Iraq War Over? In Name Only, Perhaps

Contrary to what has been reported in the mainstream media, and especially the left wing Democrats on CNN, MSNBC and even those on that British Conservative station, Fox, the Iraq War is hardly over - nor is its reported "end" the result of Mr. Obama's stated campaign promises (except to promise what Bush had already agreed to before leaving office).

It was reported four short years ago that George Bush, during his last three months in office, quietly met with the "new" Iraqi government and agreed to a massive troop withdrawal beginning in 2010 and winding down by the first two weeks in December, 2011.

Which is exactly what has occurred, as agreed.

Just prior, of course, to the next presidential election in this country.

The mainstream media reported it, however, it appears the politicians in Washington hope and pray that Americans will buy this troop withdrawal as ending the War in the Middle East and crediting Mr. Obama for this massive coup.

Until, of course, there is another tragedy involving the U.S. in Iran, Pakistan, or wherever else the military decides it needs to go to bomb, and then rebuild.

The government contractors, of course, are still in Iraq and probably will be there for quite some time.

With, of course, military personnel still there also in order to not leave Iraq totally without a U.S. presence, and keep those government contractors and their safety as their primary priority now that the war is "over." With the convenient capture also of Osama bin Laden this year too (buried at sea in the Muslim tradition?) This has been quite a year for both Mr. Obama's party, and Mr. Bush's.

The AP also reported today in another article regarding a 662 Billion Appropriations Bill, not carried on the front pages or web alert pages:

"Highlighting a period of austerity and a winding down of decade-old conflicts, the bill is $27 billion less than Obama requested and $43 billion less than Congress gave the Pentagon. The bill also authorizes money for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and national security programs in the Energy Department.

Frustrated with delays and cost overruns with the troubled F-35 Joint Strike Fighter aircraft program, lawmakers planned to require the contractor, Lockheed Martin, to cover the expense of any extra costs on the next batch and future purchases of the aircraft. The Pentagon envisions buying 2,443 planes for the Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy, but the price could make it the most expensive program in military history — $1 trillion.

The legislation freezes $700 million for Pakistan until the defense secretary provides Congress a report on how Islamabad is countering the threat of improvised explosive devices."

It really shocked me that included in this article is a provision that in the event an American is involved in some terrorist plot (although it seems Washington's politicos are the greatest terrorists of all), they too can be detained indefinitely, and without bail or bond.

Isn't that fundamentally unconstitutional, since Mr. Obama has also consented to "allow" these type actions, with the exception of any actions instigated by al Qaida or its affiliates, to be heard in the civil courts, rather than military courts. So that terrorism and those individuals defense costs can be "privatized," I guess, against all that foreign oil money from the countries that these individuals really call their home.

I mean I could understand having "open" military trials for those so accused who are not Americans but somehow got a visa and entered from one of the more than 40 countries the Bush Administration afforded free pass visa waivers during his term of office, under those "free trade" agreements using foreigners as commerce now that "commerce" and "people" have been so ill defined progressively.

Not to mention "foreigners" or "foreign enemies."

But affording the civil courts for these trials when our national security was and is so poor that a 9-11 could have even happened here in the first place, knowing just how much ill will there is in that part of the world against America and the West due to our decade upon decade presence there, force feeding our Western ideas of "freedom" - a definition of freedom that those in this country doubt the founding fathers would recognize as the inherent freedoms they were speaking of when our Constitution was ratified.

Many of these Middle Eastern countries, it appears, have little formal military for defense of their country and its people, but rather seems they are instead personal armies for the protection of the various dictators who progressively have ruled many of those countries.

From reading most of the web comments on the reported story of the "end of the War in Iraq," I'm not the only American both skeptical, and also with a longer memory than most of the mainstream media types and politicos give Americans credit for.

I predict that there will be another huge national security incident during Mr. Obama's next term of office (you don't really believe that old Newt, or Mitt, or Ron Paul even will take the coveted presidential prize this election, do you?).

So then we can have a Republican win the next election, and the status quo will then continue simply under a "change of face and party."

Perhaps against all odds by Iran (we are again beating the drums over Iran and its development of nuclear weapons - apparently a gigantic threat to this country even given our massive military might, and all the money we have spent on national defense and toys, and Reagan's Star Wars program in the 1980's). Or Pakistan (still a threat to India, apparently, another former British possession).

I guess that is why today, "The End of the War in Iraq Day", there were no parades...

BP Smoke and Mirrors Continues

It was announced by the MSM that the CEO of British Petroleum, Tony Hayward, has been relieved of his position in light of the mishandling of the public relations aspect of the BP disaster in the U.S.

It does appear the smoke and mirrors games continue with respect to this disaster, and the loss of 11 American lives which have been, for all intents and purposes, swept under the carpet while Britain continues to assure the "little people" in the United States that they will be taken care of.

That is, those that the Brits claim are worthy of recompensation since Obama has unlawfully removed the Constitutional rights of those affected to sue for their losses and put the matter before their fellow countrymen, and also whose claims that those BP rapists feel are not "excessive" in their estimation.

Unbelieveable, the "foreign" rights once again are being placed as superior to those of the people by this Administration as the last who have no inherent "rights" under our Constitution to begin with. In fact, the protection of American's rights over foreigners was the entire foundation of our Constitution to begin with!

What's missing?

The reporting and investigation by the U.S. media in just how British Petroleum was afforded the almost monopoly on the U.S. oil reserves in the Gulf off Louisiana's coast, while we are fighting a war in the Middle East which is clear has absolutely nothing to do with redressing the attack on this country almost nine years ago, but more in securing a presence in the Middle East for Great Britain after losing those mineral rights when the Shah of Iran was overthrown back in the 1970's.

How our Congress could give mineral rights to America's offshore reserves to a foreign entity in the first place, and one in which their negligence several years ago also resulted in the loss of American lives in Texas, is beyond this writer.

This "free trade" agreement when our dependence on foreign oil has been the banner of both political parties as to why this country continues to be involved in the Middle East just goes to show that both political parties are more aligned with facilitating a "global" dominance in this region at the continued cost of American lives on behalf fundamentally of two foreign governments. Britain's and Israel's.

While our borders remain unsecured, and there are now more foreigners in this country than even pre-9-11, and not for tourism but training at our military installations, and as refugees of this British and Israeli war that has resulted in two subsequent attempts both originating in Great Britain and those British banks that also are the major shareholders behind our Federal Reserve.

War means debt, and also profits for the bankers. And by and large, the London bankers and shareholders are also zionists, since Israel is, after all, the tourist attraction and most visited country by far for religious pilgrammages, although in the true Christian faith Israel has "historical" significance, but since Christ did teach that God was spirit and was everywhere, and not solely in Israel as demonstrated with his Sermon on the Mount, the positions of the Christian fundamentalist community and some others claiming to be Christian is truly perplexing, again, to this writer.

The British actually are the petrol gluttons of the world, as this global corporation which was formerly a holding of the British royal family clearly demonostrates, and with all the focus on "science and technology," it is truly astounding that this oil spill now could be continuing for over three months without a clear resolution in sight.

And also this Administration's again skirting around the Constitution in bypassing its provisions in affording BP and this global corporation the "sovereign rights" to both contain the spill, and settle the damage claims and awards that are due all those in this country which are now and will be in the future fundamentally affected.

Which is actually every single American, in one way or another.

Maybe Mr. Obama needs to pass on the next G-20 global summit, and he and this Congress need to focus on this country's domestic economy, which is now being sacrificed once again for the British in this allied partnership post World War II that has progressively compromised this country and its national security, and economy far worse than the Blitz on London those many years ago.

Obama Sends Out The Guard: Far Too Little, Way Too Late

In the wake of the brouhaha over the recent legislation passed by the State of Arizona after the murder of a rancher and decades of increased crime in that state due primarily to the open U.S. southern borders, it was announced by the Obama Administration that an additional 1,200 National Guardsmen will be sent to assist the Border Patrol in securing the U.S. Mexico border.

But is this simply another political ploy in order to quiet the masses and gain some public support from those recent transplants or non-border state residents for another Reagan era amnesty in the interests of commerce rather than national security, or another fine example of the federal government's response of too little, too late after literally thousands upon thousands of border state residents have been adversely impacted by this governmental negligence nine long years post 9-11?

I mean, if those U.S. borders HAD been secured, would an American rancher today still be alive, or those in Arizona particularly losing their homes by the score due to increases in property insurance and added taxation due to this situation, in addition to the federal negligence which resulted in those bogus British LIBOR based loans which were sold by California lenders to so many unsuspecting homeowners during the short housing boom?

Which bears the question: How can banks in this country be loaning out sums based on a foreign currency almost twice that of the U.S., and backed also by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac without Congress's knowledge, which negligence also has not been addressed in any meaningful way after that bogus bank "bailout."

The U.S. Mexico border encompasses over 1,900 miles of expanse, a great deal of which is desert terrain and passable only by all terrain vehicles - of which the drug cartel members have in abundance due to their progressive profits at the American public's expense, including our youth. The War on Drugs is as much a commercial venture and falacy, it appears as the War on "Terrorism."

"Terrorism" that never occurred prior to the "Go Globalists" gaining an ever increasing foothold in public offices in this country through the two mainstream political parties, and basically selling off vital U.S. industries and infrastructure to foreigners over the "global" exchange.

The economy they are truly concerned with - global industry and "foreigners" profit once again.

This additional troop surge amounts to a drop in the bucket, from this writer's perspective, since it would literally take agents linked arm in arm to secure those southern borders, and the costs in salaries and benefitis of those additional border agents which this Administration is hiring far exceeds that which would be necessary to construct the border fencing.

I mean esthetically pleasing titanium vehicle spikes about six feet high would definitely preclude those drug cartels from entering in their SUVs, and reduce significantly the hard core drugs and auto theft criminal activity tremendously.

And certainly could be made to look esthetically pleasing for those environmental wackos that believe in protecting nature as a priority, rather than the lives and property of their fellow Americans who have been victimized.

Sending out the Guard, in this writer's opinion, appears again to be another political tool and ploy, since Ms. Napolitano also was sent additional troops during the Bush years and yet the crime continued almost unabated.

I hope this time, at least, they will be able to use their guns - with buckshot if not bullets - to deter the criminal element and secure this nation's borders which should have been done after the Mexican American war, but at the very least immediately after 9-11 while this country remains "at war" due to a foreign massive attack - whether it could be classified at this point military or civilian.

Since those Guard members, due to those U.S. Mexico free trade agreements, were pretty much disempowered from actually securing the border in any meaningful way.

That was also while Ramos and Compean were being prosecuted for shooting a drug peddler in the rear, for which they received jail time while the foreigner got the American lawyers.

The timing of this announcement is suspect, while this Administration and Congress have also delayed funding for that fence under the Secure Fence Act, while providing instead billions to the local and state governments for upgrades for their computers, and spent massive amounts also on extra-Constitutional functions instead.

When providing for the common defense actually is the primary reason that the United States even has a federal government at all. I mean that WAS the reason that the Constitution even came to be, in order to protect and provide for the common defense of the states, and the state citizenry from foreign attack or invasion.

Be it militarily, or through attrition which is actually what is occuring in the lower 48.

Particularly those border states, which are being "assumed" by Mexico progressively in sending their citizens to this country to find work, and hopefully strengthen the Mexican economy at the cost of America's own if not eventually bring it economy down to that of Mexico's in its two class system.

What's to say that as soon as another amnesty style bill passes, as appears is the agenda here, that those troops then are once again removed in the interests of "budgetary reasons," while, again, sums are spent for political reasons most of all rather than Constitutional ones?

This Administration, as the last, has shown its true colors in continuing to play the "race card" on this issue inappropriately by and large.

After the Patriot Act, which is still for the most part on the books and the continued marginalization of the American public who are outraged at this point with their federal and state governments over its progressively unconstitutional focuses, does it not seem hypocritical for the Obama Administration and this Congress to attack Arizona's "new" law "national origin" profiling which also is one of its primary duties and functions, the protection of its lawful and legal citizens from foreign attacks or invasion?

Apparently that connection and out and out hypocricy has been lost by those on the Hill and our mainstream media in the interest of politics and ratings.

I'm sure to most Americans this little ditty will ring true, especially those Americans living in a border state who have lived there since the first Reagan amnesty under "Reaganomics," which primarily created this situation to begin with, along with continued federal and state negligence in carrying out their Constitutional functions regarding this issue:

Fool me once, shame on you.

Nuclear Summit Misses the Mark

As an American, it has been interesting listening to the news bites coming out of the Great Nuclear War Summit called by Mr. Obama, in which 47 nations apparently are participating.

As far as America is concerned, I would have to state that I do agree with Mr. Obama in one respect with a caveat, however.

The greatest threat to THIS country's national security is certainly the threat of nuclear weaponry getting into the hands of terrorists, no matter which country they might originate, rather than an overt attack by an unfriendly nation.

However, due to the fact that the federal government has been negligent in effectively regulating the financial sector and instead has been in bed with Wall Street lo these many years, and has also been unconstitutionally calling the shots insofar as even our public utility companies are concerned for those states and citizens whose power is provided by nuclear generators through the Nuclear Regulatory Agency and appropriations and pork bill funding with strings attached, Mr. Obama's stance doesn't quite ring true insofar as where the true national security threats now lie.

Since the American globalists from both political parties are and have been more concerned with pumping up the global economy, at the cost of the United States' own, little has been published regarding the fact that most of those large nuclear generators and reactors in this country no longer are "public" utilities, per se, but have been privatized with shares now traded over the global exchange of those holding companies that now "illegally" own those facilities.

The major faux pas in this scenario is that at this point, with America's economy on an ever downward spiral, the major investors in most of America's largest corporations, and even its infrastructure are becoming more and more foreigners, not Americans.

Or global socialist Americans who loyalties lie with their wallets, and not their sovereign country of birth or fealty.

What's to say that at some point in the not so very distant future, one of those countries at this summit who have been buying up some of those shares of America's industries and infrastructure might not someday own controlling interests then in a great many of our nuclear reactors?

I mean, as owning controlling interests in those reactors, wouldn't then those major shareholders even have access to the plans for those reactors, and would then be able to facilitate World War III within America's own shores using splinter terrorists organizations funded by those countries to so do after having purchased all the outstanding shares, or perhaps in one of those Washington facilitated conglomerate mergers and assumptions of U.S. industries that is becoming rather routine now with the dollar in the toilet, and Washington's propensity to sell off American assets to the highest bidder, be they American or foreign?

Just what was the purpose of this summit is actually what I would like to know, since it is clear that it just might be that this was another meeting and public relations appearance of most of the major players and global socialist Board of Directors of World, Inc., and the world bankers who seem to be trading shares of each country's assets, and just wonder at this point which foreign owned holding company or potential terrorist organization actually owns the Brooklyn Bridge, anyway?

Or perhaps Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, the largest, fifty miles outside Phoenix, Arizona?

Seems to me those tea party members just might be the only ones in this country beginning to get a grip on just how extensive globalism is compromising both this country, and its citizenry, PROGRESSIVELY.

Just what will be next?

Dividing up the Grand Canyon into corporate shares among the world's superpowers equally and the profits from those federal park passes which have escalated in leaps and bounds of actually state and state citizen owned land, in order to guarantee that Palo Verde doesn't eventually "go nuclear" due to some diplomatic misunderstanding, religious ax grinding, revenge over past grievances due to these progressively agressive foreign wars on behalf of foreign nations we keep getting involved in, or broken trade agreement?

Hutaree Militia Group Christian?

Much has been published in the last few days on the mainstream media regarding the purportedly "Christian" military group, Hutaree, which was planning an anti-government attack on some Michigan police officers in order to facilitate a "revolution" in this country in the name of Christ.

As a Christian myself, I would hasten to disagree that this group is either Christian, nor acting in the name of Christ.

Christ was, after all, nonviolent with the exception of his attack on the moneylenders in the Jewish Temple who were desecrating the Temple grounds with their greed and avarice on holy days especially. His attack came this very week in the Christian calendar, and lead, of course, to his eventual cruxifiction.

He was attacking the unGodly principles of those within his own faith who were abusing the masses for their own profit most of all in overcharging on currency conversions for the required tithing sums toward support of the Temple and the Temple priests.

Roman coins had been deemed unacceptable by the Sanhedrin, and thus had to be converted to acceptable currency prior to making those donations from those whose other property sacrifices (such as crops or animal sacrifices) did not meet Jewish law in this respect during Passover.

It is also interesting that these arrests and this story came at a time, once again, when the general citizenry have become increasingly outraged with the goings on in Washington, particularly over the latest unconstitutional taxation on the masses, the Health Care Deform bill which was purportedly signed into law by Mr. Obama, along with other unrelated legislation which was included in that massive bill.

Most Americans are quite aware that fining the public for not purchasing one of the financial industries products, health care insurance, does smack of tyranny and also clearly a "taking" of the public's property without "due process" of law.

Since, of course, none of those now serving on the Hill were in any way duly elected, now that campaign contributions have been afforded them by their own legislation, and recent support of the Supreme Court "legalizing" funding outside their legislative districts - which is against the very fabric of a representative government as the founders created to begin with.

The market was speaking, and the costs of those policies and terms were not affordable or within the reach of many of the boomer generation especially due to the high profit margins those financial sector insurers require in order to feed their stockholders, and also their executives and lobbyists (and, of course, those unduly "elected" candidates).

Regulation was what was called for here of those global and national insurers of their products and rate increase models and structures, and some protection of those stockholders also in the compensation packages for those executives which also impacted their investment in some of those companies. And regulation of just what additional financial products or the degree of risks those insurers could spend those public monies and premiums on.

With Washington charged to regulate national and global commerce one of their delineated duties, not get into bed with them at the general citizenry's expense.

None of those Constitutional focuses were included, or any protection of the public over the costs and annual adjustments on those premiums and the impact which those insurers have over their very lives in fulfilling the terms of those policies when sick, ill or injured, merely a gesture in prohibiting refusals of coverage, but without even addressing the costs once again those higher risk individuals would be required to pay, or be fined by Washington for their disobedience with this "law."

And which practice is already prohibited by the laws of many of the several states to begin with, although many still afford those interstate and intrastate insurers to dictate waivers for much of the public for any and all "pre-existing conditions" which is defined as involving treatment within the five year period prior to application.

Affording outside "foreign" interests then to taint then the voices of their true constituency such as what occurred with this legislation, and giving then special interests, corporately or otherwise, domiciled or living outside legislative districts of those running for office an unequal voice in both the election process, and legislation now progressively.

Corporate personhood wasn't enough of an abridgement of the Constitution and Bill of Rights protections meant to protect the few (the citizens) from the masses (the corporate), what we have here is now a corporate takeover of America, and a global corporate takeover at that by even some non-U.S. domiciled corporations, such as AIG.

In other words, those that have the bucks (or claim corporate bankruptcy for campaign reinbursement expenses) are now calling the shots, as was apparent also from Mr. Obama's consultation with the "stakeholders" for this most recent travesty.

And why this group's site was a .com site if it was a politically focused organization and not a .org site is also beyond me. It appears the site was created in 2006, and then lapsed for a time, and was renewed once again then in 2009.

I have many questions about this purported planned "attack" also, since it does seem to me clearly that politically those in high places have a vested interest in publicizing for the masses stories such as these (although the charges actually can only be those of "intent" since no true "crime" was carried out or committed it would seem), since that bogus Homegrown Terrorist Act was passed by the House of Misrepresentatives back in 2006 (which has not, to my knowledge, even been passed by the Senate, and thus does not even have the force of law fundamentally to begin with).

Seems there could be some self-interest of the government going on here in highly publicizing these purported "crimes of intent" at this point, don't you think?

Now placing the local police and police forces on higher alert just perhaps may be the ultimate aim here, in facilitating a divisive citizenry for their own self-protection post this most recent legislation, or in order to once again justify some of the recent heinous legislation which continues to violate those "unalienable" rights those founders were attempting to protect from such violative acts as this past week once again.

And it would appear that those moneylenders of old, just may be recycling their selfish and unbiblical view of "the law" in reinstituting usury upon the masses in this country again for those bankers and moneylenders profits, which have no Godly precept to begin with.

The charging of usury is forbidden in all religions, however, the interpretation differs and therein lies the rub.

Christians and Muslims believe it is prohibited to charge urusy to anyone, whereas the Jewish faith believes it is a directive that onlhy applies to other Jews. Hence, that was why the Romans put the Jews in charge of moneylending to begin with within the Jewish subsociety, however, those charged with such duties and the Temple priests who were the beneficiaries turning a blind eye to what was occuring progressively in Biblical times as is happening today was what precipitated Christ's attack then on the Temple grounds.

The Jewish moneylenders were charging usury against other Jews against Mosaic law to his people.

And insofar as I have been able to research, those beliefs still remain which was why the British government way back when and the Church of England put the Jewish immigrants to that country in charge of lending and collection of taxes, transferring the Church's historic authority prior to the Middle Ages over moneylending once again back to the Jews.

And usury is any sum over the tithing rate of 10% with respect to banking and moneylending, or taxation.

It is the government and banks continuing in the practice of usury that is actually bankrupting now this country and its citizenry across the board. State and federal taxes now are over usury of most Americans tax home pay after deductions, and then on what they use their wages then on to buy with the state and federal taxes levied combined on purchases also in addition.

Americans are buying less, because they can't afford to buy since Big Daddy and their state governments have now become so greedy, and the bankers which are even holding those sums for future purchases with their fees and costs factored in just to have a bank account or use that little piece of plastic anymore.

Or to buy a home with all those up front junk fees and costs, and escalating terms - nothing more than usury again.

And the name for this group is more similar to "Hatari," that 1960's John Wayne movie, or "Atari" the video game company, than having any Aramaic or Christian basis, it appears.

I wonder if this is another job stimulus for the civil rights lawyers, in criminalizing intent now, since they are being represented by public defenders and a civil rights defense would be most likely the basis of the defense, and thus the state public defenders office eligible for federal monies for their local coffers for this case.

Call me a cynic, but much is rotten in Washington, that much is clear, and most of the state governments increasingly since that also unconstitutional 16th Amendment was passed changing the balance of power which made them more and more dependent on federal monies also due to their excesses, and increasing discretionary expenditures at the cost of funding those duties for which they truly are charged to provide under their state constitutions.

And Michigan is one of those states, thanks to Mr. Obama's layoff of a great many of those auto workers and plant closures, due to all the outsourcing which has also gone unrestrained of the U.S. industrial base, that has been impacted by these Obamanations and this Congress as with the Bush Administration, in its tax and spend philosophies this past year progressively.

There certainly seems to be a good many questions with respect to this incident that seems would bear further research of all Americans.

Obama On Image Rebuilding Tour Of Afghanistan?

Am I the only American that found it interesting that as soon as the ink was dried on the most controversial, and egregious unconstitutional taxation law against the American people since FDR, Mr. Obama immediately went on an "unscheduled" visit to Afghanistan in a highly publicized meeting with the U.S. troops still stationed there now nine long years after 9-11.

Could this just possibly be an image tour created by Mr. Obama's marketing team in order to deflect attention from the travesty of this past two weeks, and also hope to gain a little support from those independent vote casting Baggers that still support the war in its present form, absent any real focus on capturing Osama bin Laden as occurred with the Bush Administration?

Much was made of this trip, a "surprise" one at that.

And much hype publicized over Mr. Obama's speech to the troops asking them to "perservere" and using the flag and patriotism once again with the "Americans don't quit" jargon for these men and women, some of which are on their third or fourth tours of duty, with no end to this war yet in sight.

Nor any real focus on bin Laden whatsoever.

Gracious accolades were also heaped upon the American people by the Afghanistan government, thanking all the taxpayers for funding the rebuilding efforts there for those government contractors that are rebuilding Afghanistan now from the ground up after the American invasion post 9-11.

Before, of course, the focus was shifted to Iraq and Saddam Hussein's past transgressions on the guise that he was harboring Taliban members and was friendly toward Al Qaeda.

Seems to me the consensus of those on the Hill that spend their hours devising political strategy and maneuvers (which are also paid by the American taxpayers) in advising our leaders in ways to skirt around the Constitution for political party and individual governmental officials campaign benefits most of all, must have advised Mr. Obama after the absolute desecration of the United States Constitution this health deform legislation engenders, to "get outta Dodge."

And wave the flag with the troops for the folks back home until things cool down.

Partisan Politicking Continues While Americans' Lives Compromised

The partisan political backbiting and grandstanding continues between America's two political parties gearing up for the 2010 election cycle.

Recently, an advisor on terrorism with the Obama Administration, John Brennan, was interviewed and appeared on Meet the Press in an interview regarding the purported Christmas Day arrest of a supposed member of al Qaeda with links that have been traced back to his recruitment in Yemen by this terrorist organization.

Most of his comments were geared toward defending the Obama Administration's decision to try this individual in the U.S. criminal courts rather than military tribunals, and attacks on the Republican Party members who have criticized this decision publicly since.

In attempting to score points for the Obama Administration and Democratic Party members, Mr. Brennan failed to mention, of course, that such political backstabbing and grandstanding has become the usual course of events post one of these occurrences, and nothing has changed actually with respect to truly redressing the actual climate and conditions which have continued to make such events now almost a routine occurrence.

And that is the globalization and privatization of a great deal of America's infrastructure, open borders policies of both this and the last few Administrations since Reagan and initial attacks as far back as 1992, and placing corporate profits and special interests above the primary job of the federal government itself - to protect America and Americans from foreign attacks - whether civilian or military.

Most of our nuclear reactors and domestic and international airlines are listed on the global stock exchange, affording foreign governments and foreign interests (even those that have been labeled as "unfriendly") to purchase stock and ownership in critical and vital U.S. industries. Thus, foreigners now own controlling interests in even our nuclear reactors, for heaven sake, many of which are mere miles from heavily populated metro areas.

And the Bush Administration (with a Democratic Congress) afforded free pass visa waivers with mere 48 hour security checks to over 34 different nations in his last 100 days in office, which policies still remain. Our borders are being opened even wider, and our economy merged more and more with that of foreign governments and interests - so is it any wonder that more and more of these attacks or "failed" attempts are now being discovered?

I mean, we are still engaged in an interventionist war in Iraq which is, for all intents and purposes, being continued under the Bush agendas and expanded yet are affording more and more foreign investment and commercial entry and exit visas during this "undeclared" war under the leadership of both of the mainstream political parties in this country.

With more and more Americans dropping out of those affiliations by the day due to the clearly "corporate special interest" takeover of those parties progressively by the globalists, including Mr. Bush and now Mr. Obama.

America's prime real estate is now being bought up by foreign interests due to this banker manipulated recession, and in effect, foreigners are gaining more and more voice and power with respect to America's foreign and domestic policies through both of those mainstream political parties at this point.

Again, the "change" that has occurred clearly is not the "change" most Americans were seeking - a return to Constitutional government and protection of American lives and livelihoods from foreign competition and agendas at the cost of the American people in both their lives, and their livelihoods due to the global socialism that is running rampant at both the federal, and now the state, levels due to the blackmail and bribery that is occuring more and more at the state and local levels unless they also cowtow to Washington's extra-Constitutional edicts and agendas.

With all that stimulus money going mostly to the local coffers with strings attached yet with them still claiming shortfalls, especially with the massive sums being handed out with respect to domestic surveillance and security matters more and more (and not primarily surveillance of foreigners in this country, but more and more Americans also speaking out about the "corporate" favoring policies and "privileges" at the citizen's expense which are increasing) in addition to even attaching strings to sums that the federal government is legally required to provide under the Constitution for roadways and infrastructure needs, the states also are to blame in their negligence in protecting the citizenry now also from Washington's power moves at the citizens expense.

It appears that such forums as "Meet the Press" are again being used for both ratings, and campaign purposes, rather than getting to the crux of the matter insofar as national security issues also are concerned.

Whether this individual is tried in civilian or military courts is actually inconsequential to many Americans at this point.

But just why are these attacks continuing now at an unprecedented rate, when prior to the amalgamization of the U.S. economy and its infrastructure itself, such incidents never occurred due to the fact that in prior generations those individuals that wished to either visit this country, or immigrate, were screened far better than they are today and also there were limited entry and exit points for any and all foreign visitors and immigrants.

My grandparents immigrated in the 20's, and at that time there was one major entry point for all U.S. visitors or immigrants and that was in New York. And had to have both a sponsor, and a thorough background check prior to entry, even going so far as having a thorough dental examination.

Animals are quarantined in Great Britain for a full year prior to their being afforded to "merge" with the animal population there. And we are to the point that the precautions taken in order to protect the animal population and even the agricultural industries and their profits, far exceed now those taken to protect the human population in the United States.

We still have fairly porous borders both north and south, even after the loss of an estimated three times the amount of lives which were lost in 9-11 in the nine years since domestically in crimes committed by foreigners, and untold loss of property by those living in the border states.

The political posturing and now mudslinging at this point does appear to make one wonder since these national security issues are being used more and more for partisan politicking in election years that you could say that actually domestic terrorism has become a "job stimulus" for the two mainstream political parties themselves to bend and use for their self-interests.

The primary question that needed to be asked during this "interview" never was broached in any significant manner whatsoever.

Just why are our borders still open, and why is our federal government continuing to favor corporate special interests and their "rights," and profit margins in this Administration and the lasts in the visa and immigration policies for this country, and in affording foreign investment in our vital industries and real estate to boot post 9-11, over the national security and protection of the American people from foreign invasion and attack, their primary purpose and job?

Al Qaeda Now Blamed For Christmas Incident?

It appears now the "top story" that has gained media attention once again in order to deflect the Christmas Eve passage of the Senate of the largest unconstitutional tax on the American people during a time of economic recession that has ever come down the pike (the Health Care Deform Bill), is the story of the attempted bombing of a U.S. bound airline on Christmas Day by a citizen of Nigeria now connected by the Obama Administration to Al Qaeda, with a Yemen connection to a sect of this terrorist group operating there apparently.

It has amazed me and many other Americans how conveniently some of these terrorism attacks are planned and announced to the U.S. public. A public that has become increasingly disturbed at the turn this "War on Terror" has taken now for nine long years, and in which Mr. Obama was actually voted into office based on his positions that he would be the "alternate" candidate to the Bush Administrations "pro-interventionist" agendas with respect to the Middle East and the continuing war in Iraq, as opposed to the actual original Congressional authorization addressing directly those that claimed responsibility for the civilian and military attack on the U.S. in New York those many years ago.

The excuses now and rhetoric coming out of this Administration parallels once again those of the last. And it appears an agenda more so in order to ratchet up the terms of the Patriot Act and those "science based technology" and gadgetry measures that have been initiated by the new huge and ever-increasing Department of Homeland Security.

Which Department, by the way, was the biggest job stimulus and also tax increase also on the American people for both the government and its budgetary needs, and also Silicon Valley in addition to the ongoing war and profits they are making in the war and military industrial sector.

Ms. Napolitano, of course, is pointing fingers along with Mr. Obama at "security failures" that lead to the attempt. Which was carried out in Amsterdam, apparently, on a flight bound for the U.S.

Of course, this country also has afforded VISA waivers post 9-11 during the last 100 days of the Bush Administration for citizens of over 34 different countries to enter here merely upon a 48 hour security check over the internet.

And also has afforded most of the U.S. national and international airlines to afford foreign governments and individuals to invest in a great deal of America's infrastructure.

Including its airlines.

So if foreigners and foreign governments are allowed to become major shareholders in the U.S. airline industry itself, just how is Homeland Security going to deal with the fact that many and most of those foreign governments, if they own major stock in many of those airlines, also have access to intel on much of the security measures that are now in effect throughout the U.S. due to their ownership itself?

How convenient that this attack also was planned on Christmas Day, as the attacks of 9-11 using a U.S. emergency code in order to carry out the plan - a code that is unique really to this country, and holiday that is celebrated by Christians throughout the world.

If it was al Qaeda, don't you think these terrorists would be using their own religious holidays in order to facilitate this "holy war" and attacks on the U.S,, rather than Western holidays and cultural practices? I mean, this is suppose to be a "holy war" as portrayed by the media by this group of extremists that the U.S. just so happen to train during the Clinton Administration and wars with the Soviets in Afghanistan, right?

Even though those which claimed responsibility for the attacks of 9-11 were actually Saudi citizens, by and large, and not from Afghanistan at all.

Mr. Obama and Ms. Napolitano could be exchanged quite easily on those podiums for George W. Bush and Michael Chertoff, the rhetoric now so eerily familiar to most Americans.

And so, apparently, is the timetable for this continuing "war," and apparently the methods and madness of using "terrorism" threats and attacks, and patriotism, in order to continue to justify a war that appears to be expanding under this Administration, rather than being effectively ended as "unjust" (and clearly unconstitional, under America's "legal" form of government) at this point, to begin with.

And now merely the main job stimulus for the media, the ever increasing government security departments and divisions, public/private governmental contractors, and Silicon Valley and its "science based technology" fields.

And also strange that this "attack" would originate in the Netherlands, the home of the international and world government "courts" that also have been questioning the U.S. continued agendas in the Middle East in expanding also this "redress" now for over nine years, isn't it?

Is this rather small terrorist group being portrayed as engaged in merely a "holy war" for their Muslim extremist beliefs, really that politically savvy and adept in both choosing their targets, and their dates of attacks using Western "holidays" and cultural customs as their strike dates and focus?

Most of them do not even speak much English at all, and doesn't appear that in the areas in which most live, get much in the way of Western broadcasting or information to begin with, except with the satellites that the West (British - not truly American citizen owned corporate entities mostly) has placed there.

Which foundation actually is due to a British accord signed prior to World War I creating the nation of Israel, which also really is the primary "religous" basis for this continuing war - the U.S. continued alliances under that accord and the Israli government with the British government most of all now even sixty years after World War II - with Israel one of the richest countries now in the world, with a military on par to that of the West (since the U.S. did train many of their pilots and military personnel, as it did those terrorists also).

Terrorism comes in all forms. And appears the terrorism on the American people isn't restricted to Middle Eastern religious sects, with those now "have a plan" ads that taxpayer's are paying to the national media through another public/private partnership while this war continues.

With Hillary Clinton recently promoting U.S. corporate investment in Iraq as now as the Chamber of Commerce and Marketing Director and Ambassador for Iraq in recent months in media reports in order to stabilize the Iraqi economy now - while the U.S. economy continues to tank and promoting "outsourcing" U.S. goods to Iraq apparently rather contrary to the messages and rhetoric of the 2008 elections and dissatisfaction of the American people of this federally backed and sponsored "global" economic agenda at their expense - our continued presence in this region is clear has both mainstream political parties unconditional support and backing.

Capitalizing on such an incident such as this for now over a week, with the recent blame now once again on al Qaeda for a Nigerian citizens claimed "intent" is beginning to sound more like another "spin" in order to continue to use these segregated incidents to appear to be doing something in order to end this war, but really doing absolutely nothing at all other than to redemonstrate the "threat" of external attacks - yet while opening the gates, and increasing the "approved" countries for facilitated entry more and more thus increasing the risk of outside attacks such as these once again.

These "official" positions and stories really are getting truly incredible at this point, and the spins and excuses hollow and exercises in public relations manipulations for once again providing that although the face may change, in our now one party "global socialist" Congress and Administration, the "change" is merely the faces before the cameras and pay grades.

Fort Hood Spins Saturate Media

For Any And All American Conserve-atives (not the British variety ala Fox News):

In light of the upcoming funerals and media coverage of the loss of additional American lives in the wake of the Fort Hood incident in Texas this week, it appears now the media spins are getting wider, deeper and more and more furious by the day.

Since America's presence in the Middle East in some form or another has been a fact since that British "taking" of the land now comprising Israel prior to World War I in an agreement entered into between a British Lord of the Realm and a British banker zionist, America's continued loss of life on behalf of this foreign non-U.S. based accord is becoming greater and greater by the year.

And what has been interesting has been one fundamental question which the media has not in any significant manner raised during the past several days of the "analysis" that are being made on both liberally based and focused mainstream sources - funded by either the Republican Globalists or Democratic Globalists ala FOX and CNN.

Just why would an avowed pacifist and war protestor enlisted or continued serving in the U.S. military during the continuation of this war, which has now gone on for more than eight years after the attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001.

Most enlistees, or even those career military officers - which is more likely since the accused is or was the base psychiatrist apparently - tours of duties come up for renewal in two to four year increments.

The outrage of the American people, and the clearly questionable now basis for our continued presence in that region has been a well known fact as based upon false intelligence for over five years at this point. And was, after all, the major focus of most of the liberals in their other extra-Constitutional positions who, however, were the major supporters of Mr. Obama in his run for the roses as the "change" candidate, after all. Although disagreement with the continuation of this war as not in any way at all based upon Constitutional provision, or the intent of the founders with respect to defensive wars as hoping this country would remain as neutral as possible in such events as the continued Middle East situation, is not a liberal position at all, but actually a conservative one.

Most of these so called "progressives" and "liberals" of course now have continued to be suspiciously silent, although Mr. Obama is clearly following the Bush agendas and agreements which were reached with the "new" Iraqi government in his last 100 days in office calling for the withdrawal of all American troops by 2011, coincidentally just prior to the new U.S. presidential election cycle.

So it will end just as politically as it began apparenlty - and not legally or Constitutionally brought or now ended in any manner whatsoever.

Now it is being reported the suspect will be tried in a military court, as deemed not an overt act of terrorism. And, of course, terrorism itself is a practice used by many in our media and also those now serving on the Hill against the American people now more so than even most of these branded extremist Iraqi groups - whose very existence and training were, after all, at the hands of the U.S. military to begin with.

The suspects now behavior prior to the incident is now uncovering some connections to spiritual leaders in this country and the Middle East.

But just how did most of these individuals, after all, be approved for immigration to this country I haven't a clue, although the suspect appears to be an American citizen by birth and not an immigrant or naturalized citizen.

And at last count, over 80% of the American people are dissatisfied with our continued presence in this war now that the focus has shifted from the events surrounding what occurred those many years ago, to building up a U.S force and presence now in that region on behalf of Israel most of all once again.

And, of course, to fatten the bank books of the Wall Street financiers and those invested in the military industrial and manufacturing areas in this country. All those "science based" technology firms which this Administration and the last were feeding at the cost of American soldiers and families. Silicon Valley is bursting at the seams at this point, although California's governor whining about a shortfall.

Unbeliveable.

My heart goes out to the families of those affected, but it would appear that the perpetrators and blame that is shifting is being shifted from the true source of the cause of their actual losses.

And that is, once again, a foreign and military policy in this country that is centered not on national security whatsoever, but nation building and agressive and pre-emptive wars.

At the cost of the families of many Americans, not simply those that were and have been lost now in the past eight years - and a domestic security problem that has not been solved at all by the creation of that massive Department of Homeland Security.

Since that Department has decreased, rather than increased, its budgeting and funding for the measures needed to truly secure this country rather than giving monies to Mexico and Israel in the form of foreign aid for the Silcon Valley venture capitalists profits, many of whose investors are foreigners also, after all, with British and Middle Eastern investors.

Funds were once again cut for the needed border fencing and security, and instead this and the last Administration also expanded its Visa waiver and immigration policies ten fold since 9/11 occurred.

In fact, a better name for this agency at this point is the Department of Homeland Insecurity. With the running of their paid ads warning Americans to "have a plan" appearing to be the only real attempts to actually address the true defensive measures that would fundamentally secure this country from any such future incidents.

Such as reducing the number of airports and such available for those traveling to this country. As Ellis Island was in the past maybe having three or four points of entry, rather than affording foreign based and owned airlines, ships and other modes of travel access to the interior airports and such would and could reduce the threat of any further attacks.

British Airways was given a contract for service to Phoenix years ago, and there are many foreign owned airlines with such contracts throughout the nation at the present time.

It does appear that break downs in communications and also the shear number now of agencies involved in these domestic and foreign surveillance departments are having an adverse affect and not the solution, but part of the problem.

As it appears is becoming now clear in this incident, as it was in the original loss of lives on September 11th - since that also as blamed on a breakdown of communications between the FBI and DoD. Now we have the FBI, DoD and Homeland Security pointing fingers.

So just where is the change, except more of the same, and around another 50 more dead or wounded Americans?

FBI Hiring Candidates To Fight Right Wing "Extremism"

An announcement appeared in the local Phoenix, Arizona newspapers that announced that although the FBI has significantly increased the number of agents since 9/11, they are now on a push to hire more under monies gained from the stimulus. It appears that since now over 3/4's the citizens are on the "watch list," the number of agents isn't equal to the task.

As one of those identified potential terrorists on the list as a 45 year former resident of Arizona and three time victim of illegal immigrant crimes, who has been actively involved in addressing through the state and federal levels the open borders situation still existing now seven years post 9/11 with decades of border state resident victims preceding even that tragedy at the hands of foreigners, I wrote another "Letter To The Editor" and plan on sending a copy to the local Phoenix FBI office, and state and federal officials:

"It definitely seems that 9/11 has been the greatest "economic stimulus" for increasing government and the surveillance industries ever - not to mention the military budgets.

It does seem that the only real new jobs being created are in the surveillance and gadget industries. And spying on Americans and those dreaded right wing extremists.

I do wonder how they train agents to scope out and identify a potential Catholic anti-abortion extremist? Or an illegal immigrant victim/extremist?

What physical descriptions and profile do they use?

Someone wearing a crucifix?

Someone who avoids Mexican restaurants, and puts a May Day sign out the week of Cinco de Mayo?

Those that watch their state college football game rather than the Army/Navy game?

Those that don't stand up with their hands over their hearts for the Pledge of Allegiance for which the words "liberty" and "justice" have not been their experiences as of late or fly their flags upside down?

Those that write "letters to the editor" on the political corruption and broken promises?

Those that speak out or confront the hypocricy of politicians who arrange for photo ops at local soup kitchens or when speaking to disabled veterans groups putting in their two or three hours in order to assauge some of their guilt against their fellow countrymen?"

Just how many agents has the Department of Homeland Security budgeted for this now monumental task?

Department of Homeland Security: Marginalizing Our Military

In recent interviews after last week's Tea Parties conducted throughout the nation, much media spin and reporting has been done with respect to one group of individuals who were targeted as "potential terrorists" according to the Department of Homeland Security's "right wing extremism" memorandum issued prior to these events.

The focus which has occurred has primarily been directed toward the returning Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans and, as Ms. Napolitano commented, their susceptibility to being recruited by some of these "right wing organizations." The marginalizing of the entire Catholic faith (an anti-abortion "one issue" group primarily also) has not been addressed, nor the marginalizing of citizens who have been the victims of illegal immigrant crime and theft in this country nor those that hold with the Bill of Rights 2nd Amendment provisions who also were barely even given a nod. And a host of others who cannot in any way be categorized as affiliated with Ms. Napolitano or the Department's definition of "right wing."

This attempt at what is no more than mass propaganda and terrorism in and of itself, and marginalizing our military as potential terrorists or suscepitible to supposed "right wing extremist" ideology as defined by the Department can only be due to one agenda, and one only. An attempt to silence some of those returning veterans who just may have some more truthful information about what is really going on in Iraq and Afghanistan differing from what our mainstream media pundits have presented. Or discredit those outraged at this point with their multiple tours of duty contrary to their understanding when first enlisting for this "mission" back in 2001 and the direction it then subsequently took.

Or in order to minimize the sacrifices of those men and women who are now being reported by Ms. Napolitano's very own Department of Homeland Security whose agents are now detaining and holding for military trials at border checkpoints along the Canadian border some of those misled soldiers who are now refusing to return to their active duty after multiple tours these past seven years. I received two such reports of these detentions and "arrest" within the past 30 days since as a border security activist, I registered and receive the DHS builletins daily.

If we can marginalize those returning war veterans, then we can also eventually deny them future benefits, and also continue the Washington "spins" with respect to this ever-increasing war now under the Obama Administration, in direct opposition to his stated intentions during that two year run for office. And some of their stories when they return as unworthy of credence if contrary to governmental press releases and spins this past seven years.

The candidate who painted himself as the agent for "change" and the "Anti-Bush" who has now spent more under that unaccountable bank bailout he was instrumental in passing with those others in Washington, has now instead enlarged the number of troops and war in simply moving the troops around the Middle Eastern chessboard and its funding in the budget and a recent supplemental appropriations bill, and also now plunged this nation into more debt than the last four presidents combined.

While having an inaugural that puts some of the coronations of the Crown Heads of Europe to shame during a time when this country continued to further sink into the economic quagmire Washington itself created which reached a manufactured bank "crisis" when Mr. Obama was a member of the Senate Club in the Bush Administration. With all the "crisis" that have occurred within the past eight years alone now in this country, I'm wondering if all of them don't simply work for the networks and their owners under contract for ratings and their advertising revenue.

And then once elected, simply began his domestic and foreign carbon emitting, energy depleting and expensive road trips to sell the American people on Washington's ever increasingly outrageous "fixes" and policies, and apologizing to the globe, even a Saudi King, whose citizens were reported and responsible for the largest massive attack and civilian casualties in this country post World War II.

So how low can Washington continue to go in now not only declaring war on the majority of Americans in this "terrorist" bulletin, but also declaring war on its own military veterans?

"Mea culpas" are not going to get you out of this one, Washington bureaucrats. Public apologies to every single American in this country by the President, Vice President and all 535 members of Congress and federal bureaucracy and resignation at this point just might do it. But only might.

After all, the Sergeant-at-Arms in both the House and Senate are there for a reason and function, and this position is not simply a ceremonial one.

Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Act Behind Napolitano's Memos?

In America yesterday thousands of Americans banded together in order to stage mass protest "tea parties" throughout the nation in response to the recent bank bail-outs, stimulus, high taxes and lack of regulation over the Federal Reserve, a private banking institution which regulates and controls this nation's currency.

Prior to these organized events, a memo was issued from the Department of Homeland Security which now is targeting dissident Americans who do not hold with the federal government's continuing violations upon America's Constitution, including returning Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans, as "extreme right wing" terrorists.

This memorandum was distributed to state and local law enforcement agencies throughout the nation.

The memorandum in part, had this to say with respect to it's definition of "right wing extremism:"

"Rightwing extremism," the report said in a footnote on Page 2, goes beyond religious and racial hate groups and extends to "those that are mainly anti-government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely."

"It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration," said the report, which also listed gun owners and veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars as potential risks."

Several members of Congress are now confronting the Department's Secretary in an effort to gain an explanation for the broad-based and open ended language contained in the memo, which actually targets any and all who may disagree with governmental policy - although in America such dissident protests and positions are protected under the American Bill of Rights affording the right to "free association and assembly" and "freedom of speech."

In fact, these are fundamental rights and freedoms given to all natural or naturalized Americans, which restrictions in England actually were the basis of America's Revolutionary War in 1776.

Interesting enough, however, no mention by these same Congressmen now objecting has been made that in late 2007 400 members of the House passed an Act, "The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Act of 2007" in which such broad based language was included which actually is responsible for Ms. Napolitano's issuance of such an illegal and unlawful memorandum.

That doesn't, in and of itself, excuse Ms. Napolitano. After all, she is an attorney and should know that such an "Act" is a basic violation of the U.S. Constitution and prohibited under it. Also as Secretary of Homeland Security she is bound by the Constitution in the execution also of her duties and not primarily to Congress or the President - but the Constitution.

This Bill passed overwhelmingly in the House, although it is unclear whether or not it has yet been addressed or passed by the Senate.

This Act makes not simply acts of violent terrorism by foreigners against the country or American people a crime, but the mere political disagreement or political ideology which differs with elected or appointed governmental officials by Americans a crime in and of itself.

In short, governmental tyranny at it's core, and a fundamental violation of the basis upon which this entire nation was founded. The founders of this country were "radical" in their beliefs themselves.

In fact, the Department of Homeland Security, according to a YouTube video, is using this Act in order to now rewrite American history, teaching local and state government officials that the founding fathers of this nation were actually the first terrorists.

Global socialism now is not only destroying this nation's economy, but its very essence, by those now in Washington who have abandoned the very principles and foundations upon which those founders fought - freedom over governmental tyranny.

Actually, it appears this Act and memo have made the government itself a "hate group" of a significant number of the American people, by last polls, that do not agree with the onging War in Iraq, bank "bail-outs," stimulus provisions, taxation now at all levels, or Federal Reserves arbitrary monetary policies. It appears that instead of the government being representative of the people, it is now its own hate group targeting the people.
