to go to Harvard also.

Which apparently is also either teaching more and more British based "precedents" in this country as law, or is also even at those six figure per semester tuition rates, another of our failing schools.

I bet this one comes up when or if Arnold Schwartenegger decides to take a run for the roses.

But as with our liberally cluesless media, if that is the case and another such movement should occur, I doubt that those individuals will be called "birthers," as has been the spin placed by the Obama worshippers come hell or high water (and hell is looking pretty good to some of us at this point after these first eight months in the levels of back door taxation and property thefts of the citizenry are concerned for Mr. Obama's global agendas ala Bush).

They will simply be called Americans.

And any judge that would in any such event so rule as Mr. Land has in this case, Benedict Arnold.

My only problem with this entire matter is that insofar as my beliefs, Mr. Obama clearly does not fulfill the "intent" of the founders also with respect to the entire provision, and the background from which it came and reasons therefor. And why this particular case was brought in that federal district is beyond me, when it is not really one of the most Constitution honoring jurisdictions to begin with historically in some of their renderings in the past, along the lines of the 9th Circuit in wacko California, so liberal that it also doesn't recognize the Constitution in any manner whatsoever as of late.

And due to the hijacking of our entire government by two mainstream political parties at this juncture without any also Constitutional basis in fact, not "duly elected" per the judges also stated reasons for his refusal in that the "people had chosen" the president (right, and just what were the choices, your honor, since the two political parties have an inside track on the entire process and accept even campaign donations and/or sponsorship from foreigners at this point, and were illegally elected even to Congress in the first place,
having accepted "foreign" campaign donations and sponsorship and thus not "representatives" of the citizeny of their respective districts in any manner whatsoever and thus in violation and "pretenders" in violation of the entire basis for the election of candidates for the representatives government written within the clear terms of the Constitution itself.

Not at all "representatives" solely of the districts in which the were elected and not national and global lobbying organizations, or even foreign countries lobbyists at this point and their interests).

But just look at what the alternatives are in any event also.

Joe Biden, with Nancy Pelosi second in line?

Hell doesn't even begin to describe that pairing, and the additional havoc they would pile on top of the already crushing burden on the middle and lower income classes and "average" Americans.

And the other branch doesn't clearly know the meaning of the term "conservative" at this point, but simply another branch of the Global Socialist Party but with different and in some instances in vary degrees, even overlapping global corporate benefactors, that's all.
Hail Britainnia. It appears that Congress and those on the Hill are selecting more and more "British trained" globally focused "global socialist" also judges for high federal office in order to protect also their job security, and power trip moves.

Such as those educated at Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, and those East Coast "ivy league" schools whose law school programs clearly have been teaching the British style of government with the "government as sovereign" mindset.

And appears clearly are not at all teaching the "intent" of those founders behind much of the provisions of both the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution itself. Nor clear distinctions between the "limits" of and their obligations with respect to their function and their true powers and duties.

And this one was clearly their function and duty, without any "rights of refusal" whatsoever included within the document which actually provides for Mr. Land's lofty salary, and that of his staff.

Obama Paints Rosy Picture For AMA Profiteers Of Share Of Health Care Pie

The AP press corp for the White House reported today that Mr. Obama had a meeting in the Rose Garden with 1,000 representatives of the AMA (all wearing their standard issue lab coats) in order to sell the newer versions of ObamaCare once again to the American public.

Although directing his comments to the doctors who were attending, by playing up to their own egos in stating that those present were the ones that "knew the system" the best, and as such, experts on the problems. All wearing their lab coats for this highly produced and staged event.

Rather than the American public that are dependent on that industry and many of whom the victims of these industries, including many of those members of the AMA and their outrageous fees, costs, and overbillings that also have resulted in this progressive "problem."

A profession that also refuses to support legislation at either the state or federal level requiring at least disclosure of fees or costs prior to treatment, or at least ballpark estimates, even on elective procedures in many instances, or various procedures in which more than one course of treatment is available.

The doctors, of course, brought up abusive malpractice suits as their major complaint. But that also has been the fault of the legal profession, Mr. Obama's own, who use "deep pocket" logic and whose advertising now and ambulance chasing has become so routine on prime time television that the practice of law and medicine now have almost a symbiotic and similar reputation with the public. Not to be trusted, by and large, along with those insurers that they both also use as their income streams at the public's expense.

The new plan being now touted as "moderate" and has the backing of one of the doctor members of Congress on the Republican Global Socialist side of the aisle has made one concession, and even the illustrious profiteer of profiteers at the public's expense, New York Mayor Bloomberg put in his two cents in support. Although the only moderation appears to be is in the concession to reduce the mandatory fine amounts to Americans for lack of compliance with Washington's edicts for the health care industry at ther expense once again, but also the amount of Americans that would be covered under any such plan.

Which fines, of course, are then also always subject to modification at any time in the future, or whim of the next senator seeking re-election for future campaign donations from the health care insurance industries. Until they are on par similar to the threats for littering in the "cruel and unusual" then punishment that will be inflicted for an American simply asserting their Constitutional rights which Washington continues to ignore for their own "corporate" gain.

Since there is also still no regulatory control over those insurers, nor any teeth in the provisions with respect to health care providers in their denials of coverage, or practices in then raising rates exceeding the cost of living routinely without explanation, or hiking rates astronomically after any claim is made.

And while the number of Americans then anticipated will be able to then obtain coverage under these new provisions is less than prior measures, those receiving existing Medicare benefits will see those benefits then reduced in the process.

Which also did not make those doctor's happy, since the rest of the public has been actually subsidizing Medicare patients through higher costs and charges.

Which is what the doctors never also state. That those lower benefit patients care costs are subsidized in order to meet their corporate Boards of Directors bottom lines since health care was 'corporatized" under Richard Nixon in the HMO, health care network concept which has affected quality of care tremendously and made hospital visits and health care nothing more now than another assembly line similar to GM, with complex procedures scheduled one right after another.

Which is why those doctors are now facing more of those "abusive" medical malpractice claims. Fast food medicine will tend to lead also to more mistakes, as fatigue sets in on some of those new and older doctors after back to back surgeries. Or drive through mastectomies, which are also becoming more common.

This situation and "deform" is getting more and more laughable as it "progresses."

What's more clear than "unconstitutional," Mr. Obama, and not a federal function in the slightest.

Most of the states have this covered due in various amounts and measures at the discretion of the state citizens, and a little more thus accountable to them than Washington will ever be, that much is more than clear at the elitism running rampant on the Hill with respect to the actual citizens, and not the commercial industries those "misrepresentatives" actually represent. You know, the ones that are supposed to be "regulated" not "catered to" at the expense of the public.

Or did you, due to fatigue yourself, miss Constitution 101 class at Havard?

The Corporate Globalization of America: G8 Now Morphed Into G20

In all the media spins that have occurred also this past week with respect to the recent Pittsburgh meeting of the global movers and shakers of the "global economy" in which Mr. Obama was a willing participant and leader of the host country, little has been said about the actual reasons for much of the protestors disputes with this additional Constitutional violation for what it actually is.

Treason upon the U.S. Constitution in "globalizing" and merging our economy with that of the rest of the world to begin with, facilitated by Washington and its economic alliances outside of purely trade agreements that such meetings as this represent.

And during this economic meltdown of the U.S. economy which is being facilitated in order to pump up the economies of the European and Far Eastern countries, just goes to show how little true leadership we now have in Washington as represenatives of the people of this great nation and our intended form of government.

Since the meeting itself could only be likened to a "global" Board of Directors meeting for World, Inc.

Much spin also occurred with respect to rougue protestors and the damage that was suffered by local area businesses during the protests. Many of which, since they were miles from the actual site of the meeeting itself would be suspect insofar as whether these were G20 protestors at all, or rather "professional" protestors meant to also propagandize the dissatisfaction in this country of the true Americans who are becoming increasing outraged at the impact that such Constittuional violations as this meeting itself represent.

And Mr. Obama clearly demonstrates once again his agendas as one in which the American people are more an afterthought than the foreign and global interests of his corporate backers and Wall Street executives who were responsible for "globalizing" our economy to begin with, using Washington also as a joint venture partner in this arrangement again both our Constitution and the form of government the founders created as a sovereign country whose interests, both economically and politically, were never meant to be merged with that of other nations.

In fact, that was the true root and genesis of that original revolutionary war to begin with. To break free of European and global dominance and control of this country and its people.

Not ingratiate this country and subject its economy to ruination in order to bulk up the economies and assets of foreigners.

And in light of what is occuring in this nation at the present time and the number of Americans who have now been victimized by this agenda, Mr. Obama's ignorance of the plight of the Americans who he has continually pleaded with to sacrifice for the "greater good," of U.S.A., Inc. is getting more and more outrageous with each and every "act of Office," in not even rescheduling this blatantly treasonous meeting to some other host country to begin with.

Not as a self-appointed, apparently, Chairman of the Board for this meeting as the leader of the "host" country. And by no means serving in such capacity, a "representative" of the people of this nation by but more as he has personally stated, his primary focus as a "citizen of the world," which was declared soon after his assumption of office.

And the world's approval, apparently, more fundamentally important than that of those who are both paying his salary, and to whom his true duties and loyalties lie - not the "corporate" interests of the globalists, either individually or "corporately."

Global Socialism Agenda In High Gear: Wilson's Performance Part Of The Plan?

In light of the mass media television coverage and events that occurred at Mr. Obama's presentation and national press conference for his health care reforms the other evening, it appears that the upcoming opponent for Mr. Wilson's seat in the House scored a killing.

Raking in over $40,000 in some reports for his upcoming challenge for Mr. Wilson's seat in 2010.

Could there be a method to this madness on the part now of the Socialist Republican and Democratic parties at this juncture, who do work for those European international bankers than own and run our Federal Reserve and whose agenda is fairly clear at this point in its attempts to corner the world's economic resources under their centralized banking system control.

Right now the Democratic Socialists have a majority in the Senate needed for any upcoming legislation. Whether that legislation is Constitutional or not matters not to either party, merely that they each get a share of some air time for their candidates and positions in the process. Most of the voting outcomes are now done behind closed doors, unless you are one of those Americans that only tune in for the final tally yet don't question the results.

The House still remains somewhat of a problem in that there isn't a flush since there still is a Socialist Republican majority there. Or at least enough to cause some problems with the two thirds majority situation.

Most Americans know that none of these "representatives" represent the American people in any manner whatsoever. After all, all of them take out of district campaign donations from corporate special interest groups and industries, most which don't even have statutory offices within their own districts. Thus are not representative of their constituency in the slightest, even without the K Street lunches and cocktail parties.

It is also clear at this point that each change in Administration merely brings more of the same with these two parties in power. Simply a change in the mouthpieces, for the most part.

We are still in the war in the Middle East, the middle class Detroit workers were laid off while the foreign outsourced GM plants are humming right along, and the foreclosure rescue was initiated more to build up Wall Street and protect those foreign investors profits and flip those properties for the banks, so Mr. Obama's rhetoric at election time is nothing more than the same old same old. Flowery campaign speeches, using his amazing oratory skills wrapped in Lincoln to win that coveted prize. Election to the highest public office in land.

It almost appears he has been groomed for this all his adult life, at any rate, or at least since he attended one of America's foremost "liberal" institutions of higher learning teaching "the Law" in more the British, rather than American, manner.

The British, after all, just so happen to own our federal bank, and its subsidiary branches throughout the country. And was also the home base of AIG, the insurer whose assets Mr. Bush and Mr. Obama were more concerned with than the American shareholders - while those executives not only took a trip to one of America's finest four star resorts, but also make a trip to Britain for a "hunting trip," from media reports also while the company was "officially" in bankruptcy due to the practices of primariy its British Mayfair office from the British media reports.

There's an agenda here, folks, and it appears rather than transparency at this point, what we have are about 535 actors now worthy of their own awards show for "Best Performance By An Actor," not to mention "Best Screenplay."

State Politicos Capitalizing On Mortgage Crisis for Careers

I read recently that Terry Goddard, Arizona's current attorney general, has joined a Task Force supposedly to address the scam artists operating in Arizona after Obama's claimed "rescue" was announced.

Below is a copy of a letter I sent to the Arizona legislature as a former 45 year resident and victim of state and federal governmental negligence to do their primary jobs and functions with respect to both regulation of commercial interests operating within the state, and also the border security issue which has progressively also victimized so many thousands of border state residents.

Dear Legislators:

I read with interest the interviews Mr. Goddard has been conducting on his now appointment and selection in the 10 state "Mortgage Foreclosure" Task Force. About four years too late, isn't he? Actually, about fifteen if you count the ones now being lost by homeowners to those "state actor" HOA foreclosures also facilitated by the Arizona legislature's progressive unconstitutional legislation with federal collusion, of course, for the benefit of U.S. developers and the municipal governments at private property owners expense selling what are no more than "use rights" as "ownership" rights.

My response to one such recent article is below, in which he attempted to shift blame for this "white collar criminal fraud" on simply the now ex-real estate agent taxpayer paid "advisors" when it is and was clear that Obama's focus was to protect the foreign investors through those banks and simply paint it for the public as a "rescue" and help for those scammed homeowners by those lenders and agents pushing those loans for higher commissions. In fact it is nothing more than a means to facilitate more profit for the banks and flip those properties while continuing to collect those fees and added usurous costs in those "contracts" before eventual foreclosure, with the future plan quite apparent being setting up the "new legalized" Americans as the next patsies in what appears to be at this point a governmentally facilitated Ponzie scheme.

Which now has been recyled twice, last time under during the Keating fiasco in the 80's under Reagan.

Along, of course, with a new group of retiree baby boomers from the East and Midwest drawn by all those ads the realtors are running in the East Coast and Midwestern newspapers on the cheap housing now available, after stealing them from the Regan era group now in their 70's and 80's.

And the fleeing liberal Californians also from the havoc they have wrecked in their own state due to their also progressive liberalism on both sides of the aisle - Republican big business corporate welfare liberalism and Democrat big business corporate welfare liberalsm, with just a shift in "corporate" group of beneficiary at the individual citizen's expense.:

"Most of those unlawful mortgages were written out of California, Mr. Goddard, and Arizona by Countrywide, IndyMac, Bank of America (now a front for Merrill Lynch after the bank "bailout" of the Federal Reserve bank branches by the Federal Reserve and thus the entire "bailout" a fraud on the public to begin with, and which as an investment broker bundled and resold a great many of those mortgages to those foreign investors on the secondary markets to begin with).

And not mentioned is the contribution in these foreclosures of the scam HOAs that Arizona instituted as nothing more than "use rights" sold as "ownership" and "socialized housing" which are also responsible for most of them in their unregulated practices, overly restrictive maintenance standards and costs and that "extra" uncredited taxation which is what is leading to many losing their homes, especially the retirees and others on fixed incomes - incomes which did not "adjust" at all during the boom while property taxes skyrocketed.

As one who lost their home (and home state) after 45 years during this mortgage meltdown due to those unlawful statutes and "state" actors and actions, and also three illegal immigrant thefts during the past 10 - this "task force" is so he can promote himself in the race for Governor for 2010 and nothing more.

For years, when homeowners were being ripped off right and left by the state created HOAs (because they can even move faster than the mortgage companies, or act in collusion with them through the "industry" foreclosure lawyers associated within the Bar itself), Mr. Goddard simply posted notices to "Beware of foreclosure scams," that was the extent of his involvement on behalf ot the Arizonans who were paying his salaries and is supposed to address such criminal matters through his offices and high taxpayer paid staff members.

And he and all the lawyers he employs in that office must be playing Guitar Hero on their new stimulus provided computers from that taxpayer paid billion dollar grant to Silicon Valley (the largest recipient also on the Middle East wars, and domestic spying program now)...because his idea of prosecuting felons in that state that are involved in the white collar criminal activity going on in the real estate market there is posting notices on his website - or telling homeowners to go "file a lawsuit" (foreclosed on property owners don't usually have five figure retainers, and he knows it) when that is HIS JOB - to represent Arizonans in capital criminal matters.

And stealing homes and equity without trials in many of these ongoing foreclosures due to the extenuating circumstances in lack of regulation in any manner whatsoever in Arizona of the real estate industry, banks and predatory lawyers engaged in this continuing practice is capital fraud, not civil fraud.

And they are setting up the illegals that they intend to legalize as the next victims, who won't be able to read those 50 page loan docs in English since most Americans could not understand that speak fluent English. Or even those that have legal training and experience they are so full of legalese and double speak, and protective covenants for the lenders most of all not simply on repayment of the loans, but also care and upkeep of the properties themselves even with the heavy front end costs, down payments and junk fees that were charged also for most of those loans.

It appears now that the MO is that in another 20 years, another new generaton of retirees those brokers and agents then lure to Arizona with these "cheap" properties with their ads in the Chicago and East Coast newspapers on the great "deals" in Arizona real estate and homes once again can be fleeced then of theirs when their health starts to decline, and upkeep and maintenance then starts to also be affected due to physical or economic limitations.

Live there long enough, you see the practice in real estate flipping is contrived since there are more realtors and brokers, and lawyers in Arizona combined than the rest of the population, and is an "industry" in and of itself, recycled now ever 15-20 years on those 30 and 40 year notes. And no wonder such a high crime and transient state, with also the border issue factored in and the high costs of insurance as a result of that also negligence on the part of the federal and state government.

Without, of course disclosure to all those Midwestern and Easterners that are lured through the advertising done there as a place for "retirement." What should be stated is that now it is clear that the intent is merely for those seniors to be retired of their wealth and eventually their retirement home, is more like it.

This time, however, even many long term Arizonans have been affected due to their equity investments and lower wages paid than those in other states historically.

So watch out, because as you age or have any unexpected expenses such as an illegal immigrant theft or two from those cross borders auto or identity theft rings, YOU might be next, especially when you get elderly, ill or have a lot of equity built up, or Washington, the bankers, lawyers and real estate vipers decide they need another stimulus creating another one of these manipulated housing crisis there for the next generation of victims.

The intent of the financial sector and real estate "industry" leeches is that they want you to never own your home and keep control of it for as longer as possible until they relieve you of it on some trumped up "economic" meltdown, uncredited, nonconsensual property tax hikes using the state created HOAs and their "advisors", the foreclosure industry lawyers and management concerns that profit from property seizures, or some trumped up "use right" violation (even a property enhancing improvement is subject to now state actor "approval" or legal proceedings if "unapproved", to flip it then for their own portfolios or profit.

Obviously, the only motivation for his now involvement is purely a selfish one at the Arizonans expense - he now chooses to get involved about four years after the fact as a prelude to his run for Governorship in 2010.

Crime and criminal property theft is now a "job stimulus" creating "new jobs" for the foreclosure lawyers and real estate industries (members of two the largest lobbying groups in Washington), and political careers of the state and federal legislators most of all.

While the AGs office just got a boost and bonues from some of that stimulus money to upgrade their computers so that all those taxpayer paid lawyers who sat on their hands while that white collar crime was going on can have the latest high tech gadgetry for their video games, added to that now apparently the State of Arizona had the audacity to plead bankruptcy after not only receiving all those stimulus monies at even the foreclosed on homeowners expense, but has been collecting all those overpaid property taxes for at least 15 years while not having to provide many of those public services that have been unlawfully transferred to homeowners living in those HOAs.

Not to mention also collecting added bonuses in sales tax revenue due to the also unlawful privatization of the utility companies there which occurred after Palo Verde was built and paid for by the Arizona ratepayers (as, of course, a state governmental function and Arizona taxpayer "publicly" owned utility). Of course, that "privatization" was also facilitated by Washington, who now inflicts their own added taxation through the Nuclear Regulatory Agency fines and penalties that are also passed now down to the rate payers in "emergency rate increases," such as the last one in order to bulk up the Wall Street investors portfolios at the Arizona citizen's expense yet again.

I wonder how many foreign investors are in on that public/private partnership at this point? Selling off and parceling out share of one of our nuclear facilities to foreign interests definitely is not outside Washington and the bankers greed, that's evident.

The excess revenue the state receives at this point is in the hundreds of billions, but appears until all the citizens are actually homeless or bankrupt, it is never enough.

But Goddard's actions at this point in again as with the border issue also by state government officials, is being used for political reasons only and appearing to be doing something but doing really again nothing at all to either perform the jobs in which they have been entrusted, or protect the Arizona residents from criminal activity and abuse such as the open borders and this real estate fraud of which literally thousands of Arizonans at this point have been brutally victimized both personally, and economically.

And this is what is coming out of our law schools and those five figures for higher education?

What a waste of Americans money to send them for post graduate or higher education at all these days, it appears for all the understanding that most now coming out of the "liberal" academic community have about American history, and our intended form of Constitutional government.

P.S. And I also noted that new Governor Jan Brewer (Napolitano's replacement, also negligently responsible for much of what has occurred during her six years of "nonaction" on behalf of Arizonans) also simply has a "beware" message on her website for some of these counselors that were the new "jobs" created by this manipulated crisis apparently Congress and Obama were speaking of.

We are now ripping off people of their homes and property in order to provide "new jobs" and a "stimulus" for the foreclosure industry also at the federal and state level. And now debating the second largest tax in history on top of it after that Cap & Trade scam, the federal Health Care Actuary Tax.

The founders I'm sure are just so very proud of how our leaders have honored their sacrifice so many years ago - and Arizona's too. I'm sure Barry Goldwater and Carl Hayden are spinning in their graves about now. While both had skeletons in their closet as almost any politician today does, what is now occurring "progressively" would outrage and sicken them.

And you might want to inform Ms. Brewer since she does also seem a bit clueless.

She indicated in her article that mortgage companies don't charge fees for information on your mortgage. She is clearly not familiar at how usurous some of those loans actually were, after they were resold (since my original mortage back in 1994 was with a small mortgage company that was then bought out by Countrywide, prior to my having to refinance after the insurer (a globally now based one) increased my home insurance to three times its original amount due to the boom and then also the outrageous fees charged by their vendor for their services after one claim filed in 20 years due to a kitchen fire which, due to the quality of construction, was much more damaging than it should have been, and the horrendous increase in property taxes which also occurred.

Not to mention that fraudulent then action I subsequently was involved with in a small claims action (which was moved out of my own judicial district even) in which two lawyers involved and provided by the insurers on a 12 year overcollection in HOA assessments then went so far as to manufacture evidence in order to "win" his case and a $14,000 legal fee award for a small claims matter they kept going for their profit for over a year and a half. And unbeknownst to me I was paying for my own abuse through those unlawful HOA added property tax assessments for a private insurance policy also that afforded this dual defense on a small claims action with result was nothing more than state facilitated tyranny and added property theft.

The only refinance I could then secure at the time due to the amount of the claim itself was wiith that other unregulated California lender Indy Mac (whose home offices actually were in Michigan, with them also another state with high foreclosures - gee, I wonder why?).

When I had to go through the refinancing, the original lender, Countrywide, then attempted to charge me $35.00 just for the payoff figure for the loan, which "junk fee" wasn't in my original loan and actually seemed odd since this wasn't my first home and does appear that these deemed contracts are being unilaterally revised even after purchase as the new "industry standard," without at least one of the party's express consent in the process.

Since, of course, Congress afforded also these loan shark banks which primarily wrote most of those loans with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to not only rebundle and resell them to foreign investors, but also to actually sell the loans to other mortgage companies and "revise" them during the life of the loan with simply a "disclosure" as the only citizen protection for then those nonconsensual added "clauses" and "riders."

Mere "disclosure" that the terms can be unilaterally change by simply one of the parties to the original financial transaction?

Buying a home today is nothing more than a liability and I'm sure most parents are telling their kids now that the American dream is nothing more than the American nightmare - in both costs of ownership, and risk.

So the Governor also, Ms. Brewer, appears to be giving out somewhat false information also with respect to these loans, whether intentially or simply misinformed.

But maybe if she took the time to actually read hers, or speak with some of the victims rather than posting inadequate and inaccurate notices on her website, she might even be able to also start doing her job and earning her high paid salary.

Many of the loans which are sold were also unlawfully based on not the U.S. prime, but London banking market rates.

Sonia Sotomayor: Not MY Judge!

For Any and All Conserve-ative Constitutionalists:

After some sham public hearings, political rhetoric on both sides of the new Global Socialist Party holding court in D.C., and chess moves for re-election purposes with respect to the final vote and tally, Sonia Sotomayor was confirmed by the full Senate today as the replacement for retiring Justice Souter on the United States Supreme Court. The final vote, after all the drama and stand up vote count, was 68-31

Much fanfare was made due to this "historic" appointment in playing both the "race card" and also the fact that Ms. Sotomayor is the third woman to be appointed to the hallowed halls of the Court. Ms. Sotomayor may change the physical characteristics of the Court but it is unlikely she will change the complement of it in any manner since this court is still "liberal" insofar as Constitutional interpretation as mainly comprised of Bush/Clinton/Bush/Obama now appointees. All liberal Administrations.

In fact, Ms. Sotomayor was appointed to the federal bench by a Bush, the first Bush, and it was the second Bush, George W., that referred to the Constitution as a "damn piece of paper" from all reports and whose actions post 9/11 certainly exhibited the reverence he and that Congress gave to the actual RULE OF LAW and government as set forth within its provisions.

It appears that Ms. Sotomayor in most of her responses is of like mind. As was most on the Senate panel conducting the staged public hearings with respect to her confirmation.

Her clear bias for prior precedents and judge made case law rulings was evident throughout the hearings when referring to the "Rule of Law," no matter how the panel members from both sides of the aisle tried to politically spin the issue with respect to Obama's seeking a candidate with empathy, and Ms. Sotomayor's statements with respect to her gender and race being a plus insofar as her intepretive skills over those of others.

Even when the Republicans were posturing with their objections, the main objections consisted of fear that she would not rule "according to the law" but her personal bias or emotion. But it was clear their objections were also "liberally" based in their definitions of the "Rule of Law" to which they feared she would stray as being those decisions and the many politically based prior court rulings, some of which are fundamentally and clearly outside the parameters of the Constitution.

Such as the most recent Kelo decision reached during the Bush Administration. And expanding the powers of the Executive Office outside their Constitutional restraints progressively, while diluting Congress's enumerated legal powers, and expanding the law making abilities of regulatory agencies that were never meant to have indpendent "law making" abilities with respect to the citizenry (NOT corporate business interests) in any manner whatsoever in their regulatory functions. Such as the off the wall IRS since its inception, and now the Department of Homeland Security in its jack boot bulletins and police state tactics.

In fact, Ms. Sotomayor's oath of office, as with all Justices, is to the Constitution itself, and not to any prior court rendering of it. So the liberals on both sides of the aisle used this appointment in order to deflect and distract most of all, not evaluate Ms. Sotomayor's rulings according to the true "RULE OF LAW."

And interesting the timing of Mr. Souter's resignation, and Ms. Sotomayor's new appointment.

Much has been publicized that Mr. Obama, just as the prior liberal Bush Administration, plans on addressing the status of the over 12 million illegal immigrants in this country, and from all reports very soon.

Although the American people spoke rather loudly and clearly the last time this was attempted with the McCain/Kennedy "Dream Act" in 2006 under a Bush directive while our southern borders, for the most part, remain unsecured and the funding cut or denied each time the appropriations bills come up under the Secure Fence Act also passed that year, while the citizens lawful and legal civil rights continued to be attacked and take a beating on the pretense of "national security" concerns.

MALDEF (Mexican American Legal Defense & Education Fund) also heralded the appointment as "historic" along with the liberal media and press.

MALDEF, of course, is indirectly federally funded by the U.S. taxpayers due to the fact that there is a federal statute that provides for their legal fees and awards for any and all civil rights actions brought by them on behalf of Mexican Americans living in this country and who are natural or naturalized citizens.

However, within the last several years they have also been bringing suits against American citizens on behalf of many of those illegal immigrants, which costs for suit are also being honored and paid by the federal government and being billed then to the deficit and U.S. citizens.

Could this appointment have been a strategic maneuver on behalf of both "liberal" parties which have now merged into the Global Socialist Party after that foreign AIG bailout and Wall Street stimulus prior to addressing the amnesty once again in the event of a legal challenge to its Constitutionality?

Since any amnesty of those already in this country unlawfully under prior federal statutory law would clearly be an "ex post" facto law and thus unconstitutional in any event with respect to those already here who entered unlawfully or have remained other than for temporary work visa, green card or tourism reasons, and such actions would not address nor solve the problem of the influx of illegals which occurs each and every day without first securing with a physical deterrant the over 500 miles of open desert in which they, and the Mexican drug cartels and other "foreigners", cross each and every day. Simply continue the madness, and the confusion as to citizenship status.

And now with all the "privileges and immunities" given foreigners over the lawful and legal Americans, it would appear that those illegals would actually lose "rights" and their free health care, and untaxed wages if they should take Uncle Sam up on that offer anyway. Now that they have been given by the federal courts "standing" and equality and even preference over Americans rights in numerous court actions, how is it now advantageous for them to become peon Americans and potentially lose those jobs to the next crop of illegals to cross those borders within the next month or two?

Appointing such a judge also insures that the "race card" can then be used by the press and liberals again in order to silence the public in such an event, a method used now quite frequently and especially in light of the "hate crimes" legislation and continued threats of "domestic terrorism," and such event isn't unlikely given the recent despicable moves by Washington to continue with its agendas and "in your face" legislation favoring insourced and outsourced foreigner rights and further violating lawful American citizens civil rights (such as the AIG bailout, GM joint venture firing Americans while retaining ownership of outsourced GM plants in Mexico and China, war in the Middle East on behalf of Israel and corporate America's outsourced foreign work force in India in tech and retail industries, etc.).

Before this country was settled for the most part even shortly after its founding, America's immigration policies were more restrictive than they are today.

The founders, after all, were protectionists building a new nation. We are in the midst of rebuilding after several natural disasters, and an economic tsunami due to amalgamating our economy with that of the global community unconstitutionally, and yet still affording carte blanche immigration to almost all comers. It has been reported that since 2006 several thousand "at risk" Iraqis now also have been added to the list annually amount to now over 20,000 native born Middle Easterners.

It will be interesting to see how this all unravels, but since we all know something has been rotten in Washington for now quite a number of years, it appears there is an agenda to the recent madness that is and continues to occur.

And this appointment smacks of "politics" and not "the Rule of Law" at all.

With more and more Americans now out of work and with the degree of insourcing that is occuring and increasing due to this worsening economy, such a measure is bound to create further outrage among the lawful population in this country.

In fact, through government contracts, the federal government itself is the largest employer of illegal immigrant labor, while continuing to increase the legal American citizens tax burdens in order to supplement and support this influx of cheap labor for their government contractors, and the big businesses and foreign investors in the financial sector on Wall Street.

In its actions, it appears Washington is almost begging for a civil war in the near future at least within the border states, the states which have been hardest hit with higher unemployment, homelessness and joblessness since the first Reagan amnesty back in the 80's, and are now under invasion from both the criminal property theft of the border hoppers, drug cartels and their distributors, and others that have resulted in the additional loss of Americans lives and jobs in the thousands in the eight years now since 9/11.

Stay tuned, America. The fireworks continue, and appears it is Washington that is promoting and facilitating purposely the civil unrest in this country with each and every Constitutional violation that is coming now off the Hill.

I'm wondering also, with all the still dissatisfied Americans that have been calling for the Constitutional proof of Mr. Obama's "natural born" or "naturalized" citizenship status prior to his running for the highest office in the land as should have been done due to the number of years in his youth he spent outside the United States and with one parent a non-citizen, if this push again so soon and with our economy now in the toilet, if there also is this other "political" agendas in that respect is also behind it.

The Supreme Court has been tap dancing on that one now for six months, and Congress just did attempt that little sleight of hand in a recent bogus Resolution introduced by a Hawaiian Congressman to in effect "declare" him a citizen again without any disclosure or documented proof that he so much as satisfies the bare minimal requirements for the Office in which he holds. Requirements that acually were based on the European gentry's ideas that children would be raised in this country until they were in their teens when they then left for their "European tours" to finish their educations abroad in languages and cultural differences. That was what was actually behind the 14 year provisions since geographic ties are normally formed in child and young adulthood.

And after that trick and the many, many before more so in the last eight years than at any other time, it is pretty clear that the powers that be on the Hill have no problem both violating the true "LAW OF THE LAND" or attempting in whatever unethical way possible time and again to facilitate end runs around it in order to further their liberalism, global socialism, power plays and political agendas at the cost of those they are truly charged to serve.

The AMERICAN people.

The Gates "Case": Beer Diplomacy Or Just Suds?

Another story beaten to death by the mainstream media and the Obama Administration came to a conclusion Thursday at the White House with Mr. Obama, Mr. Biden, Dr. Gates and the Cambridge police officer who "arrested" Dr. Gates purportedly due to a "crime in progress" call he received at the Gates residence having a cold one for all the news cameras.

With all the spin that has been occurring in the mainstream media, much of which since 9/11 has left much to be desired in the way of factual journalism and which act more as media reps for "their" politicians due to Big Business corporate ownership and who merely play off each other with respect to political news on the Hill, even the details of this supposed "crime" have been questionable.

Starting with the fact that it has now been reported it was a "senior citizen" who made the call. I'll let that one go for now, since it appears now the seniors are going to be brought into this political circus perhaps for poor eyesight in not recognizing Dr. Gates in the middle of the afternoon, mind you.

The spins on this "story" have been just too incredible to believe at this point.

And appears at least in my educated opinion watching how this has progressed now for almost a week and a half, this was a staged event being used for political purposes most of all. Especially now that even Colin Powell was on Larry King putting in his two cents with respect to supposedly a dereliction of protocol in that an "adult supervisor" (or SWAT negotiator?) hadn't been called in to mediate.

Mr. Obama has been losing points fast with the American public, especially in light of his "solutions" which have not been solutions at all per his campaign rhetoric but simply continuations of the same agendas and even upping the civil rights violations now on the American people of the Bush Administration.

Other than calling for closing Guantanamo he is really 0-3 on his promises to end the war, look out for Joe the Plumber and the middle class (tell that one to the laid off GM workers in Detroit, I dare you), and solving the mortgage mess and crisis.

There was just something a little strange about the "convenience" of this entire incident, and the amount of press it received for my liking. And it appears a good many other Americans also. Good way to shift the pressure and heat off the Hill for the next tax scam on the American people, the L. Ron Hubbard/George Orwell "Science Based" Universal Health Care Plan.

And also keep the racial thing alive as a diversionary tactic and method to use to facilitate civil unrest since civil unrest means the government can use it also as an excuse for much of its extra-Constitutional now security measures against Americans so long as they can keep the fear factor alive.

Inciting civil unrest actually is how many communist leaders and governments came to be. And just why aren't our own borders secured, or some of these foreign individuals from Middle Eastern countries with active terrorist cells not simply deported at this point?

Or, in fact, since America is still at war (although never called Constitutionally or "legally" declared under Bush or that Congress) then why aren't all non-green card holders deported at this point until we have ended this "conflict" or "engagement" or whatever the heck it is since it appears those on the Hill have about as much clue as the American people why we are STILL now eight years later over there?

And all foreign entry visas denied until it is?

After all, I'm sure Mr. Powell is aware of this. After any attack on any military installation in this country is it not SOP that the "base" is locked down until any additional threats are addressed, and all passes then denied to any and all entering or leaving the base until the crime is solved and perpetrators brought to justice? The military bases in this country actually have far greater "common defense" provisions than our entire country - especially for those living in the border states most of all due to the criminal activity, theft and violent crimes that can be directly tied to it.

Many Americans could sure use those jobs.

I know, the finale for "So You Think You Can Dance" is next week and Nigel and that other British MC just might have to miss it and the shows producers and network would then have to get an American replacement that might result in a point or two drop in the ratings.

That health care "solution" in appointing a Health Care "God" using actuarial tables for treatment plans is looking more and more like the "science based" Cap & Trade scam which was propagandized to the hilt, and quite obviously meant to feed the Wall Street bankers for that carbon credit market that will be initiated on the backs of the American public in higher utility bills that wipe out that little crumb of a tax rebate and credit thrown out at election time.

Especially now when those inflationary taxes and utility bills start soaring off the charts, in addition to the continued loss of jobs and homes that is still escalating.

I wonder how many members of Congress are heavily invested in energy development and utility companies. Or for that matter Wall Street itself. Maybe 100%?

And then the "spins" on the Beer Summit being a "teachable moment" for America and America's children.
Please.

Does Mr. Obama and those serving now in our federal government in all three branches truly think that they are examples that America's children should use for role models? A Commander in Chief that speaks of transparency, while hiring three law firms to prevent disclosure of his birth or academic records in order to even verify that he meets the minimum qualifications of the Office of the Presidency?

A Supreme Court that has gotten increasing more and more political and sovereign favoring in its rulings with respect to Americans Bill of Rights protection, and has refused over six legal challenges to Obama's citizenship status?

And A Congress that just engaged in a "sleight of hand" in order to also circumvent all those challeges in using a bogus "Resolution" congratulating Hawaii on its 50th anniversary as a state by including a cute little sentence introducting this Resolution with respect to Mr. Obama's birth again without any clear evidence or documentation, in order to also deny the people their right to review the evidence that Obama meets those absolutely minimal requirements (although clear that his status, from the founders "intent" with respect to that provision would clearly make him a foreigner and not "natural born" or "naturalized" American at all, due to reasons behind that provision itself, and their intent in so providing).

Forget the next Beer Summit. Our taxpayer dollars would be better spent in group therapy for those holding federal office, and would assist in at least minimally reducing that federal deficit and taxpayer bite that already has left more Americans homeless and jobless than at any time since the Depression.

Do I hear "Cheers" out there in the South, West and Midwest?

The Gates Story: Spin, Deflect, Distract

This week another "politically" generated news story has literally been beaten to death in the mainstream and web media, and that is the story regarding the arrest and detainment of a black Cambridge professor by a white police patrol officer, who just so happened to be a close personal friend of the current resident of the Executive Office on the Hill, Barack Obama.

This story has gotten more media coverage than it would appear the actual facts of the case would engender, as have quite a few in more recent years due to the turn our news sources have taken from being factual and informative watchdogs with respect to reporting real hard hitting news on current political events to more of a National Enquirer on celebrities and politicians personal lives, or on the flip side, PR press agents and media spinners in cahoots with Washington with respect to any and all real political reporting.

For heaven sake, Colin Powell now was even given air time on Larry King dissecting this situatuion, of course as ex-military using his military experience to put in his two cents. Unfortunately, what Mr. Powell fails to realize is that your average neighborhood isn't Iraq, and the police actually work for the U.S. citizens and the police are not our commanding officers and can and do overstep their boundaries more and more so it appears due to the focus now on training police to suspect everyone and anyone of "terrorism" making the police now terrorists themselves, especially young graduates with this "new" training.

He also spoke of an "adult" supervisor being called in. Weren't these two men both adults? Or at least over 21? And this entire incident with all the publicity now surrounding it seems there is an agenda here to either keep the racial thing an ever present "threat" (terrorism) or also to threaten the public that if the police should attempt to arrest you on your own property, then don't simply comply with their requests, but don't dispute their assumptions or work even verbally?

Officers are now pulling guns for traffic violations in some areas of the country. And it appears the federal government is facilitating now not only this domestic surveillance, but civil unrest due to just such tactics in no longer recognizing that Americans do have "unalienable" and civil rights. Or maybe these jack boot police methods are simply meant to stimulate the economies of the industry which wrote some of those unconstitutional "Acts" post 9/11 - the lawyers in this country. After all, we have more than all of Europe combined at this point, most of which are not trained in the true law at all. Our Constitution.

And at this point with all the brouhaha surrounding it, is begining to sound more and more suspect as another attempt to keep the racial thing alive and in the media. Stories such as these given so much press, and especially due to the fact that this conveniently was an acquaintance and friend of Obama's, means there is an agenda here, folks, and it is to deflect and distract.

A legal tool those educated in America's law schools or who have worked in that now "industry" are quite familiar with, and whom hold many seats in government and also dominant the staffs of most Congressional members and the Executive office. It's the old "smoke and mirrors" defensive tactic now being utilized nationwide in conjunction with the corporate news media organizations.

I guess government classes were also skipped by those majoring in journalism in our universities and the "dumbing down" of America progressively which has occurred has actually been facilitated by Washington itself now that the Department of Education is determining local school curriculums now more and more.

No wonder more and more parents are choosing to home school their kids. And their tyranny now even is beginning to rear its ugly head in this respect.

Several state and some government agencies are now using their regulatory powers to attempt to preclude homeschooled or "alternatively educated" citizens from working within the federal or state government. We now have "education discrimination" rearing its head in order to socialize education in this country. State and federal laws also dictate even private school curriculums at this point. These new requirements which are now being concocted expressly state in some of their published material that a "public school and public university" education is required for the jobs listed.

Good way to also water down and use the regulatory agencies then in order to simply "regulate" away any and all private or charitable religious or faith based schools while not directly attacking the Bill of Rights Constitutional protections in the process. So far it appears little progress has been made on this due to its blatant Constitutional abridgment. It appears Big Daddy government wants not only now to socialized medicine and decide who lives and dies ultimately in this country, but socialize education and control, and parent the citizens from birth to death in the process.

Even though with the current tax structures the way they are, whether Americans use the public education system or not, they are paying for it one way or another.

What was interesting about this Gate case was the fact that it not only made the news (and national media attention) at all, but just where did this "scoop" come from anyway?

And who reported the "crime in progress" since it would appear it would have had to have been one of his own neighbors since it is rare indeed now that officers even patrol neighborhoods anymore, rather are too busy earning that federal grant money parking outside local sports bars and restaurants in order to catch the social drinking crowd as now more and more revenue collectors for the states rather than "common defense" for the communities as in past generations.

Thus, neighborhood security is another one of those former governmental functions for which the taxpayer pay local taxes and for which they now do not receive those services, and more and more neighborhoods across the country have been placed in the position of then having to pay for private security. We are now "privatizing" another governmental function and supporting the science and technology bottoom lines in home security devices through again state and federal negligence in using those public sums for public purposes. Crime now actually has become a "job stimulus" and Washington's "jobs and the economy" focus seems a little bent at this point insofar as whose jobs and whose economies they are truly interested in stimuluating, and at whose expense.

It appears the foreigners and criminals are actuallly now unofficially the "citizens" Washington truly is now representing. Or purposely enabling to commit their crimes, shall we say.

Since without their help and support, those campaign donations from their corporate benefactors might dry up. Truly address crime prevention, or secure our borders and just look at how many industries bottom lines might be compromised. The home security and gadget companies. Silicon Valley. Medical & health profession. Pharmaceutical industry. Behavioral health specialists. Funeral directors. The greatest industry that has been stimulated post 9/11 is the first in the list, the gadget industry, and in additional now online web schools majoring in "degrees" in Homeland Security now for a few thousand for their "bachelor's" programs. But the real beneficiaries especially are....

The lawyers most of all, who dominate all three houses of government in some capacity or another. In fact, they are now writing 1,000 page bills which our Congressional representatives are voting on without reading as a further "job stimulus" for the legal industry. Of which our Pres claims to be one. But certainly not a Constitutional lawyer, that much is clear.

Property theft and other such property crimes in fact are the highest crimes bar none than any other in most metropolitan cities and states, and has increased in leaps and bounds the past twenty years as the local governments collect more, but provide less in public services for those taxes, while paying out more instead to their private grant and no bid contract recipients.

And if Dr. Gates was a Cambridge professor, upon this officer's investigation of the "crime in progress" with his attempting to break into his own home in which he was locked out, wouldn't the officer have patted him down or requested he empty his pockets before actually arresting him and thus easily able to confirm that it was his own house that he was breaking into?

This entire story seems another simply to "humanize" President Obama as the "good guy" and more a public relations stunt in order to charm the public, a public that is getting increasingly angry over the quite evident lack of any true "hope" or "change," and nothing more than a new Administration focused on feeding Wall Street and their own political careers most of all, rather than performing or restricting themselves to their Constitutionally outlined duties and functions.

Like ending the war. Taxing the insourcing and outsourcing corporations which have resulted in the loss of literally thousands of American jobs. Securing America's borders.

You know, the boring stuff of public office.

We are, after all, still in this "no win" war, the middle class in Detroit was just stripped of their jobs, unemployment, joblessness and homelessness are at their highest levels since the Depression, and Mr. Obama's L. Ron Hubbard Orwellesque Health Care Reform and its increased costs and wayward spending agendas instead of addressing the bad legislation and negligent actions with respect to regulatory functions on many of these industries which occurred under many prior Congresses and Administrations and which is what lead to this economic disaster, and the continuing now war I suppose wouldn't increase the rating numbers enough to hike up the rates by those networks for the ad spots for those beer commercials.

But Dr. Gates, the officer and Obama will be having a beer, demonstrating what a "regular guy," and Average Joe the Pres actually is with his domestic diplomatic skills. Great guy, that Pres. Remember that when the pink slip arrives, how much he promised to "change" the tax burdens and increasing homelessness of the average middle class guy, after all.

You know, when all that new taxpayer stimulus money was earmarked fundamentally for "new home buyers" or simply to temporarily renegotiate some of those usurous loans which were sold to the public, without any changes in the practices of the banks and lenders in those predatory loans to simply trap a new generation of middle class buyers or prolong the agony of those currently in danger of losing theirs especially now when the inflationary and those new "Cap and Trade" taxes kick in increasing your utility payments for those Wall Street bankers profit margins yet again.

Interesting also that a great many university professors, especially East Coast Ivy League professors, also belong to the Council on Foreign Relations, that New York "think tank" that also is populated with Fortune 500 Wall Street companies and under Rockefellar grant monies (who also fund the ACLU) directly determine through their members and their members within the Senate and House Foreign Affairs committees, our foreign policies. Like the war now in the Middle East. Apparently the Council's legal counsels and members are advising them on the "smoke and mirrors" defense also.

And also new legislation. Such as the "Cybersecurity Act" that resulted in the House Energy Committees switchboard being shut down during the Cap & Trade debates for Wall Street and the bankers also bottom line due to being "overwhelmed," by faxes and emails from the public, while they then just went ahead and passed the bill anyway. Illegally, actually, since such a tax is fundamentally illegal under our existing Constitution as not at all a function of the federal government in the slightest, and based upon fabricated and inconclusive "evidence," funded by the banks, utilities and energy companies who will be the beneficiaries. And some of those "scientist" professors also on the Council on Foreign Relations.

At least this one pushed the "First Dog" stories and Michelle's wardrobe choices off the front pages.

The new political tap dance is getting real, real old - and most of today's journalists do appear to now be receiving their salaries through federal grant monies. Through either their "corporate" employer, or directly.
